Abstract

Background. The occurrence of illegal racing crime is caused by poor self-control of children and also weakening social control due to lack of family supervision, environment, school, and law enforcement to carry out their control functions. The study aimed to identify the chronology and illegal motorcycle street racing area that became a favorite place where illegal racers held in Ploso Kertosono Nganjuk and the surrounding area. Research Method. This research is considered as a field research or case study. It is used descriptive analysis method and the type of research is qualitative research. The data collection procedures of this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The primary sources included interviewing illegal riders, the society around the illegal street racing area, and police officers from the county police of Nganjuk. The secondary data were collected from books, journals, and documents. The research analyzed from Ius Constitutum included No. 22 of 2009 about Indonesian traffic law. Findings. This research results more on the chronology and describes the flow of illegal races that are so popular with children in the Ploso Kertosono Nganjuk road area and its surroundings in Nganjuk Regency and is continued with an analysis in terms of Positive Law in the form of Law No. 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation. The final result is the absolute truth of Positive Law in analyzing illegal racing under applicable laws and regulations. Conclusion. The concept of Ius Constitutum analyzes illegal motorcycle street racing according to the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

An unplanned and unintentional event involving a vehicle that results in loss can occur in a traffic accident with or without other road users. Road accidents have legal consequences for the perpetrator or the cause of the occurrence, which can be in the form of punishment or even prosecution. compensation for material losses actually suffered.The formulation of the problem of this research, How is the implementation of restorative justice in the criminal act of traffic accidents that cause minor injuries? and How are the obstacles or obstacles in the implementation of restorative justice in the criminal act of traffic accidents that cause minor injuries? By using restorative justice, this study seeks to determine the role of the prosecutor's office in handling criminal traffic accidents on behalf of the community. The District Attorney of Kediri City conducted empirical research as part of the methodology used in this study. The purpose of this research is to find out how, in accordance with Perja No. 15/2020, restorative justice is provided to perpetrators of traffic accidents at the stage of termination of prosecution. In addition, it aims to find out the challenges faced by the Kediri City District Attorney's Office in applying restorative justice to perpetrators of traffic accident crimes.

Abstract

Various national efforts and programs have been launched to overcome the problem of stunting. However, the incidence of stunting still cannot be resolved optimally. One real effort to overcome the problem of stunting is to empower the community itself. In implementing this community empowerment activity, the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method is used because this method emphasizes the full involvement of partner communities in the program to be carried out. The three program priorities that will be implemented are providing additional food (PMT) to stunted toddlers and toddlers as well as pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency (KEK), increasing knowledge of partner communities through information communication and education (KIE) activities for target groups, and economic empowerment. family. The aim of implementing this activity is to provide assistance and trigger partner communities in overcoming the stunting problem that occurs. A total of 16 people attended the Ecoprint Workshop, and 15 people attended catfish cultivation training. The output targets targeted in implementing this activity include reducing the number of toddlers and toddlers with stunting, increasing hemoglobin levels and upper arm circumference in pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency, publishing articles in national journals, and documenting the implementation of community empowerment activities with stunting problems.

Abstract

In the competitive and dynamic digital era, cooperatives must have systems that accommodate both operational needs and customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. However, Koperasi Nusantara Mandiri in Bandung Regency does not yet have a system that encompasses both aspects, rendering the cooperative's services ineffective and less competitive. Therefore, the cooperative requires a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to assist potential customers by providing loan eligibility calculation simulations. This research aims to implement a decision support method in a system using the waterfall methodology, which includes the stages of requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance to develop a web-based CRM application. The application is designed and developed to help the cooperative manages the customer data, ease the business processes, and enhance effectiveness in both operations and customer analysis. Testing is conducted using the black box technique to ensure the application meets the specified requirements. The research results indicate that the developed CRM application functions well and meets the needs of Koperasi Nusantara Mandiri, thereby increasing the cooperative's operational effectiveness.

Abstract

Pelestarian lingkungan dan pemberdayaan keterampilan masyarakat menjadi fokus utama dalam menjawab kebutuhan pengembangan komunitas lokal. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu pengetahuan melalui pelatihan praktis guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, khususnya di RT 03/RW 07 Perumahan Griya Asri, Desa Kalitengah. Metode yang diterapkan meliputi pelatihan makrame, sosialisasi e-commerce, pembuatan kompos, serta pemasangan peta administrasi. Hasil menunjukkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat yang berdampak pada keberhasilan kegiatan, termasuk peningkatan keterampilan warga dan pengelolaan lingkungan yang lebih baik. Fokus utama kegiatan ini terletak pada kombinasi antara teknologi digital dan pelestarian lingkungan dalam satu rangkaian kegiatan. Pendekatan ini menawarkan model pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis kolaborasi yang relevan untuk diterapkan di komunitas serupa.

Abstract

Community midwifery is a midwifery service that emphasizes on psychosocial and cultural aspects in the community. Therefore, a midwife is required to be able to provide services that are individual or group (Wahyuni, 2018). Community midwifery is part of midwifery in the form of a series of knowledge and skills to provide midwifery services to mothers and children in the community in a certain area (Pinem, 2016). Midwifery services are one of the important aspects of the health system that focuses on maternal and child health. Midwives have a strategic role in providing health services, ranging from pregnancy checkups, childbirth, to postpartum care.  The role of midwives is not only limited to health facilities, but also extends to the community, where they can reach and provide education and health services to the wider community.  This activity began with an assessment carried out by direct interviews, observation and door-to-door secondary data collection in RT 45 Graha Indah Village. The assessment, which was carried out on October 14-17, 2024, has found that there are several problems that deserve to be raised to be given the right solution, including problems in pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers, toddlers and adolescents. Based on the description above, students are obliged to analyze, formulate problems, prioritize, enforce problem diagnosis, plan activities, implement them so that evaluation of all series of activities can be carried out and in the end it is hoped that students can improve their health through community activities, especially in RT 45 Graha Indah Village.  We, midwifery students of Ngudi Waluyo University, try to help solve health problems in RT 45 Graha Indah Village by holding several health programs.   Abstrak Kebidanan komunitas adalah pelayanan kebidanan yang menekankan pada aspek - aspek psikososial budaya yang ada di komunitas. Maka seorang bidan dituntut mampu memberikan pelayanan yang bersifat individual maupun kelompok (Wahyuni, 2018). Kebidanan komunitas adalah bagian dari kebidanan yang berupa serangkaian ilmu dan ketrampilan untuk memberikan pelayanan kebidanan pada ibu dan anak yang berada dalam masyarakat diwilayah tertentu (Pinem, 2016). Pelayanan kebidanan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam sistem kesehatan yang berfokus pada kesehatan ibu dan anak. Bidan memiliki    peran strategis dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan, mulai dari pemeriksaan  kehamilan,  persalinan,  hingga  perawatan pasca-persalinan.  Peran  bidan  tidak  hanya  terbatas  pada fasilitas  kesehatan,  tetapi  juga  meluas  ke  komunitas,  di mana   mereka   dapat   menjangkau   dan   memberikan pendidikan serta pelayanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat luas.  Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pengkajian yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung, observasi dan pengambilan data sekunder secara door to door di RT 45 Kelurahan Graha Indah. Pengkajian yang dilakukan pada tanggal 14-17 Oktober 2024, maka telah ditemukan adanya beberapa masalah yang layak diangkat untuk diberikan penyelesaian yang tepat diantaranya adalah terdapat masalah pada ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, balita dan remaja. Berdasarkan uraian di atas maka mahasiswa berkewajiban untuk menganalisa, merumuskan   masalah, memprioritaskan, menegakkan diagnosa   masalah, melakukan perencanaan kegiatan, melakukan implementasi sehingga dapat dilakukan evaluasi atas semua rangkaian kegiatan dan pada akhirnya diharapkan    mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan melalui   kegiatan komunitas khususnya di RT 45 Kelurahan  Graha Indah.  Kami  mahasiswa  profesi  kebidanan Universitas  Ngudi  Waluyo  mencoba  untuk  membantu memecahkan  masalah-masalah kesehatan yang ada di RT 45 Kelurahan  Graha Indah dengan melakukan beberapa kegiatan program kesehatan.

Abstract

The high maternal and infant mortality rate requires Continuity of Care (COC)-based midwifery care starting from pregnant women, maternity, postpartum, neonatals, and family planning. Continuity of Care (COC) is a service that is achieved when there is a continuous relationship between a woman and a midwife. COC is a process in which patients and health workers are cooperatively involved in the management of health services continuously towards high-quality, cost-effective medical care. This care aims to provide comprehensive obstetric care as an effort to help, monitor, and detect the possibility of complications that  examinations and secondary data through the KIA Book, and this research starts from June – September 2024 research instruments using SOAP documentation. Based on the results of a comprehensive case study (Continuity Of Care) on Mrs. E from the third trimester of pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum period, newborn and neonates. Mrs. E is 28 years old G2P1A0. The delivery of Mrs. E took place at the Ibnu Sina Clinic, the postpartum period was normal, there was no abnormal bleeding, uterine contractions were good. In newborns, the results of anthropometric examinations were normal, and Mrs. E decided to use a birth control implant. It is hoped that the midwife profession in providing continuous midwifery care (continuity of care) will always implement midwifery management, maintain and improve competence in providing care in accordance with midwifery service standards.   Abstrak Masih tingginya angka kematian ibu dan bayi maka diperlukan asuhan kebidanan berbasis Continuity of Care ( COC) mulai dari ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, neonatus, dan keluarga berencana. Continuity of Care (COC) adalah pelayanan yang dicapai ketika terjalin hubungan terus-menerus antara seorang wanita dengan bidan. COC adalah suatu proses dimana pasien dan tenaga kesehatan yang kooperatif terlibat dalam manageman pelayanan kesehatan secara terus menerus menuju pelayanan yang berkualitas tinggi, biaya perawatan medis yang efekfif. Asuhan ini bertujuan emberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif sebagai upaya untuk membantu, memantau, dan mendeteksi adanya kemungkinan timbulnya komplikasi yang menyertai ibu dan bayi pada ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas, BBL, neonatus dan KB. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny. E dilakukan melalui kunjungan langsung dengan frekuensi kunjungan ANC 1 kali, kunjungan nifas 4 kali, kunjungan BBl 3 kali, serta kunjungan KB 1 kali. Metode dalam penelitian inimenggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitumenggunakan  data primer melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik dan data sekunder melalui Buku KIA,  sertapenelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Juni – September 2024 instrumen penelitian menggunakan dokumentasi SOAP. Berdasarkan hasil studi kasus secaraKomprehensif (Continuity Of Care) pada Ny. E darikehamilan trimester III, persalinan, masa nifas, bayi barulahir dan neonates. Didapatkan Ny. E umur 28 Tahun G2P1A0. Persalinan pada Ny. E berlangsung di Klinik Ibnu Sina, masa nifas berlangsung normal tidak ada perdarahan yang abnormal, kontraksi uterus baik. Pada bayi baru lahir hasil pemeriksaan antropometri normal, dan Ny. E memutuskan untuk menggunakan KB Implant. Diharapkan profesi bidan dalam memberikan asuhan kebidanan berkelanjutan (continuity of care) selanjutnya selalu menerapkan manajemen kebidanan, mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kompetensi dalam memberikan asuhan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan kebidanan.

Abstract

Sexual violence according to End Child Prostitution in Asia Tourism International is an interaction between a child and adults such as strangers, grandparents, parents, and siblings. Where the condition of the child is used as an object of lust for the perpetrator. The rise of sexual violence cases in Indonesia has concerned the community and the local government. Seeing the high rate of sexual violence is a slap in the face for the government, which should think of the best solution to protect children as the nation's next generation. Therefore, the ratification of the Sexual Violence Law Number 12 of 2022 is used as a preventive solution from the government to protect the rights of victims of sexual violence. The research method used by the current author is empirical and also a qualitative approach. And also the data collection technique is carried out by interview techniques and also a form of questionnaire. In implementing the protection of children's rights, the Women and Children Protection Team provides mental rehabilitation services, social rehabilitation for victims. In the last three years, sexual violence in kediri has decreased in 2023 to 13%. In addition, they also seek protection preventively or repressively. The research was conducted at (Office of Population Control Family Planning Women's Empowerment and Child Protection). Located at Jalan Panglima Sudirman 141 Kampung Dalem Village no 45 Kota.

AbstrakUpaya peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia di bidang kesehatanmerupakan suatu usaha yang sangat luas dan menyeluruh, usaha tersebut meliputipeningkatan kesehatan masyarakat baik fisik maupun non-fisik. Selain itu,masyarakat Indonesia mempunyai tujuan untuk membangun manusia seutuhnya,yakni terpenuhinya kebutuhan jasmani dan rohani termasuk kesehatan. Untukmencapai tujuan itu, maka setiap orang harus bersaing secara sehat dan kuatsehingga akan memberikan begitu banyak tantangan-tantangan bagi konsumen,produsen/pengusaha ataupun sebagai pemerintah untuk melakukan hal tersebut.Perlindungan konsumen adalah segala upaya yang menjamin adanya kepastianhukum untuk memberi perlindungan kepada konsumen, sedangkan yangdimaksud dengan konsumen adalah setiap orang pemakai barang/atau jasa.Selanjutnya Pelaku usaha adalah setiap orang perseorangan atau badan usaha, baikyang berbentuk badan hukum maupun bukan badan hukum yang didirikan danberkedudukan melalui perjanjian menyelenggarakan kegiatan usaha dalamberbagai bidang ekonomi. Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi permasalahan dalamkasus-kasus perlindungan konsumen yaitu Masyarakat bawah yang menjadikorban Karena tidak punya pilihan lain, masyarakat ini terpaksa mengkonsumsibarang/jasa yang hanya semampunya di dapat, dengan standar kualitas dankeamanan yang sangat minim. Kondisi ini menyebabkan diri mereka selalu dekatdengan bahayabahaya yang bisa mengancam kesehatan dan keselamatan dirinyakapan saja. Dilihat dari kasus-kasus di atas maka dari itu masyarakat dihimbauharus lebih berhati-hati dalam penggunaan terhadap barang-barang yangberhubungan dengan kesehatan, karena sudah bayak contoh yang dapat dilihat,agar tidak terulang kejadian yang sama.Kata kunci: Obat Farmasi Tanpa Izin Edar.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to: (1) Implementation of the jeguran tradition in blumbang sarean, (2) the relationship between blumbang sarean and sheikh ahmad mutamakkin (3) the values contained in the jeguran tradition. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The jeguran tradition at Blumbang Sarean is a tradition that must be held every year. Every night, community suros and students flock to throw themselves into the pool. The tradition of jeguran at blumbang sarean is believed to be a blessing. The aim of this research is to find out the values that exist in the jeguran tradition in Blumbang Sarean. This research uses the research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The data collection technique through observation is collecting data by going directly to the observation location and accompanied by observing every situation or behavior of the object being studied. The jeguran tradition in Blumbang Sarean is a tradition of bathing in the pool next to Mbah Mutamakkin's grave. In the process of implementing the Jeguran tradition, there are values that can be taken, including: The value of monotheism, the value of worship, the value of unity, the value of struggle, the value of responsibility, the value of brotherhood, the value of Islamic boarding school. Keywords: Jeguran tradition, Mbah Mutamakkin. Religious values AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Implementasi tradisi jeguran dalam blumbang sarean, (2) hubungan blumbang sarean dengan syekh ahmad mutamakkin (3) nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam tradisi jeguran. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Tradisi jeguran di Blumbang Sarean merupakan tradisi yang wajib diadakan setiap tahunnya. Setiap malam suro, pelajar berbondong-bondong menceburkan diri ke dalam kolam. Tradisi jeguran di blumbang sarean dipercaya membawa berkah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai yang ada dalam tradisi jeguran di Blumbang Sarean. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi adalah pengumpulan data dengan cara mendatangi langsung lokasi pengamatan dan diiringi dengan mengamati setiap keadaan atau perilaku objek yang diteliti. Tradisi jeguran di Blumbang Sarean merupakan tradisi mandi di kolam sebelah makam Mbah Mutamakkin. Dalam proses pelaksanaan tradisi Jeguran terdapat nilai-nilai yang dapat diambil, antara lain : Nilai tauhid, nilai ibadah, nilai persatuan, nilai perjuangan, nilai tanggung jawab, nilai persaudaraan, nilai nilai pesantren. Kata Kunci : Tradisi Jeguran, Mbah Mutamakkin, Nilai-nilai Tradisi
