In dealing with the complex problems of SEZs, lecturers and students of STIKes Mitra Husada Medan through grants from the Partnership-Based UMKM Development program produce PMT (Additional Food Packages) nutritious food Green Bean Cookies and Peanut Honey by utilizing the potential of local food and education pattern consumption. PMB Sarfina as place health services where the reach of this clinic business is expected to become wider with the implementation of innovation, digitalization and participation in the prevention of SEZ through technology in the service process health. Research methods This is study observational analytical with a cross sectional design. Participants are prospective brides, pregnant women and postpartum mothers who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Retrieval and collection of research data was carried out using the probability purposive sampling method. A total of 82 participants took part in study This. This research was conducted at the PMB Sarfina Br Sembiring clinic in November-December 2023. Results & Conclusions are available influence participation, innovation, technology in reducing CED in prospective brides and grooms, pregnant women, and anticipating the problem of malnutrition in postpartum mothers. However, it has level insufficient knowledge in utilization Heath Store Partner Web Technology.

Birthball or birth ball can be used by mothers in the first stage of labor which is useful for helping the progress of labor. The advantages of using a birthball are that it can increase blood flow to the uterus, placenta and baby, and can increase the pelvic outlet, provide comfort for the knees and ankles, provide counter-pressure on the perineum and thighs, work with gravity that pushes the baby down so that it accelerates the process of opening and lowering the baby's head and the labor process can take place physiologically. This study aims to determine the Effect of Birthball Therapy on the Progress of Labor in the First Stage of Labor in Mothers in Bangun Rejo Health Center, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The research design used is the Quasy Experiment Method (Experiment). By using the Two Group Design design, in this study the population was all mothers in labor as many as 20 people using the Mann-Whitney Test. The results of the study using the Man Whitney test to see the comparison between the intervention group and the control group obtained a sig value of 0.029 or <0.05 with a z table value of 2.189. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an effect of birthball on the progress of the first stage in mothers who are given birthball therapy and those who are not given birthball therapy at Pustu Bangun Rejo, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. It is hoped that the research site will become a forum and facilitator for mothers in labor in facing a comfortable and enjoyable labor process in going through a shorter first stage.

Counseling with media can arouse and bring pregnant women into an atmosphere of joy and happiness, where there is emotional and mental involvement. The effectiveness of using counseling media is largely determined by the number of senses involved. The more senses used, the easier it is to understand the counseling message. This study aims to analyze the effect of counseling using audiovisual media on compliance with iron tablet consumption behavior in pregnant women in Bangun Rejo Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2024. This type of research is an intervention study using a true experimental research design. The design of this study is a pre-test and post-test with control group design. A pre-test was carried out, then an intervention was carried out on the experimental group and the control group, then a post-test was carried out on the experimental group and the control group with a time gap of two weeks. With a sample size of 32 pregnant women in the third trimester using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed an increase in compliance in the counseling group using audiovisual media was greater, namely 43.73 compared to the counseling group that did not use audiovisual media, namely 31.60. The data were then analyzed using an independent t-test with computer software and produced a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: Counseling using audiovisual media can increase compliance in consuming iron tablets compared to counseling alone without using media.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women in the VII hamlet of Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency will still experience a significant increase in 2023. Therefore, it is necessary to provide Information and Education Communication (IEC) to pregnant women about Hyperemesis Gravidarum. This activity was carried out with the aim of providing education through leaflets to pregnant women in all trimesters about Hyperemesis Gravidarum. And motivate pregnant women to continue to apply the prevention and treatment of Hyperemesis Gravidarum during pregnancy. The method used uses two stages, namely the implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the process evaluation related to the management of hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women are in accordance with the existing standard operating procedures and recommendations from the Indonesian Ministry of Health. The health education provided was in accordance with SOPs, but several health workers had not emphasized IEC regarding the prohibition of taking anti-nausea drugs at random without a doctor's prescription. Educational media innovations have not varied and have not described in detail the handling of hyperemesis gravidarum during pregnancy, especially how to consume the correct portion of food while experiencing hyperemesis gravidarum. The results of the output evaluation related to the management of hyperemesis gravidarum in pregnant women are appropriate. There is an increase in the knowledge and skills of post-training health workers. Post-counseling evaluation is carried out depending on free time and the number of patients visiting.

Pregnancy is the result of the “dating” of sperm and egg. In the process, the sperm's journey to meet the egg (ovum) is really full of struggle. Of the approximately 20-40 million sperm released, only a few succeed in reaching the egg. Pregnancy care is important to ensure that the natural process of pregnancy runs normally and remains so at every antenatal visit after the first antenatal visit until delivery. Pregnancy visits were carried out as many as 6 KN. The aim was to examine the factors that influence the incompleteness of antenatal care visits at the Beutong Community Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2022. This research uses analytical observational research methods with the research design used by Cross Sectional. The sample in the research was 38 people using accidental sampling. The data collected in the research is primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents. The data analysis used is chi square Tabulation research results There is a relationship between knowledge and incomplete antenatal care visits at the Beutong Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2022. This can be seen from the p value = 0.034 > 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 0.143 (95% CI = 0.058 – 0.354). There is a relationship between family income and antenatal care visits, this can be seen from the p value = 0.049 < 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 0.214 (95% CI = 0.471 – 0.967). There is no relationship between parity and maternal knowledge about antenatal visits. This can be seen from the p value = 0.094> 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 1.222 (95% CI = 0.066 – 0.743). There is a relationship between work and incomplete antenatal care visits. This can be seen from the p value = 0.001 < 0.05 with a prevalence ratio 0.77 (95% CI = 0.20 – 0.291). There is a relationship between education and incomplete antenatal visits, this can be seen from the p value = 0.049 < 0.05 with a prevalence ratio of 0.214 (95% CI = 0.471 – 0.967) Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between knowledge and income, employment and education and the incompleteness of antenatal care visits at Beutong Community Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh Province in 2022. And there is no relationship between parity and mother's knowledge about antenatal care visits at Beutong Community Health Center, Beutong District, Nagan Regency. Raya Aceh Province in 2022.

The scope of implementation of lactation management starts from the pregnancy period, after delivery, and the baby's breastfeeding period. Lactation is the entire breastfeeding process starting from the production of breast milk to the process of the baby sucking and swallowing the breast milk. Babies who are exclusively breastfed have good perinatal growth and reduce obesity. Breastfeeding a baby on demand can increase levels of the hormone oxytocin in a mother's body postpartum and avoid the risk of swelling or dams/blockages in the nipple ducts during the lactation period (Sutanto, 2018). This research aims to analyze the relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge about breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Hospital Tengku Mansyur tanjung balai city Regency in 2023. This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is data analysis used in research to determine the relationship or influence of variables independent (independent) with a dependent (dependent) variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020) Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it was obtained with a p value of 0.001 that there was a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers regarding breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Hospital Tengku Mansyur tanjung balai city Regency in 2023.This means that there is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Hospital Tengku Mansyur tanjung balai city Regency in 2023

Health problems related to nutrition due to lack of intake of vitamin A obtained from food in the body due to metabolic disorders in the body, especially in toddlers in Kelambir village, Pantai Labu Deli Serdang sub-district, therefore the aim of this research is to analyze the factors related to giving Vitamin A to Toddlers at Posyandu Kelambir Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional study design. The research was conducted in February-June 2023 with a sample of 31 toddlers using Random Sampling Technique. The population in this study were all mothers with toddlers (6-59 months) who visited the Kelambir Village posyandu February – June 2023. Data collection technique was questionnaire. The data analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with the Chi Square test. The research results showed that variables related to giving vitamin A to toddlers were the mother's knowledge variable value (p=0.007) and the toddler's activeness variable in visiting the posyandu value (p=0.018). Meanwhile, the variable that is not related is the role of value cadres (p=0.203). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and toddlers' activeness in visiting the posyandu with the provision of Vitamin A to toddlers at the posyandu in Kelambir Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2023.

Background Development of growth and development can be done by providing stimulation and early detection of the baby's growth and development during the "golden age" by providing adequate early stimulation to stimulate the brain and development of movement, speech and language as well as socialization and independence of the baby so that it is optimal according to its age.( Uli, 2019. The aim of this community service program (PKM) is to increase the implementation of effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2024. The methods used include 1) identifying toddlers about Speech Delay); 2) preparation of materials and steps for implementing effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers); 3) implementation of education on the Implementation of Effective Communication and Family towards Prevention of Speech Delay in Toddlers). Results Based on the results of implementing community service for toddlers in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, there are a total of 19 toddlers, where the majority are 1-3 years old, 10 toddlers (53%), 3-5 years old, 9 toddlers (43%). %), all parents are enthusiastic about implementing effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers

Background: Malnutrition during pregnancy will affect the growth, formation and development of organs as well as the function of the fetus's organs becoming less than optimal, it is feared that congenital defects will occur in the baby born, it could even result in the baby's head being small due to a lack of fetal nutritional intake for brain development so that brain development is not optimal. . Apart from that, infant deaths due to LBW, namely less than 2.5 kg and premature babies, are also due to the mother's poor nutritional status (Nurul Pujiastuti, 2015). The aim of this community service program (PKM) is to increase education on nutritional needs for pregnant women in the first trimester in PMB M Ginting, Siantar Martoba District, Simalungun Regency in 2023. The methods used include 1) identification of pregnant women in PMB M Ginting, Siantar Martoba District, Simalungun Regency); 2) preparation of materials and steps for education on nutritional needs for pregnant women in the first trimester); 3) implementation of education on nutritional needs for pregnant women in the first trimester). Results Based on the results of implementing community service for outpatient pregnant women in PMB M Ginting, Siantar Martoba District, Simalungun Regency, in 2023 there are a total of 30 pregnant women as members, of which the majority are 20-35 years old, 27 pregnant women (90%), < 20 years old, 3 pregnant women (10%), all participants were enthusiastic about carrying out educational activities on the nutritional needs of pregnant women. Providing information regarding increasing the use of the registration application for Education on Nutritional Needs for Pregnant Women in the First Trimester in order to improve the comfort of pregnant women.
