Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan (Price to Book Value) dan bagaimana peran kebijakan dividen (Dividend Payout Ratio) memoderasi hubungan faktor-faktor tersebut dengan nilai perusahaan. Semakin tinggi nilai perusahaan, maka akan diikuti dengan tingginya harga saham. Tingginya harga saham perusahaan menunjukkan tingginya kekayaan perusahaan yang tercermin dari tingginya nilai perusahaan. Nilai perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor internal perusahaan seperti profitabilitas, struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, likuiditas, dan rasio aktivitas. Penelitian ini berobjek pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2020-2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 191 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 perusahaan dengan total pengamatan 131 perusahaan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Squaredengan model two-stage approach dengan menggunakan alat bantu perangkat lunak statistika SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas (Return on Assets), struktur modal (Debt to Equity Ratio), ukuran perusahaan (LnTotalAsset), likuiditas (Current Ratio), rasio aktivitas (Total Assets Turn Over) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (Price to Book Value) pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Selain itu, pengujian moderasi menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan dividen tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan (Return on Assets) dengan nilai perusahaan (Price to Book Value) pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Dividen ; Likuiditas ; Nilai Perusahaan ; Profitabilias ; Rasio Aktivitas ; Struktur Modal ; Ukuran Perusahaan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work environment, and workload on employee performance. Population in this research is 35 employees of PT. Sunrider Nusaperdana. The sample used is 35 employees, with a saturation sampling, meaning the entire population is used as the sample. Data collection method uses field research, with the research instrument being a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis method uses component or variance-based structural equation modeling, processed using the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. The research design used is a causal research with a quantitative approach. This study proves that the organizational culture variable has an original sample value of 0.363, t-statistics of 4.146 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The work environment variable has an original sample value of 0.176, t-statistics of 3.584 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The workload variable has an original sample value of 0.468, t-statistics of 6.002 > 1.96, and a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that workload has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) serve as a digital platform that aids creators of digital works, particularly E-Books, in marketing or introducing their creative outputs. This platform offers easy access and high-security systems to safeguard the copyright of E-Book creators. This study aims to analyze and provide insights into the copyright protection of E-Book works in the form of NFTs, under the perspective of Copyright Law. Additionally, the study seeks to determine whether NFT transactions can serve as a solution for Intellectual Property protection in Indonesia. The research employs a normative legal research method, utilizing literature review and descriptive techniques. The findings reveal that NFTs can indeed offer a solution for intellectual property protection in Indonesia. By transforming works into NFTs, their copyright is protected through ownership tokens that are automatically integrated into the blockchain (digital ledger).

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyse: (1) the portrayal of lower caste people in India in The White Tiger (2021) movie, and (2) the psychological transformation of the protagonist presented in The White Tiger (2021) movie. The researcher uses the qualitative method to examine the problem. The object of this study is movie The White Tiiger (2021). The data used in this study is collected by the researcher through some steps, namely watching and reading, identifying, classifying, and selecting. In order to answer the problem statement and draw a conclusion from this study, the selected data is analyzed by the researcher through some steps, namely displaying, explaining, and interpreting. The approach and theory that the researcher uses to analyze the problem is sociology of literature and psychology of literature. The result of this study shows that (1) the portrayal of lower caste as portrayed by the lower caste characters of The White Tiger (2021) movie are depicted through various occurences including poor living condition, unfair treatment and bound by traditions (2) the personality change of the protagonist makes him change from a loyal servant to a disloyal servant.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze : (1) Chinese immigrant parenting style in U.S.A towards main character’s psychological condition reflected in Turning Red (2022), (2) the effect of parenting style on the main character’s emotion and behavior is presented in Turning Red (2022). The study uses descriptive qualitative method to analyzed the film entitled Turning Red (2022) directed by Domee Shi as the objective research. The collecting data of the research method includes watching and reading, identifying, classifying, and selecting. The analyzing data of the research method by used exposing, explaining, and interpreting. The researcher analyzes the data by uses psychology of literature and parenting style approach in doing the process of the research. The result of the study: the parenting style of Chinese immigrant in U.S.A element within this research. They are firstly, psychological condition which belongs to main character is dominate with the id. It means that the id, ego, and superego are not balanced. Secondly, the effect of parenting style clearly describe on the main character which are convey their emotions in the wrong way, are not good at making decisions, lack self-confidence, and often compare themselves with other people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, dan apakah hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja tersebut diperkuat dengan adanya motivasi kerja.  Penelitian focus pada PT N I khususnya area marketing Jawa Barat memiliki pegawai dengan kinerja yang baik, pihak manajemen berpandangan bahwa pegawai merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya. Variabel kinerja, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi diperoleh berdasarkan penelitian Margareth Y.L.  Variabel kinerja sebagai variabel terikat dan variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel bebas.  Pengumpulan tingkat kepuasan, motivasi dan kinerja dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai area Marketing Jawa Barat sebanyak 25 orang, dan dilakukan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pihak manajemen. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan koefisien korelasi 0,873 menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja yang dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja.  Nilai koefisien determinasi pada regresi pertama sebesar 23,43% sedangkan setelah ada persamaan regresi kedua nilai koefisien determinasi naik menjadi 76,21% yang berarti motivasi kerja memperkuat hubungan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja. Sekalipun hasil koefisien korelasi dan determinasi tinggi namun hasil uji F dan uji t menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja baik ada maupun tanpa variabel intervening.  Hasil tersebut dapat menujukkan adanya hubungan antara kepuasan, motivasi dan kinerja namun pengaruh kepuasan terhadap kinerja tidak secara signifikan, oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja, tidak berarti harus meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this empirical research is to examine about the effect of leverage, firm size, dan employee stock ownership program on financial performance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2020. The data processed with Eviews 12. This research used 70 manufacturing companies for a total of 280 data with a four years period. This reseacrh were selected using purposive sampling method. The results of this research shows that firm size have negative and significant influence on financial performance, employee stock ownership program does not significantly influence financial performance.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penulis bahwa Pelaksanaan Analisis yang dilakukan Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Medan terhadap tanah dan bangunan di atasnya yang dijadikan jaminan hutang dalam proses pemberian kredit, adalah dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan untuk dapat dibuat action plan-nya. Kemudian pengumpulan data yang diikuti dengan verifikasi data untuk dilakukan analisa data dengan metode pendekatan (cost approach, market data approach atau income approach), sehingga berdasarkan analisa data ini dicapailah suatu kesimpulan nilai dari tanah berikut bangunan diatasnya tersebut. Penilaian Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Medan dapat mengetahui nilai hak tanggungan dari jaminan hutang yang harus ditetapkan dalam Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan. Selanjutnya pengikatan kredit dan pengikatan jaminan dilakukan dengan menandatangani perjanjian kredit dan perjanjian jaminan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan pemberian kredit yang dilakukan oleh pihak PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Hasil analisa data PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Medan menggunakan alat analisis 5C dan 7P yaitu (5C) character, capacity, capital, collateral, condition, (7P) Personality, Party, Purpose, Prospect, Payment, Profitability, Protection, menyatakan bahwa sebagian besar debitur layak menerima kredit dari PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Medan. Analisis 5C7P diperoleh bahwa ternyata yang layak menerima kredit sebesar 80%, sedangkan yang tidak layak menerima kredit sebesar 20% .

Abstract

This study aims to explore the effect of transformational leadership on work innovation and knowledge management, as well as the mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between transformational leadership and work innovation. The research method used is quantitative research, with the use of partial least square (PLS) analysis techniques. The findings of this study reveal that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work innovation directly. Transformational leadership also has a positive and significant impact on knowledge management. Then knowledge management plays a role as mediation in the relationship between transformational leadership and work innovation in a positive and significant manner in this study.

Abstract

Office ergonomics talk about how to make the work area in the office suitable for people who work and support the work activities they do. Meanwhile, 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) is a system that makes work activities better and of higher quality. If these two principles are applied properly to an office activity, it will certainly increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the work being carried out. The introduction of the two principles was carried out for Kelurahan X employees. Information was provided through an interactive webinar format through the Zoom Meeting platform. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the importance of Ergonomics in the office and the importance of implementing 5S to the employees of the X Village office. In the early stages of implementation, information is provided through the lecture method and collects data related to the knowledge that participants currently have using a questionnaire using Google Form, then in the next stage, participants are asked to actively participate in the application of the material that has been presented previously. In the final results of data collection, it was proven that participants had understood the benefits of applying these principles by increasing the percentage of participants' understanding obtained from the final questionnaire
