Abstract

AbstrakPenyakit jantung sangat berbahaya sehingga perlu adanya perhatian khusus untuk melakukanpemantauan. Elektrokardiograf merupakan sebuah alat komersial yang sudah banyak digunakandalam dunia medis sejak lama untuk melakukan usaha preventif dalam menangani penyakit jantung.Permanfaatan alat ini masih sangat sulit diakses, karena secara eksistensi masih terbatas di rumahsakit saja, dan harga yang dibebankan sangatlah tidak murah, sehingga sekarang ini banyakdikembangkan prototype elektrokardiograf untuk menjadikan lebih efektif dan praktis. Banyak daripengembangan alat masih bergantung kepada jaringan internet yang secara ekonomis pembuatanperangkat ini masih cukup mahal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji fungsional rancang Do ityourself (DIY) elektrokardiograf 3-lead melalui media bluetooth, yang lebih praktis hanya denganmenggunakan fitur perangkat bawaan android tanpa harus menggunakan internet. Teknik yangdigunakan adalah dilakukan pengujian dengan memvariasi kondisi fisik sampel dengan identifikasisetiap lead-nya dan dikomparasikan dengan perhitiungan denyut nadi secara manual. Kemudiandilakukan implementasi transfer data hasil pengukuran ke dalam aplikasi Bluetooth Graphic yangkompatibel dengan sistem operasi android melalui Bluetooth. Didapatkan nilai pengukuran HeartRate yang mendekati dengan error ≤ 10 %. Visualisasi sinyal pada masing masingnya lead-nya, telahmemenuhi kriteria konstruktif. Masih ada kendala jangkauan bluethooth antar perangkat masih belumsesuai dengan literatur. An electrocardiograph isa commercial tool that has been widely used in the medical world for a long time to make preventionefforts in dealing with heart disease. The use of this tool is very difficult to access, because itsexistence is still limited in hospitals, and the price charged is not cheap, so now manyelectrocardiograph prototypes are being developed to make it more effective and practical. Many ofthe development tools that still support economical network devices are still expensive tomanufacture. This study aims to test the functional design of the Do it yourself (DIY) 3-leadelectrocardiograph via Bluetooth media, which is more practical only by using the features of theAndroid default device without having to use the internet. The technique used is testing by varyingthe physical condition of the sample by knowing each lead and comparing it with the pulse manually.Then the implementation of the measurement results in data transfers into the Bluetooth Graphicapplication that is compatible with the Android operating system via Bluetooth. The Heart Ratemeasurement value is obtained which is close to an error of 10%. The signal visualization for eachleader has met the constructive criteria. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan multimedia interaktif IPA materi cuaca untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik kelas III SD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dan model pengembangan 4D (define, design, development, dan dissemination). Uji coba skala kecil menggunakan desain one-group pretest-posttest dengan subjek berjumlah 5 peserta didik dan uji coba skala besar menggunakan desan control group pretest-posttest dengan subjek berjumlah 30 peserta didik (15 peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan 15 peserta didik kelas kontrol). Subjek penelitian sebelumnya telah dipilih dengan teknik  random sampling. Instrumen penelitian, terdiri atas: (1) instrumen validasi menggunakan lembar validasi media yang diisi dua validator ahli media dan materi; (2) instrumen kepraktisan menggunakan lembar keterlaksanaan dan lembar respons; (3) instrumen keefektifan menggunakan lembar tes. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan dengan validasi, observasi, tes, dan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas multimedia interaktif IPA memperoleh persentase kevalidan sebesar 89% (sangat valid). Kepraktisan multimedia interaktif IPA yang ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran memperoleh 90,62% (sangat baik) dan ditinjau dari respons siswa mendapatkan 80,71% (sangat praktis). Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media yang dikembangkan yaitu multimedia interaktif IPA pada materi cuaca dikatakan sangat layak sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

The pandemic of COVID-19 has made several change to the learning process in Indonesia. Because of the less effective online learning, the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture creates new policies by allowing offline learning, but with a limited system or hybrid learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of hybrid learning in schools, where placed at a Public Junior School in Indonesia. The type of this research is a qualitative research using interview and observation techniques involving the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum, English Teachers, Social Sciences Teachers, and Science Teachers. The data obtained will be analyzed with Miles and Huberman technique. This implementation has several stages, namely the preparation/planning, the implementation, and the evaluation. During this pandemic, online and hybrid learning process has had a big impact. The positive impact is to make teachers more literate towards digital technology which makes them more creative and innovative in choosing learning media platforms, and student’s skills were improve in using technology.

Abstract

Pada era revolusi industri 4.0 ini telah berkembang literasi baru dan sangat penting untuk mencegah berita dan konten info bohong (hoax). Masalah terkait konten info yang bersifat hoax tersebut sangatlah berbahaya. Yang menjadi masalah utama bagi mahasiswa adalah untuk mengikuti pelatihan tersebut memerlukan biaya yang tidak sedikit. Pada era pandemi COVID-19 ini, khususnya para mahasiswa mengalami keterbatasan anggaran untuk mengikuti workshop pelatihan tersebut harus membayar. Kota Surabaya, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dan Kabupaten Gresik mulai menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) mulai Selasa (28/4/2020). Ini juga berdampak pada pelatihan atau workshop tidak bisa diadakan secara face-to-face. Hal tersebut telah menjadi masalah serius dan perlu alternatif solusi agar kualitas anggota Karang Taruna Desa Klurak, Candi, Sidoarjo tidak mengalami penurunan, khususnya keterampilan pembuatan konten ilmiah info COVID-19. Oleh karena itu, Tim PKM berkehendak memberikan kontribusi positif dan nyata Karang Taruna Desa Klurak, Candi, Sidoarjo dengan Kegiatan Online Workshop Pembuatan Konten Ilmiah Info COVID-19.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan limbah tempurung kelapa di Indonesia masih kurang dan terbatas, bahkan umunya masih dianggap sebagai limbah bahan bakar setiap harinya. Sedangkan limbah tempurung kelapa memiliki daya serap yang tinggi dan luas permukaan yang besar yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber alternatif material Graphene Oxide (GO) yang ramah lingkungan serta ketersediaannya dapat diperbarui. Graphene oxide merupakan material dengan konduktivitas yang sangat baik, memiliki kisi hexagonal menyerupai sarang lebah dan terdapat lengkungan karena adanya gugus oksigen dalam bentuk karboksil dan karbonil didalamnya. Proses sintesis graphene oxide dari tempurung kelapa ini menggunakan metode Hummer atau oksidasi secara kimia. Karakterisasi material dilakukan untuk mendapatkan material graphene oxide yang bagus. Hasil SEM menyatakan perbedaan ukuran partikel dan pada tepi partikel terlihat agak tebal yang menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi oksigen yang diperjelas dengan hasil EDX dimana unsur karbon sebanyak 86,8 wt% dan unsur oksigen sebanyak 12,8 wt%. Perbandingan hasil dari karakterisasi FTIR dari sampel GO hasil sintesis dengan referensi menjelaskan adanya berbagai gugus fungsi yang mengandung oksigen dalam sampel GO. Kemudian pada pengukuran spektroskopi raman diperoleh rasio sebesar 0,84 yang menyatakan bahwa sampel hasil sintesis merupakan sampel GO. Meskipun pada karakterisasi XRD didapatkan pergeseran pola difraksi material GO yang khas pada pembentukan rGO, hal ini dapat disebabkan dari prekusor yang digunakan dalam sintesis merupakan bahan amorf dan adanya perubahan derajat oksidasi selama proses sintesis. Kata Kunci: Graphene Oxide, Tempurung Kelapa, Metode Hummer Abstract Utilization of coconut shell waste in Indonesia is still lacking and limited, in fact it is generally still considered as fuel waste every day. Meanwhile, coconut shell waste has a high absorption capacity and a large surface area which can be used as an alternative source of Graphene Oxide (GO) material which is environmentally friendly and its availability can be renewed. Graphene oxide is a material with very good conductivity, has a hexagonal lattice resembling a honeycomb and has a bend due to the presence of oxygen groups in the form of carboxyl and carbonyl in it. The process of synthesizing graphene oxide from coconut shells uses the Hummer method or chemical oxidation. Material characterization was carried out to obtain a good graphene oxide material. The SEM results revealed differences in particle size and on the edges of the particles it looked rather thick indicating the presence of oxygen functional groups which was clarified by the EDX results where the carbon element was 86.8 wt% and the oxygen element was 12.8 wt%. Comparison of the results of the FTIR characterization of the synthesized GO samples with references explaining the presence of various oxygen-containing functional groups in the GO samples. Then on Raman spectroscopy measurements, the ratio was obtained at 0.84 which stated that the synthesized sample was a GO sample. Although the XRD characterization obtained a shift in the diffraction pattern of GO material that is typical for the formation of rGO, this can be caused by the precursor used in the synthesis which is an amorphous material and the degree of oxidation changes during the synthesis process. Abstract

This research aims to explain the effectiveness of the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on elementary students' science process skills on temperature and heat material. This research was conducted on fifth-grade students at SDN Kalirungkut I/264. This research method is a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group research design. The data was collected through test and non-test (observation) techniques. Based on the N-Gains score test, the score in the experimental group was 58.12697%, which is quite effective. Based on the analysis using effect size on experimental and control class students, it is known that the effect size value is 1.131611, which means that learning with the POE model on temperature and heat material has a high influence on students' science process skills. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the POE learning model is more effective than conventional learning of scientific process skills. This research will help students improve their fundamental scientific process skills using the POE model. In prior research, no one has tried to examine the topic of temperature and heat and no one has calculated the effectiveness of the POE model on science process skills using effect size.

Abstract

This study aims to develop HOTS question instruments in temperature and heat material. This study uses the design thinking method with five steps including empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. The test stage was conducted with a one-shot case study and quantitative descriptive analysis. Sampling was conducted by using purposive sampling technique on 25 students in eighth grade. The HOTS question instruments developed in thirty multiple choices. The results of instrument quality according item analysis test in terms of the level of difficulty is in a medium average with a good category, the distinguishing power is 0.66 with a good category, the validity of instrument is 63.3% with valid category, and the reliability of instrument is 0.78 that declared reliable. So, it can be said that the instrument that has been developed is feasible to use.

Abstract

This research aims to view and review published research on Science Process Skills (SPS) in 2020–2023 using VOSViewer. Article data from Google Scholar database journals collected using Publish or Perish. In 2020-2021 the number of articles published experienced a significant increase, but starting from 2022-2023 it experienced a drastic decline. Topics such as science process skills, students, development, effects, models, analysis, and learning have often been discussed by researchers. In contrast to keywords such as correlation, STEM, self efficacy, case, comparison, improvement, argumentation, and POGIL, these are research topics that are rarely researched and too broad to be studied in more depth. The results of the review of the top 10 articles cited tend to examine strategies for mastering science process skills which include experimentation, minds-on, inquiry approaches, discovery learning, strategic manipulation, debate skills, ICT, STEM, student-centered teaching, use of a variety of learning tools, hands-on exercises, group activities, PhET, mobile scientific investigations, guided inquiry, PBL, PjBL, learning cycles, use of learning media, modules and worksheets. The novelty of this research is a bibliometric analysis and review of the latest research in the field of SPS. The implication of this research is contributes and support Kurikulum Merdeka’s science learning outcomes. Future researchers can use these insights to improve science education, helps focus on their studies, and pinpoint SPS research trends.

Abstract

The aim of this reseach was to describe the practicality of the SCPjBL model, based on the results of the implementation of scientific investigations to improve students' scientific creativity on Student Worksheets (LKM). The method in this study is the development of a modified model and applied in universities in 2024. The sample in this study was 90 students from two different universities. Data were collected based on the results of validation and observation of the implementation of the SCPjBL model. The assessment instrument used an implementation observation sheet carried out by two observers. The observation sheet was filled in by four observers who were divided into two observers who were tasked with observing the implementation of the SCPjBL model phase, and two others observed student activities, the results of the observations were then analyzed quantitatively. The results of the study were in the form of implementation results by obtaining an average score of 3.72 with an average validity percentage of 91% with a very practical category. The results of the practicality of the SCPjBL model and its supporting devices obtained a score of 3.56 with an average implementation percentage reaching 91%. Based on the results of the study, the SCPjBL model was declared practical and feasible for use.

Abstract

Pencegahan penularan penyakit melalui airborne oleh udara yang tercemar dapat dilakukan dengan perlindungan diri menggunakan masker. Umumnya masker medis di pasaran menggunakan bahan polimer yang sulit terurai. Seiring perkembangan teknologi, alternatif yang dapat menggantikannya yaitu bioselulosa. Ketersediaan bahan baku dari bahan alam seperti cocofiber dengan kandungan selulosa diperkuat sifat mekaniknya melalui proses asetilasi hingga diperoleh selulosa asetat (SA). Pada proses pembuatan selulosa diperlukan tahap delignifikasi dan bleaching sedangkan selulosa asetat melalui tahap aktivasi, asetilasi dan hidrolisis. Dimana, dalam proses tersebut memperhatikan beberapa faktor seperti jenis dan konsentrasi pelarut, suhu serta waktu. Polylactic acid (PLA) memiliki kemampuan biodegradable yang baik dipergunakan sebagai matriks komposit. Pemintalan polimer melalui metode electrospinning memperoleh ukuran nanofiber dan porositas diharapkan sesuai standar filter masker medis. Artikel kajian ini membahas pembuatan nanofiber PLA-SA cocofiber yang berpotensi sebagai filter masker medis. Generally, medical masks on the market use polymer materials that are difficult to decompose. As technology develops, an alternative that can replace it is biocellulose. The availability of raw materials from natural materials such as cocofiber containing cellulose is strengthened by its mechanical properties through an acetylation process to obtain cellulose acetate (SA). In the process of making cellulose, delignification and bleaching stages are required, while cellulose acetate goes through activation, acetylation and hydrolysis stages. Where, the process pays attention to several factors such as the type and concentration of solvent, temperature and time. Polylactic acid (PLA) has a good biodegradable ability to be used as a composite matrix. The polymer spinning through the electrospinning method obtains the expected nanofiber size and porosity according to medical mask filter standards. This study article discusses the manufacture of PLA-SA cocofiber nanofiber which has the potential as a filter for medical masks.
