Abstract

SMAN 2 Cikarang Pusat, an A-accredited high school established in 2005, has shown great achievements. However, the school's student council still faces obstacles in manual administrative management, such as document storage, member data collection, as well as information dissemination and activity registration. This leads to access difficulties, increased risk of errors, and lack of efficiency. This research proposes the implementation of an integrated web-based student council information system to overcome these problems. The system aims to improve the efficiency of document storage, member data collection, and information dissemination of student council activities. It is expected that this system can speed up the administrative process, improve data accuracy, and facilitate access to information, thus supporting a more modern and effective student council performance in the digital era. By using the Prototype development method, this system allows continuous feedback from users to produce a product that suits the needs of the organization, while strengthening better management and decision-making. This research provides a solution to the challenges faced by the student council of SMAN 2 Cikarang Pusat in managing an organization that is more adaptive to technological developments.

Abstract

This research aims to implement a web-based information system using QR-codes in warehouse inventory management using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The implementation of QR-code technology is expected to increase efficiency and accuracy in the process of tracking and managing goods in warehouses. The RAD method was chosen because of its ability to speed up the system development process through rapid iteration and prototyping. The results of this implementation show significant improvements in warehouse operational efficiency as well as reduced human error in inventory recording and tracking. With a web-based information system, users can easily access and manage inventory data in real-time, increasing transparency and accuracy of information

Abstract

The prevalence of depressive symptoms among university students continues to rise, driven by academic pressure, social isolation, and limited access to psychological support. Early detection and intervention remain critical challenges in mental health services. This study presents the design and implementation of an intelligent chatbot that integrates the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21) with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enable non-clinical mental health screening. The chatbot processes user input through intent classification and text preprocessing pipelines to dynamically assess indicators of depression, anxiety, and stress. Utilizing a hybrid rule-based and machine learning architecture, the system provides a self-assessment interface that delivers personalized feedback based on the DASS-21 scoring rubric. Two models were evaluated: a TF-IDF-based Neural Network and a fine-tuned BERT model. The TF-IDF model achieved an accuracy of ninety-one percent with a weighted F1-score of 0.91, while the BERT model outperformed it with an accuracy of ninety-four percent and a weighted F1-score of 0.94. Notably, the BERT model demonstrated a recall of ninety-eight percent in identifying moderate depression cases. However, both models showed limitations in detecting mild depression due to data imbalance. The approach prioritizes usability, anonymity, and accessibility, key factors in promoting help-seeking behavior among young adults. The results demonstrate the potential of NLP-powered conversational agents as scalable, low-cost tools for early detection of mental health risks in academic environments.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peranan penting sebagai modal utama membangun kararkter bangsa. Keberhasilan murid dievaluasi berdasarkan pelajaran teoritis dan praktis, serta kehadiran murid selama di dalam kelas. Jumlah pemrosesan data yang terus meningkat mengharuskan penggunaan strategi dan metode sehingga dapat ditransformasikan menjadi informasi dan pengetahuan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pendidik dalam proses pembuatan kebijakan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengelompokan prestasi siswa berdasarkan nilai siswa menggunakan data mining dengan menerapkan algoritma K-Means. Dalam penelitian ini data yang digunakan adalah nilai raport PAS Ganjil SMK TON’S periode tahun 2023/2024. Perhitungan klasterisasi dengan algoritma K-Means berhasil mengelompokkan 24 siswa menjadi 3 cluster. Dimana siswa dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 6 siswa, siswa dengan kategori cukup sebanyak 8 siswa, dan siswa dengan kategori rendah sebanyak 10 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, didapat nilai Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) 0.144 atau mendekati dengan 0 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil cluster yang dihasilkan cukup baik. Dengan hasil clustering yang telah diterapkan diharapkan bisa membantu dalam mengambil keputusan dengan tepat untuk menentukan siswa berprestasi.Kata Kunci : Data Mining, Prestasi, Nilai Siswa, Clustering, K-Means Education plays an important role as the main capital in building the nation's character. Student success is evaluated based on theoretical and practical lessons, as well as student attendance during class. The increasing volume of data processing necessitates the use of strategies and methods to transform it into information and knowledge that educators can utilize in the policy-making process. The purpose of this research is to group student achievements based on student grades using data mining by applying the K-Means algorithm. In this study, the data used are the odd semester report card of TON’S Vocational High School for the 2023/2024 period. The clustering calculation with the K-Means algorithm successfully grouped 24 students into 3 clusters, with 6 students in the high category, 8 students in the fair category, and 10 students in the low category. Based on the evaluation results, a Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) value of 0.144 was obtained, which is close to 0, so it can be concluded that the resulting cluster results are quite good. With the clustering results that have been applied, it is hoped that they can help in making precise decisions to determine high-achieving students.Keyword : Data Mining, Achievement, Student Grades, Clustering, K-Means

Abstract

Software Quality Assurance (SQA) has an important role in application development, specifically to ensure quality, reliability, and end-user satisfaction. This study aims to explore the role of SQA in improving the quality of applications through the application of effective standards and testing methods. By implementing SQA, potential errors can be detected early, reducing the risk and costs that may occur due to software defects. This study uses a qualitative approach through literature studies and interviews with IT professionals to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of SQA on the development process. The results show that SQA not only improves the quality of the final product but also improves the efficiency of the development team. Therefore, the implementation of SQA should be an inseparable component in every stage of application development.

Abstract

The importance of preservation and development of speech recognition technology for regional languages such as Sundanese, which have unique phonetic characteristics. Regional language speech recognition can assist in the development of local, educational, and cultural preservation applications to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of MFCC and KNN methods in classifying Sundanese dialect speech recognition. Methods used include trait extraction with MFCC, which converts voice data into numerical representations based on frequency characteristics, and classification with KNN, which groups data based on similarity to train data. The Dataset used consisted of speech recordings of Western and Southern Sundanese dialects. The results showed that the k-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method can classify Sundanese dialect speech recognition with an accuracy of 80.00%, showing good ability in distinguishing "Western" and "southern" dialects. Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCC) proved to be very effective in extracting sound features, helping KNN achieve low error rates. The combination of MFCC and KNN proved effective for speech recognition classification of Sundanese dialects, providing satisfactory results with high accuracy.

Abstract

As information technology develops today, the use of computers has become a very good alternative way for information needs and is the right solution for managing data compared to information carried out manually. However, Cahaya Bangun Utama Building Store still uses manual recording of goods, which results in problems such as recording warehouse stock which still uses traditional methods such as recording the incoming and outgoing goods using a notebook, making it easy for errors to occur when managing a building shop. The method used in this research is the Waterfall method, and will be built using the PHP programming language, the XAMPP framework, and a MySQL database. The aim of this research is to create a website-based inventory information system that will help building stores and increase the efficiency of recording warehouse stock. The results of this research show that Cahaya Bangun Utama Building Store can manage warehouse stock more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Pelatihan "Pengelolaan SDM untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas UMKM dalam Produktivitas Penjualan" berhasil menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) memiliki peran krusial dalam memperkuat kinerja dan produktivitas UMKM di Bandung Barat. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta memperoleh pemahaman strategis dan keterampilan praktis dalam aspek rekrutmen, pengembangan karyawan, motivasi, dan penilaian kinerja. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengelolaan SDM, yang mendukung pertumbuhan usaha dan meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Pendampingan pasca-pelatihan menjadi elemen vital untuk penerapan keterampilan yang diperoleh secara efektif dan berkelanjutan. Diharapkan, peserta dapat menyebarluaskan pengetahuan yang didapat kepada UMKM lain, sehingga dampak positif dari pelatihan ini dapat meluas dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi daerah

Abstract

Dalam menghadapi tantangan pasar kerja yang semakin membutuhkan tenaga kerja terampil, PT. NOK Indonesia bersama AOTS dan UPB meluncurkan program Donation Lecture. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan teori dan praktek industri melalui kurikulum yang dibangun berdasarkan kebutuhan industri terkini. Metodologi yang diterapkan meliputi pengajaran langsung oleh praktisi industri dan serangkaian kegiatan seperti kunjungan industri, workshop QC Seven Tools, serta penerapan IoT dalam proses industri. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan kesiapan dan keterampilan peserta, mempersiapkan mereka dengan kompetensi yang relevan untuk pasar kerja. Kesimpulannya, program Donation Lecture berhasil mengembangkan kurikulum yang efektif dalam mengintegrasikan teori dan aplikasi praktis, meningkatkan kualitas lulusan yang siap bersaing di industri. Program ini menawarkan model kolaboratif yang dapat diterapkan lebih luas untuk meningkatkan sinergi pendidikan dan kebutuhan industri.

Abstract

Improving digital literacy skills plays a crucial role in equipping educators and students to adapt to the rapidly advancing developments in information technology. However, many educational institutions still face obstacles such as limited resources, inability to use digital technology, and lack of guidance. The purpose of this community service program is to introduce and implement a digital library as a means to improve sustainable digital literacy for teachers and students at SDIT ANNIDA. This will involve initial observation, technical training, mentoring in the use of a web-based digital library system, and a participant evaluation of the program's benefits. The results of the program indicate that teachers and students have improved skills in accessing and utilizing digital information. Furthermore, the digital library system has stimulated student interest in e-reading and improved use of digital collections. This program can be implemented in other schools with similar conditions. However, several challenges must be overcome, such as adapting to technology and limited training time. To support digital transformation in elementary schools, a contextual and ongoing mentoring approach has proven useful.
