Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh berbagi pengetahuan dan budaya kerja ASN BerAKHLAK terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan efikasi diri sebagai mediasi. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui googleform kepada 63 orang pegawai pada Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Pariaman. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya kerja BerAKHLAK tidak berpengaruh positif siginifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, efikasi diri berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, budaya kerja BerAKHLAK berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efikasi diri, efikasi diri berperan sebagai parsial mediasi terhadap berbagi pengetahuan dengan kinerja pegawai dan efikasi diri berperan sebagai full mediasi terhadap budaya kerja BerAKHLAK dengan kinerja pegawai. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kepemimpinan Transformational terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Transco Energi Utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 110 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik probability sampling. Instrumen penelitian diuji dengan SPSS, dan data dianalisis menggunakan SEM dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.5.0, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Emotional Intelligence tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Sebaliknya, Transformational Leadership memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keduanya. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh Emotional Intelligence terhadap kinerja, tetapi secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh Transformational Leadership terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh employer branding dan corporate social responsibility terhadap intention to apply dengan corporate reputation sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Generasi Z, khusunya Alumni Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Andalas, yang merupakan bagian dari kelompok angkatan kerja dominan di masa depan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, melibatkan sampel yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan model persamaan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan kausal antarvariabel. Kuesioner diukur dengan menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian penelitian menunjukkan bahwa employer branding berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to apply sedangkan Corporate social responsibility tidak berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to apply. Employer branding dan corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate reputation. Employer branding dan corporate social responsibility terhadap intention to apply berpengaruh positif dan signifikan yang di mediasi oleh corporate reputation.

Abstract

Enhancing subjective career success is a crucial factor in achieving individual goals and success within organizations. This study aims to examine the influence of career development and perceived organizational support on subjective career success, with career commitment acting as a mediating variable. The population of this study comprises employees of the Standardization and Industrial Services Center (BSPJI) in Padang. A census sampling technique was employed, involving the entire population of 73 employees. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The findings indicate that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on subjective career success. In contrast, career development, while exhibiting a positive relationship, does not have a statistically significant effect. Furthermore, career commitment is proven to mediate the relationship between perceived organizational support and subjective career success. However, it does not mediate the relationship between career development and subjective career success.

Abstract

Partisipasi perempuan yang tinggi pada Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) Kuliner di Kota Padang saat ini sudah seharusnya diikuti oleh keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kondisi kehidupan pribadi. Namun, sering kali perempuan dihadapkan pada konflik peran dimana perempuan menjadi seorang istri atau ibu dan sekaligus juga pekerja. Selain itu teknologi saat ini selain memberikan manfaat juga menimbulkan tekanan terhadap penggunanya. Diharapkan adanya efikasi diri yang tinggi mampu mengurangi konflik peran dan tekanan teknologi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work-family conflict dan technostress terhadap work-life balance yang dimoderasi oleh self efficacy. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 16.098 Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) Kuliner yang dipimpin perempuan di Kota Padang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 267 responden. Respon rate penelitian sebesar 92,88% sebanyak 248 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan work-family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance, technostress berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap work-life balance, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work-life balance, self efficacy tidak memoderasi hubungan work-family conflict terhadap work-life balance maupun technostress terhadap work-life balance.

Abstract

This study investigates the factors influencing university students' willingness to receive Covid-19 vaccinations in Indonesia and Malaysia, with a focus on sustainability. Vaccination is essential for pandemic management and contributes to social and economic sustainability by reducing healthcare burdens and enhancing public health as human capital. However, vaccine hesitancy among young adults remains a concern. This study analyzes four key determinants—trust, attitudes, religiosity, and social media influence—using survey data and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings reveal differences between the two countries: religiosity and social media were not significant for Indonesian students, while social media and trust were insignificant for Malaysian students. These results emphasize the need for culturally tailored vaccination strategies. The study also underscores the role of educational institutions in promoting sustainability through effective vaccination communication. Mass vaccination supports public health, mitigates pandemic-related economic impacts, and fosters a healthier student population, contributing to long-term social and economic resilience. Educational institutions are encouraged to integrate vaccination efforts into their accountability and sustainability reporting frameworks, demonstrating their commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development. This research offers valuable insights for designing targeted, context-specific interventions to enhance vaccination uptake among university students in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

Purpose — The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between change readiness and digital innovation within the banking industry. Furthermore, the study aims to examine how this relationship is influenced and moderated by the alignment of digital business strategies.Method — This research employed quantitative methods and utilized a saturated sampling technique to gather data. The sample consisted of 95 respondents and was conducted at all branch offices of PT. Nagari Bank Sumatera Barat. To ensure the validity of the data, convergent validity and discriminant validity tests were performed using the SmartPLS 4.0 program. Hypothesis testing was carried out by conducting t-statistical assessments for each variable in order to address the research hypotheses.Result — We found that there is a positive and significant influence between valence changes and digital innovation. Similarly, we observed a positive and significant impact between contextual factors and digital innovation according to our test results. Additionally, our study revealed a positive and significant association between changes in efficacy and digital innovation. However, our hypothesis which posits that the alignment of digital business strategy (including valence changes, efficacy changes, and contextual factors) moderates the relationship between change readiness and digital innovation was not supported. This suggests that the alignment between business strategy and digital strategy does not strengthen or weaken change readiness for digital innovation.Contribution — This study adds to the body of knowledge by providing new insights into the relationship between change readiness and digital innovation within the banking industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work life balance and perceived organizational support on employee engagement, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, among Millennial employees at PT Semen Padang. The research employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data were collected through an online survey distributed via Google Forms to 221 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that work life balance has a positive and significant effect on both employee engagement and job satisfaction. Perceived organizational support does not have a direct effect on employee engagement but has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly influences employee engagement and mediates the relationships between work life balance and employee engagement, as well as between perceived organizational support and employee engagement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta dampaknya terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Tiga Laskar Beton. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian dilakukan di Sumatera Barat dengan enam informan utama yang dipilih secara purposive, meliputi manajer K3, pengawas lapangan, dan pekerja operasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, serta dokumentasi berupa laporan internal dan data kecelakaan kerja periode 2022–2025, kemudian dianalisis dengan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa K3 telah dijalankan melalui penyediaan APD, briefing rutin, dan SOP, namun pelaksanaannya masih menghadapi tantangan berupa rendahnya disiplin karyawan, lemahnya pengawasan, dan keterbatasan pelatihan. Meski demikian, penerapan K3 terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas, ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya rasa aman kerja serta tren penurunan kecelakaan dari 19 kasus pada 2022 menjadi 10 kasus hingga pertengahan 2025. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa K3 bukan hanya kewajiban regulatif, melainkan investasi strategis bagi peningkatan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan bagi perusahaan untuk memperkuat budaya keselamatan melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan, komunikasi risiko yang sistematis, serta pengawasan konsisten, sementara penelitian selanjutnya disarankan memperluas cakupan dengan metode campuran dan mengkaji keterkaitan K3 dengan faktor psikologis karyawan.

Abstract

The West Sumatra - Riau toll road is expected to generate a favourable influence on the local economy, thereby enhancing the overall wellbeing of society. However, this progress does not eliminate some of the potential negative impacts, because the construction of toll roads will divert some of the public's transportation movements, thereby posing a threat to business activities along the diverted transportation routes. To anticipate these potential impacts, it is important to conduct a study that focuses on anticipating the potential socio-economic impacts of the construction of the West Sumatra – Riau toll road. A Focus Group Discussion was conducted with delegates from several Payakumbuh Municipal Government. A total of nineteen participants, comprising ten males and nine females, participated in the focus group discussion. The discussion remarks were methodically categorised and analysed. The study findings elucidate many potential ramifications of the construction of the West Sumatra - Riau toll road on Payakumbuh City, as well as proposed measures that might be implemented to mitigate these ramifications. The research findings can serve as a foundation for developing a regional development strategy for Payakumbuh City. The objective is to optimise the effects of toll road construction on the social and economic well-being of the community, ensuring equitable and balanced outcomes.
