Abstract

This study reviews and compares two logistics models tailored to perishable goods, focusing on the spatial and temporal dimensions of supply chain optimization. The first model proposes a population-density-based location planning framework that applies network centrality measures to determine optimal order fulfillment center locations. The second model introduces a two-warehouse inventory policy designed to handle disruption scenarios, such as lockdowns, by balancing demand variation and spoilage rates. Both models were evaluated for their methodological approaches, performance under disruption, and adaptability. The integrated review underscores the necessity of combining spatial efficiency with dynamic stock resilience to improve supply chain effectiveness for perishable goods. Findings suggest that hybrid models leveraging both geographic and temporal decision layers can significantly strengthen logistics adaptability.

Abstract

Coconut kopyor is one of the most important commodities. One of the problems in coconut kopyor cultivation is grey leaf spot disease caused by Curvularia sp. Using endophytic bacteria is one of the control technique that is environmentally friendly. A total of 40 selected endophytic Arecaceaebacteria isolated from coconut kopyor, palm oil, aren, nibung and pejibaye were tested for their inhibitory ability to Curvularia sp.through antibiotic and volatile organic compound (VOC)test.The antibiotic test showed that thirty three  endophytic bacteria isolates have inhibitory capacity againstCurvularia sp. in a range of inhibition from 4.4% to 86.6%. Isolates with the highest inhibition were EAKSS 502, EAKSS 520 and EAKSS 507. VOC test showed that EAPJN 216, EAKSS 532, EAAPN 225, EAAPN 506, EAAPN 507 and EAAPN 557 were produced VOC that suppressed the growth of Curvulariasp fungal colonies in a range from 92.27% to 97.21%. Based on the best combination of antibiotic and production of volatile organic compound test, there were four potential isolates to inhibit the growth of Curvulariasp. in vitro i.e. EAKSS 502, EAKSS 507, EAKPN 201 and EAPJN 216. Those isolates were molecularly identified as Serratia marcescensstrain PIGB81, Burkholderiasp. DOP Ma316, S. marcescensstrain RY21 and S. marcescensstrain LB21.The four isolates were isolated from different plants such oil palm, coconut kopyor and pejibaye.[Keywords: antibiotics,Burkholderia,malforma-tion, Serratia,suppression, volatile compound]AbstrakKelapa kopyor saat ini menjadi salah satu komoditas perkebunan yang penting. Salah satu masalah dalam pembudidayaan kelapa kopyor adalah serangan penyakit bercak kelabu yang disebabkan oleh cendawan Curvulariasp. Penggunaan bakteri endofit merupakan salah satu cara control yang ramah lingkungan.Sebanyak 40 isolat bakteri endofit asal tanaman Arecaceaediisolasi dari tanaman kelapa kopyor, kelapa sawit, aren, nibung dan pejibaye diujikan kemampuan penghambatannya terhadap Curvulariasp. melalui uji antibiosis dan uji produksi senyawa organik volatil (VOC). Uji antibiosis menunjukkan se-banyak 33 isolat bakteri endofit menunjukkan daya penghambatan terhadap cendawan Curvulariasp. dengan kisaran 4,4%-86,6%. Penghambatan terbesar yakni isolat EAKSS 502, EAKSS 520 dan isolat EAKSS 507. Pengujian produksi senyawa organik volatil menunjukkan EAPJN 216, EAKSS 532, EAAPN 225, EAAPN 506, EAAPN 507 dan EAAPN 557 menghasilkan komponen volatil organik yang menekan pertumbuhan koloni cendawan Curvulariasp. pada kisaran 92,27%- 97,21%. Berdasarkan kombinasi data pengujian antibioisis dan produksi senyawa organik volatilterdapat 4 isolat bakteri endofit yang berpotensi menghambat perkembangan Curvulariasp. yaitu  isolat EAKSS 502, EAKSS 507, EAKPN 201 dan EAPJN 216.Hasil identifikasi secara molekuler ke empat isolat tersebut berturut-turut adalah Serratia marcescens strain PIGB81,Burkholderia sp.  DOP Ma316,S. marcescens strain RY21danS. marcescens strain LB21. Keempat isolat tersebut diisolasi daritanaman yang berbeda yakni kelapa sawit, kelapa kopyor dan pejibaye.[Kata kunci: antibiotik, Burkholderia,malformasi, penghambatan, Serratia,komponen volatil].

Abstract

Education is an attempt by the Government to increase the country's potential to be able to compete with other countries that are experiencing very rapid development. The development of education will have an influence on the life of the local community, that is, it can affect various aspects of life, be it social, economic, cultural, religious, language and also the environment. The extent of the influence of educational development on aspects of life can be studied independently. Besides that, education also plays a major role in expanding employment opportunities, encouraging activities of supporting industries, introducing natural and cultural beauty that is inseparable from a sense of increasing brotherhood in the national and international environment. This is because education itself creates multiple economic impacts, namely direct, indirect, and secondary impacts, which provide opportunities for the growth of businesses and the role of local communities in the education sector. This research will discuss about Active Learning Training with Mathematics Tools at SDS HKBP Pembangunan 3 Medan. The result achieved is that schools are able to provide effective services online in the face of changing times caused by Covid-19 and can provide more information regarding the location of tourist objects that will be traversed by local and foreign tourists.

Abstract

Value data processing is one of the most important parts of school operations and activities. Husni Thamrin Medan Private Middle School, one of the schools that organizes an educational process based on the 2013 Curriculum, manages value data through manual and separate input by each teacher. It is hoped that through the development of a web application-based value management system, value data processing can be carried out more easily and integratedly. To implement the use of this application, training is needed for teachers so they can get to know the features and how to use the application.

Abstract

Ecoenzyme is a solution of complex organic substances produced by the fermentation process of organic waste, water, and molasses. So that organic waste that has been disposed of and is no longer used can be utilized as an environmentally friendly product. This eco-enzyme solution is dark brown in color and has a strong sour aroma. This socialization and demonstration focuses on making Ecoenzyme solutions from organic waste grapefruit, pumpkin, kale, chicory and papaya from household waste which aims to educate the public, especially housewives in Tanjung Kasau Plantation Village to know the procedure for making Ecoenzyme and using waste organic. Using an experimental method, an Ecoenzyme solution was made with 1 part molasses, 3 parts fruits and vegetables, and 10 parts clean water and then fermented for 3 months to make an Ecoenzyme solution. For the first 1 month the test was carried out Periodically, samples are taken every 2 days and evaluated for find out the evaluation parameters including organoleptic, pH and appropriate viscosity established test procedures. The results of this study showed that a good Ecoenzyme had a dark brown color, a fresh sour aroma typical of spicy and get a stable pH with a pH of 4.0 showing a high eco-enzyme produced is acidic which has benefits such as radiation protection, clearing drains, floor cleaners, organic disinfectants etc.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini berada pada urutan keempat dengan jumlah pengguna smartphone terbanyak di dunia. Beberapa masalah yg sering muncul salah satunya dalam hal pemilihan smartphone terbaik. Penelitian dilakukan pada Mahasiswa Matematika Universitas Sumatera Utara dengan jumlah 100 responden. Metode yang digunakan adalah Cut Off Point untuk menyeleksi kriteria sehingga dihasilkan tujuh dari dua belas kriteria menggunakan hasil nilai Natural Cut Off Point sebesar 2,375. Setiap kriteria terpilih di representasikan menggunakan representasi Fuzzy Linear dan Fuzzy Linguistik. Proses seleksi melalui penerapan metode TOPSIS, membutuhkan nilai pembobotan kriteria berdasarkan pengisian kuesioner. Metode TOPSIS menggunakan nilai kecocokan antara kriteria dan alternatif untuk membangun matriks keputusan. Nilai kecocokan diperoleh dari hasil representasi Fuzzy sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan TOPSIS, diperoleh alternatif terbaik hingga terendah adalah alternatif (Oppo Reno 8T) dengan nilai preferensi 0,874, (Vivo V27e) dengan nilai preferensi 0,823,  (Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G) dengan nilai preferensi 0,745,  (Realme 10 Pro 5G) dengan nilai preferensi 0,276, dan yang terakhir  (Samsung Galaxy A34 5G) dengan nilai preferensi 0,204. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kriteria Kapasitas Penyimpanan merupakan kriteria tertinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 2,93.

Abstract

Setiap lulusan dari sekolah menengah kejuruan dituntut untuk siap bekerja dengan keterampilan yang diperoleh selama belajar di sekolah kejuruan. Di era Society 5.0 ini, sebuah bisnis harus dijalankan secara digital agar dapat bersaing dengan bisnis lainnya. Siswa kelas XII yang merupakan calon alumni SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam diharapkan menjadi lulusan yang siap kerja di era society 5.0 dan juga mampu menguasai cara menjalankan bisnis digital nantinya. Website adalah platform yang dapat digunakan untuk menjalankan bisnis secara digital. Website berisi informasi bisnis yang ditampilkan semenarik mungkin agar dapat menarik pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan desain website diberikan kepada kelas Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat mengembangkan kemampuan siswa kelas XII di SMK Karya Serdang Lubuk Pakam untuk menjadi wirausaha dengan tujuan memberikan pelatihan Start Up dan Social Entrepreneurship agar mahasiswa memahami dan mampu menerapkan ilmunya sehingga dapat menjadi wirausaha. Pengusaha muda yang kreatif dan inovatif dalam mengembangkan pemasaran bisnis. Selain itu, pada program ini juga diumumkan bahwa program studi D3 Teknik Informatika USU dipindahkan dari fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam ke Fakultas Vokasi USU karena tidak banyak yang mengetahuinya.

Abstract

Transformasi digital telah mendorong lembaga pendidikan untuk menyediakan layanan yang lebih efisien dan mudah diakses. Genesia International Academy menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola informasi layanan dan interaksi dengan siswa secara optimal. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis website untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan aksesibilitas informasi. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi sistem berbasis teknologi Visual Studio Code, Bootstrap, HTML, PHP, dan CSS untuk memastikan desain yang responsif dan user-friendly. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa website ini efektif dalam menyajikan informasi layanan dan mempermudah akses bagi siswa, orang tua, dan staf, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan Genesia International Academy.
