Abstract

Praktik Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) saat ini telah menjadi perilaku yang umum di Indonesia. Tuntutan terhadap perusahaan untuk menjalankan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) semakin besar, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dapat menjadi kewajiban baru standar bisnis yang harus dipenuhi dan  merupakan suatu lembaga internasional khusus dalam hal perumusan atau standar perumusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengelolaan dana CSR PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) pada alokasi bantuan pendidikan dasar Sembilan tahun kota Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Metode kualitatif yang berarti bahwa penelitian dilakukan untuk memahami fenomena yang dialami subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kebijakan CSR di PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Kota Makassar pada prinsipnya dilaksanakan sesuai dengan program-program atau kegiatan yang mengacu pada pelaksanaan Visi dan Misi PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Kota Makassar. Adapun konsep yang disarankan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah cara/pola dan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan partisipatif dari dan kepada semua stakeholders yang diawali dari perencanaan, dengan memperhatikan manfaat serta perubahan, baik tingkat perubahan jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang merupakan syarat keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan CSR PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Kota Makassar khususnya di Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Observations in October 2024 at SDN 8 Pulau Laiya showed that fifth-grade students had difficulty recognizing local cultural identity, tended to imitate irrelevant social media content, and did not understand their own regional culture and stories. They were also less able to explore and appreciate cultural diversity in Pangkep, knowing only their own culture, and showed a tendency to compare and be less accepting of other cultures and beliefs. Stereotypes and ridicule of cultural differences, especially between the Bugis and Makassar tribes, still occur frequently. Participation in joint decision-making is also low, with students tending to be passive and follow the opinions of class leaders or teachers. The values of inclusiveness and social justice are not yet well established. This study aims to apply the *sociodrama* method based on local folklore as a learning strategy to instill the values of global diversity. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The results show an increase in character traits such as tolerance, empathy, cooperation, and social awareness. Narratives have also proven effective in instilling the values of the Pancasila Student Profile, including responsibility, communication skills, problem solving, and fair leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru dalam menanamkan nilai moral dan agama di TK Sakinah Desa Sombu Kecamatan Wangi-Wangi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah 2 orang guru, dan Kepala Sekolah di TK Sakinah Desa Sombu Kecamatan Wangi-Wangi Kabupaten Wakatobi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian berdasarkan model analisis data interaktif Miles dan Huberman yaitu terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi guru dalam menanamkan nilai moral dan agama di TK Sakinah Desa Sombu Kecamatan Wangi-Wangi Kabupaten Wakatobi sudah berjalan baik. Dalam kegiatan menanamkan nilai moral dan agama guru telah melakukan strategi bercerita dan bernyanyi, melakukan pendekatan interaktif berupa diskusi dan melakukan permainan, melibatkan orang tua siswa, Dan melakukan evaluasi dan umpan balik. Guru memperhatikan proses belajar setiap anak, sehingga dapat mengetahui dengan baik perkembangan moral dan agama masing-masing anak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa strategi penanaman nilai moral dan agama di TK Sakinah telah dilaksanakan secara optimal melalui integrasi berbagai metode pembelajaran yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik anak usia dini, didukung oleh kolaborasi antara guru dan orang tua, serta evaluasi yang berkesinambungan untuk memastikan perkembangan moral dan agama setiap anak tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the meanings of icons, indices, and symbols in the “tawar” healing mantras of the Dayak Limbai community in Melawi Regency, West Kalimantan. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with Charles Sanders Peirce’s semiotic approach. The data consist of ten healing mantras obtained through interviews and audio-recording techniques. The findings reveal 16 icons, 18 indices, and 18 symbols. Icons represent resemblance, indices indicate causal relationships, and symbols reflect cultural conventions and spiritual beliefs. These results indicate that the “tawar” mantra functions as traditional medicine as well as a form of local wisdom that can be integrated into Indonesian language learning.

Abstract

The ability to write argumentative texts is one of the important competencies that students must master in learning the Indonesian language. Through this skill, students are expected to be able to convey opinions, compose logical arguments, and develop a critical attitude towards various social phenomena in their surroundings. Even so, many students still experience difficulties in organizing coherent writing structures, selecting appropriate supporting data, and concluding ideas convincingly. This situation demands innovative learning models that can develop students' critical thinking skills as well as collaborative skills. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of implementing the Project Based Learning model on the ability to write argumentative texts of eleventh grade students at Koperasi Pontianak Vocational School. The method used is an experiment with a One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The research sample consists of 28 students selected through simple random sampling technique. The instrument is in the form of argumentative text writing tests given before and after the treatment. The results of the study show an increase in the average score from 53.11 (poor category) in the pretest to 83.57 (good category) in the posttest, with an increase difference of 30.46 points. Thus, PjBL model not only improves learning outcomes quantitatively, but also has a positive impact on students' engagement in the learning process. As such, students become more active in discussions, more critical in organizing arguments, and more skilled in developing logical and convincing written ideas.
