Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen penilaian motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA. Model pengembangan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu 4D, terdiri dari define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Penelitian pengembangan ini hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop. Subyek penelitian ini adalah instrumen penilaian motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA berupa kisi-kisi, lembar kuisioner dan tes hasil belajar IPA. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan metode angket dan tes. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis validitas dan reliabilitas masing-masing instrumen. Nilai rata-srata sebesar 0,92 dan 1 didapatkan dari hasil analisis validitas intrumen penilaian motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar, artinya kedua instrumen penilaian ini memilki validitas yang sangat tinggi. Sedangkan hasil analisis reliabilitas intrumen penilaian motivasi belajar adalah 0,86 dan hasil belajar IPA 0,87, artinya kedua instrumen ini memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang tinggi. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa pengembangan instrumen penilaian motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar IPA layak dikembangkan dan digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian kepada siswa.

Rendahnya hasil belajar kognitif IPA disebabkan oleh kebiasaan siswa yang cenderung menghafal dan kurangnya guru melakukan umpan balik serta kurang melakukan penilaian proses. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran quantum tipe visual, auditori dan kinestetik (VAK) berbasis penilaian portofolio terhadap hasil belajar IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan non equivalent posttest only group. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD dengan jumlah 157 orang siswa. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu 61 siswa yang ditentukan dengan teknik cluster sampling. Data hasil belajar IPA dikumpulkan dengan instrumen tes pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji-t sampel independent. Berdasarkan analisis data terungkap bahwa t hitung yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0,05 yaitu 0,001. Berdasarkan  hal tersebut dapat disimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran quantum tipe VAK berbasis penilaian portofolio berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD.Â

This study aims to determine the effect of brain based learning models assisted by crossword puzzles on the understanding of concepts and critical thinking skills in science. This research is a quasi-experimental study (quasi-experimental), with a non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The population of this study was the entire class V of SDN Cluster VIII Buleleng District in the academic year 2019/2020 consisting of 5 classes in five elementary schools with 129 students. Samples were taken with a random sampling technique of 2 classes. Data on understanding concepts and critical thinking skills in science is collected using the test method in the form of an essay test. Data were analyzed with the MANOVA test using SPSS 17 for Windows. The results showed that 1) there was a positive influence on the brain based learning model with the help of crossword puzzles on the understanding of the science concept (F count of 276,585; sig = 0,000 <0.05); 2) there is a positive influence of the brain based learning learning model assisted by the crossword puzzle media on critical thinking skills in science (F count is 238,963; sig = 0,000 <0.05); 3) there is a positive influence on brain based learning models assisted by the crossword puzzle media on the understanding of concepts and critical thinking skills in science (F count of 231.064; sig = 0.0001 <0.05). The brain based learning model with the help of crossword media can be applied to science learning in elementary schools as an effort to increase students' understanding of concepts and critical thinking skills maximally in science lessons.

Penelitian eksperimental mengenai pengaruh model pembelajaran kolaboratif terhadap hasil belajar IPA sudah banyak dilakukan, namun belum terdapat kajian lebih lanjut mengenai hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut untuk dirangkum dan dinilai kembali sehingga dapat menguatkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besar efektivitas pengaruh model pembelajaran kolaboratif terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian library research dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah meta-analisis. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua artikel yang berasal dari jurnal yang terakreditasi Sinta pada tahun 2017-2020. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi pustaka. Hasil analisis kedua data artikel diperoleh besar effect size setiap artikel yaitu 1,91 dan 1,80 yang berarti termasuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Perbedaan besar effect size dari artikel yang dianalisis disebabkan karena dua faktor yaitu faktor internal meliputi kesehatan dan psikologis, serta faktor eksternal yang meliputi lingkungan keluarga, sekolah dan masyarakat. Hasil analisis tersebut menguatkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa model kolaboratif dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, disimpulkan model pembelajaran kolaboratif memberikan pengaruh yang efektif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar IPA siswa di sekolah dasar.

Penelitian eksperimental mengkaji mengenai pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA, sudah banyak dilakukan dalam penelitian terdahulu. Namun saat ini belum terdapat kajian lebih lanjut mengenai hasil-hasil penelitian tersebut untuk dirangkum dan dianalisis kembali sehingga mendapat hasil yang dapat menguatkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian library reseach. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 2 buah artikel yang berasal dari jurnal terakreditasi sinta dan dipublikasikan dalam rentangan tahun 2016-2020 pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Artikel ini mengkaji mengenai penelitian eksperimen tentang pengaruh model problem based learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA, dan ditulis oleh peneliti umum maupun mahasiswa. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan studi pustaka. Data yang diperoleh merupakan hasil-hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis meta-analisis besar pengaruh atau effect size. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari perhitungan effect size sebesar 0,90 dan 2,20 yang menunjukkan nilai effect size tinggi. Hasil analisis tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa model problem based learning yang telah diterapkan memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran IPA siswa di sekolah dasar. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model problem based learning memiliki pengaruh efektif terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa sekolah dasar.

The implementation of this research is based on the unoptimized assessment instrument, which is the instrument of social attitudes and students science learning results in accordance with the assessment standards. This study aims to produce instruments for assessing social attitudes and learning outcomes of valid and reliable Natural Sciences in Theme 8 of Grade IV elementary school. This research is a development study carried out using the 4D model with 4 stages including: define, Â design, development, dissemination, but the dissemination phase is not carried out due to time constraints. Data collection methods used were questionnaires and multiple choice tests. The instrument developed to measure social attitudes was a questionnaire while the instrument developed to measure science learning outcomes was a multiple choice test. This instrument was validated by two experts in the field of social attitudes and science. The results showed the content validity of the social attitude questionnaire and the science learning outcomes were very high with a value of 1.00. The item validity test showed that of the 30 items on the social attitude questionnaire, 28 questions were declared valid, while out of the 30 items on the test of science learning outcomes 25 items were valid. The results of the reliability of the social attitude instrument were stated to be very high with a value of r1.1 = 0.88 and the reliability of the science learning outcomes test was also very high with a value of r1.1 = 0.82. The different power of the Natural Science learning outcomes test instrument is expressed in good criteria with a value of 0.74, while for the difficulty level is in the medium criteria with a value of 0.65. These results indicate that the instrument for evaluating social attitudes and science learning outcomes is expressed in good qualifications and is suitable for use.

The Low Learning Thinking of students in learning Mathematics becomes a major problem in this research. This is caused by the learning model used which is incorrect and less varied. This study analyzed the influence of Problem Based Learning (PBL) models based on Catur Pramana on critical thinking skills with numerical ability control. This research was a quasi-experimental, with Posttest Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were all fifth-grade elementary schools with 177 students. The data collection method was done by using multiple-choice tests and essay tests. The data obtained were analyzed using the ANAKOVA test (covariance analysis) with the help of SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of this study are significant results of the Problem Based Learning Model (PBL) based on Catur Pramana on critical thinking skills with Fcount 29,219 with sig; = 0,000 <0.05, there is a significant effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on Catur Pramana on mathematical thinking skills after obtaining numerical ability of students who obtain Fcount 9,398 with sig. = 0.004 <0.05; and are considered significant who have numerical ability to critical thinking skills of 35.05%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning Model based on Catur Pramana proves positive and there is a contribution of numerical ability to the critical thinking ability of Mathematics students.
