Abstract

Fly Ash dikategorikan sebagai limbah berbahaya dan beracun yang dapat membahayakan lingkungan hidup, kesehatan, dan kelangsungan hidup manusia dan makhluk lainnya. Fly Ash ini terdapat dalam jumlah yang cukup besar, sehingga memerlukan pengelolaan agar tidak menimbulkan masalah lingkungan seperti pencemaran udara, atau perairan dan penurunan kualitas ekosistem. Salah satu alternatif untuk mengurangi limbah tersebut yaitu digunakan sebagai campuran pada beton sebagaimana dilakukan pada penelitian ini. penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh fly ash (abu batubara) sebagai bahan reduksi semen pada campuran beton. Persentase Fly Ash yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 5%, 15%, dan 25 % dari berat semen yang digunakan pada campuran beton. Penelitian ini dilakukan di laboratorium Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional V Palembang, dengan menggunakan benda uji ukuran 15cm x 15cm x 60cm dengan kuat tekan beton rata-rata 25 MPa. Dari hasil uji kuat lentur pada umur 28 hari untuk beton tanpa fly ash, 5% fly ash, 15% fly ash, dan 25% fly ash didapatkan kuat lentur rata-ratanya secara berurutan sebesar 5,48MPa, 7,38MPa, 4,57MPa dan 4,93 MPa. Hasil uji kuat lentur tersebut didapatkan peningkatan koefisien konversi kuat tekan secara berurutan sebesar 0,63, 1,07, 0,42 dan 0,5 terhadap nilai koefisien konversi berdasarkan SNI 2847:2013 pers. 9-10 sebesar 0,62. Bila dilihat dari komposisi campuran dengan menggunakan fly ash didapatkan pengurangan pemakaian jumlah semen dalam campuran 1 m3 beton sebesar 22,55kg (5% fly ash), 67,65 kg (15% fly ash), dan 112,75 kg (25% fly ash). Abstract

Construction infrastructure development in West Kalimantan Province is carried out every year in order to achieve community welfare. One example is building a hostel building. Dormitory is a building that is used to accommodate students from within or outside the area. To fulfill the facilities and amenities for Landak Regency female students, it is necessary to build a dormitory carried out by the Landak Regency Government. Construction management is the right solution in planning a dormitory building. The data collected included primary data in the form of field observations (land area) and field documentation (photos) and secondary data in the form of working drawings, basic prices for 2022 Pontianak City, AHSP based on PUPR Government Regulations 2022 and literature in the form of books and e-books. There are 5 aspects of construction management that will be discussed, namely project cost management, project quality management, project time management, project human resource management (HR) and project occupational safety and health (K3) management. Obtain volume calculations, budget plan (RAB), recapitulation of RAB, work plans and requirements (RKS), S curve, Network Planning using the CPM method, workforce requirements, identification of OHS risks, risk control hierarchy and RK3K costs. The results of the planning have obtained a budget plan of Rp. 10.301.793.000,00, the planned duration of time for work to be completed is 210 calendar days or 7 months based on the S curve, project quality uses general requirements based on planned drawing specification data, human resources get manpower requirements the most workers were 78 people and got the APD and APK requirements and calculated the cost of the contract work safety and health plan (RK3K) of IDR 33. 867.000,00. Abstract

This study aims to explore the extracurricular role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the development of students' social skills and independence at MAS Al-Ittihadiyah Mamiyai Medan. Social skills include the ability to interact with others, which is very important for social life. Through PAI extracurriculars, students not only learn religious aspects, but also social skills such as cooperation, empathy, and communication. In addition, this activity also teaches independence, where students are encouraged to take initiative, manage time, and be responsible. This study uses qualitative methods with literature studies and interviews to analyze the effectiveness of PAI extracurricular in the development of these skills. The results show that this activity has a positive impact on the development of students' social skills and independence, as well as making a significant contribution in shaping their religious character. This research is expected to be the basis for the development of similar programs in other schools.

Abstract

Kasus narkoba di Indonesia sangat mengkhawatirkan terutama bagi kalangan anak-anak. Bimbingan orang tua terhadap anak untuk selamat dari penyalahgunaan narkoba mutlak diperlukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bimbingan orang tua mencegah anak dari penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Pengambilan data di lakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan snowball sampling dengan jumlah 5 partisipan.Hasil penelitian ini menemukan tiga tema yaitu Jenis bimbingan orang tua, hambatan yang dialami orang tua membimbing anak penyalahgunaan narkoba, dan solusi orang tua dalam mengatasi hambatan. Jenis bimbingan orang tua terdiri dari 3 jenis bimbingan yaitu bimbingan pemikiran, akhlak, dan agama. Hambatan yang dialami orang tua dalam membimbing anak dari penyalahgunaan narkoba yaitu anak rewel dan susah diatur. Solusi orang tua dalam mengatasi hambatan yaitu dengan mendidik anak dengan baik dan memberikannya ilmu-ilmu agama. Saran bagi keluarga adalah diharapkan sebagai bahan masukan agar keluarga dapat mengenal jenis bimbingan orang tua, mengenal hambatan orang tua dan juga solusi orang tua dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomenon of creator teachers on TikTok as a form of digital professionalism that represents the integration of ethical values, aesthetics, and educational philosophy. The focus of the research lies in how teachers negotiate moral responsibility and creative expression in the algorithmic culture of social media. The aim of this research is to analyze the philosophical meaning behind teachers' digital representations as well as interpret how moral and aesthetic values are reflected in their pedagogical practices. The method used is digital netnography with four stages: online observation, digital documentation, audience interaction analysis, and researcher reflection. A total of eight teacher accounts were analyzed with a total of 80 videos using a categorization of themes that focused on ethics, aesthetics, and professionalism. The results showed that 62.5% of the content was educational and featured learning innovations, while the other 37.5% contained elements of entertainment and social interaction. High audience interaction shows public appreciation for the creativity and integrity of teachers. Popularity is not solely generated by algorithms, but by the appreciation of moral values and pedagogical beauty in the actions of teachers. Based on the framework of arete and phronesis from Aristotle and the concept of aesthetic experience from Dewey (1934), this study concludes that the digital professionalism of teachers is a form of reflective praxis that combines ethical responsibility and creative expression. This research makes a theoretical contribution by integrating digital netnography and educational philosophy, and shows that teachers in the digital era play the role of moral and creative agents who maintain the dignity of their profession in the algorithmic space.
