Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja serta dampaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja, dimana kinerja sebagai variabel intervening. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya dan dikaitan dengan teori pendukung yang dikemukakan oleh para ahli dengan menggunakan program SPSS sebagai alat pengolah data statistik. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu assosiative research merupakan jenis penelitian yang bertujuan mengetahui pola hubungan antar variabel sebagai penguji hipotesa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor kecamatan Sungai Raya, dengan semua populasi di jadikan sampel yaitu 20 orang seluruh pegawai kantor kecamatan Sungai Raya, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis).Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan analisis jalur, terbukti bahwa disiplin kerja dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai kecamatan Sungai Raya dengan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to describe the application and implications of the use of PjBL-based teaching modules on the pedagogic competence of the trainee teachers. Methodology: The research method used is a qualitative approach in descriptive form. The research data was obtained by interviewing informants, namely teachers who participated in the training from State High Schools in Beduai, Sekayam and Entikong Districts. Data processing techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. Main Findings: The results show that the implementation of the use of e-modules in learning in several schools in border areas can provide benefits in improving the quality of learning processes and outcomes, although there are still some challenges in its implementation. The use of e-modules in learning makes a real contribution to efforts to improve teachers' pedagogic competence, especially in the use of technology and the internet in supporting the learning process in the classroom. Novelty/Originality of this study: The researcher intends to test the implications on the pedagogic aspects of teachers who use e-modules as a learning medium in Border Area High Schools in Beduai District, Sekayam District and Entikong District, Sanggau Regency. This sub-district was chosen because it is the outermost sub-district in West Kalimantan, the western region which is directly adjacent to Malaysia.

Abstract

The study aims to see the effectiveness of the environment-based Treffinger model on the motivation of learning economics class X at SMA 2 Sekayam. The Treffinger model is a learning strategy that encourages creativity through systematic problem-solving stages, while the environment-based approach provides a more contextual and relevant learning experience to real life. The research method used is a quasi-experiment in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The sample used two classes, namely the experimental class that was given the environment-based Treffinger model treatment and the control class that was not given treatment or used a conventional model. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The normality test used Shapiro Wilk data which showed normally distributed data with a significance value of 0.613 for the experimental class and 0.568 for the control class. The results of the independent sample t-test showed a significant difference between the motivation of the experimental class and the control class with sig = (0.000

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyzes the social work based on educational dimension at Vocational High School, Sambas in four dimensions: a) knowledge; b) skill; c) values and attitudes; d) the social act. The method used by researchers was a qualitative methodology descriptive. Technique data collection by direct communication of interviews was based on guidelines. Informants were students of class xii research that follow activities vocational internship. The data analysis technique used that is reduction data, presentation of data, and withdrawals conclusion. Based on research findings and process data can be expressed that eighth graders XII, Vocational High School have had the readiness to work if considered from four dimensions of social studies namely dimensions knowledge is shown understanding about the fact, students the concept and generalization; Dimensions of skill shown through the research skills thinking, skills skill participation social and conversation skills needed the work; dimensions and attitudes shown through the value of the substantive implanted to students through education and scores of formal and informal procedural useful as capital social participation in the work; The social act of dimensions is shown by student's ability in determining the decisions made and solutions to problems in a work environment.

Abstract

Kondisi UMKM di Desa Semudun menunjukkan bahwa: 1) proses produksi dilakukan dengan cara yang tradisional karena ketiadaan alat produksi yang memadai; 2) kurangnya pengetahuan dalam proses produksi sehingga berdampak pada hasil produksi yang kurang berkualitas; 3) produk dikemas dengan cara yang sederhana dan kurang memperhatikan standar kebersihan sehingga kurang menarik minat pembeli; 4) harga jual produk yang relatif lebih mahal dari produk sejenis kurang laku di pasaran; dan 5) proses pemasaran masih mengandalkan penjualan langsung sehingga omset penjualan sangat tergantung pada kehadiran pembeli. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka tim bersepakat untuk melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan model ekonomi Pentahelix berbasis local economic wisdom pada UMKM di Desa Semudun. Metode pelaksanaan PKM ini berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil PKM menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyulusan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan efektif dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan pelaku UMKM di Desa Semudun, meskipun tidak secara signifikan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis community engagement program aims to address the low level of functional financial literacy among economics teachers in Singkawang City, particularly regarding capital market understanding, risk management, and the identification of illegal investments. This study positions the collaborative workshop as a strategic intervention to strengthen teachers’ competencies as economic educators. Using a workshop-based approach consisting of preliminary surveys, interactive training sessions, case discussions, simple simulations, and evaluation through pre-tests and post-tests, the program systematically measured changes in participants’ knowledge. The results indicate a substantial improvement in financial literacy, evidenced by an increase in the average score from 48.2 to 85.7, accompanied by 100% positive responses regarding the relevance of the material. The program also produced a financial literacy module and lesson plan drafts that can be directly integrated into classroom instruction. These findings confirm that collaborative workshop activities are effective in enhancing teacher competence and are highly applicable for replication in various educational contexts.Keywords: Financial Literacy, Economics Teachers, Capital Market, Illegal Investment, WorkshopABSTRACTAbstrak ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia yang berisikan isu-isu pokok, tujuan penelitian, metoda/pendekatan dan hasil penelitian. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan menjawab rendahnya literasi keuangan fungsional di kalangan guru ekonomi di Kota Singkawang, terutama terkait pemahaman pasar modal, manajemen risiko, dan identifikasi investasi ilegal. Penelitian ini menempatkan program workshop sebagai intervensi strategis yang berfokus pada peningkatan kapasitas guru sebagai pendidik ekonomi. Dengan menggunakan metode workshop kolaboratif yang terdiri atas survei awal, pelatihan interaktif, studi kasus, simulasi sederhana, serta evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test, kegiatan ini mengukur perubahan pengetahuan peserta secara komprehensif. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pemahaman literasi keuangan, ditandai dengan kenaikan skor rata-rata dari 48,2 menjadi 85,7, serta respons positif guru yang mencapai 100% pada aspek relevansi materi. Program ini juga menghasilkan modul pembelajaran dan draf RPP sebagai luaran yang dapat langsung diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran ekonomi.
