Abstract

The purpose of this study is to deepen understanding and describe the diversity of research results from the characteristics of the board and the company's financial performance. This research method is an analytical review by collecting studies on board characteristics and company financial performance. The results of data from 17 research articles that meet the required requirements were obtained from Google Scholar throughout 2019 to 2021. The results of the research are inconsistent from the characteristics of the board, namely: independent commissioners, board size, board meetings, board gender, board age, tenure board, and board education on organizational financial performance.

Rapid technological development encourages Indonesia's economic growth. The background of this study is the ignorance of start-up companies about the existence of business risks and bankruptcy failures. The purpose of this study is to develop risk management plans and guidelines according to ISO 31000: 2018 The company strives to support business progress by recruiting qualified workers in their fields to be responsible for technological innovation and security of the company's database. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence for the impact of manager ownership and capital structure on stock returns, mediated by dividend policy. Manager ownership is tested by comparing the size of shares owned by the manager to the total number of shares. The size of the capital structure is tested by the leverage ratio, which represents the company's total debt to equity. A stock's return is measured by comparing the market price at the beginning of the year to the market price at the end of the year. The study population utilizes the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2021 consumer goods industry. A sample of 25 companies was extracted based on the target sampling method. This study proves that management ownership and capital structure influence dividend policy. Management ownership and dividend policy affect stock returns, but capital structure does not. Furthermore, the results of the Sobel test prove that dividend policy does not convey the impact of management ownership and capital structure on stock returns.

Abstract

This research attempts to make investors in palm oil plantation capital market can take appropriate action on their portfolios if in the future the government issues a policy of implementing biodiesel. The manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2019 served as the study object. Purposive sampling was utilized in sample selection, yielding 15 samples. The research conducted is quantitative with the Single Index Model (SIM) method were the analytical techniques used in this study, with the SPSS 25 program being used for the t-test. The analysis results indicated that mandatory B30 implementation have a significantly different impact between before and after the announcement. The study's findings offer insight and input for palm oil plantation company management that the next mandatory is good news. The findings of this study should be helpful to investors how to implement action in the capital market. This study uses samples were taken without regard to the size of the company based on market capitalization and the number and class of investors, and the domestic CPO price variable only takes one price point.

Abstract

Financial reporting is the financial condition of a certain area in a periode that contains the actual use of funds. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the relationship between the management and financial realization of the Surakarta City Government from 2017-2021. This analysis uses several ratios, namely the ratio of decentralization, the level of independence, the level of effectiveness, and the level of efficiency. The result of the analysis that has been carried out is that the average degree of decentralization in Surakarta is 10,6% and has fluctuated. The Surakarta government has a fairly good level of independence in managing finances and has increased every year. The ability to manage finances owned by the Surakarta Government is good with an effective level of effectiveness, but it has decreased quite drastically, name 13,29% in 2021. From the results of the analysis, it can also be seen that the efficiency level is still below 60% in the very low category.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi telah memberikan dampak penguatan diberbagai bidang baik sektor usaha, ekonomi mikro dan makro khususnya bidang perbankan yang menjadi salah satu tolak ukur ketahanan ekonomi satu negara. Revolusi industri 4.0 secara bertahap beralih ke industri 5.0 pastinya akan membawa lonjakan besar terhadap peradaban manusia. Kombinasi teknologi informasi dan internet melahirkan wireless, big data, komputasi cloud, kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan sebagainya merubah tatanan ekonomi dunia. Teknologi mampu mengintegrasikan kegiatan manusia dari cara-cara manual beralih menjadi otomatisasi termasuk di dunia perbankan. Efisiensi dan efektifitas diperlukan melalui sistem informasi pada level tertinggi untuk mendapatkan perubahan besar – besaran melalui pengolahan big data yang tidak mungkin dikerjakan oleh manusia dengan singkat. Kemampuan tersebut hanya bisa dilakukan melalui satu aplikasi berbasis web, android, ios ataupun perangkat media lainnya yang ada dalam genggaman tangan manusia. Sehingga konsep tersebut melahirkan bank baru yaitu Neobank dimana bank sebagai lembaga keuangan tidak perlu beroperasi dengan berinvestasi besar untuk mengadakan satu struktur lengkap kantor perbankan yang memiliki perangkat server, sarana dan prasarana, perangkat satelit dan lain sebagainya. Fenomena tersebut mendisrupsi keberadaan bank tradisional dan konvensional. Hal itulah memotivasi penulis ingin mengungkap keberadaan neobank sebagai bank baru melalui kajian pustaka (literature review) untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan dan tantangannya bagi sejumlah kalangan khususnya akademisi, pelaku usaha serta dukungan regulasi pemerintah sebagai bagian mitigasi resiko terhadap dampak kejahatan siber yang ditimbulkan.Kata Kunci: Akuntansi, Perbankan, Sistem Informasi, Digitalisasi, NeoBankABSTRACT Technological developments have had a strengthening impact in various fields, including the business sector, micro and macro economics, especially in the banking sector, which is one measure of a country's economic resilience. The industrial revolution 4.0 gradually shifting to industry 5.0 will definitely bring a big jump in human civilization. The combination of information technology and the internet gave birth to wireless, big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and so on, changing the world economic order. Technology is able to integrate human activities from manual methods to automation, including in the banking world. Efficiency and effectiveness are needed through information systems at the highest level to get massive changes through processing big data which is impossible for humans to do in a short time. This ability can only be done through a web-based application, Android, iOS or other media devices that are in the hands of humans. So that this concept gave birth to a new bank, namely Neobank where banks as financial institutions do not need to operate with large investments to set up a complete banking office structure that has servers, facilities and infrastructure, satellite equipment and so on. This phenomenon disrupts the existence of traditional and conventional banks. This motivates the author to reveal the existence of neobank as a new bank through a literature review to find out the extent of its development and challenges for a number of people, especially academics, business actors and government regulatory support as part of risk mitigation against the impact of cyber crime.Keywords: Accounting, Banking, Information Systems, digitization, NeoBank
