Legal counseling can be done through community empowerment which is one of the efforts made by lecturers at the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University in understanding legal knowledge to the community, including about, parents' civil responsibility for post-divorce in Kaaruyaan Village, Mananggu District, Boleoa Regency. Legal prohibition for violations of non-fulfillment of children's rights after divorce often occurs in a number of areas including in some villages where this is caused by ignorance of the community in general and parents are concerned about what are the rights and obligations of parents to children after divorce where the case is mostly dominated by fathers as insurers who have not fulfilled their obligations as fathers, Especially when the father re-married another woman. So the impact of empowering this legal counseling is the independence and understanding of the community in overcoming their legal problems through community initiatives and creativity and village officials assisted by lecturers in the environment of the Faculty of Law, Gorontalo State University. Abstract

Waqf is a waqif legal act to separate and or give part of one's property to be used forever or for a certain period of time in accordance with the interests of worship and or general welfare according to sharia. In order to avoid disputes and problems related to waqf goods or land and to clarify their legal status, waqf goods must be registered and certified. Waqf Land Certification is the process by which the National Land Agency issues Waqf Land Certificates after Nazhir submits a Waqf Land Registration. Article 39 of Government Regulation Number 42 of 2006 concerning Implementation of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf contains provisions concerning registration of land ownership certificates, and Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 of 2017 concerning Procedures for Land Registration Waqf at the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning. Related to the importance of the legitimacy of a land, it often triggers legal problems, namely that land owned by the community has not been registered as a result of a lack of understanding of the importance of waqf land certification. Taking into account the legal issues above, the Community Service Team at the Faculty of Law, State University of Gorontalo carried out this community service activity as an effort to increase Community Legal Awareness Regarding Waqf Land Certification to Guarantee Legal Certainty..

Abstract

Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.
