Abstract

MSMEs have the potential to achieve economic growth, even distribution and labor income, create jobs, and overcome poverty in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary to empower and develop the potential of MSMEs whose perpetrators are recorded to reach 64.2 million and contribute more than half of the gross domestic product in 2021 through the PKM program. One of the biggest obstacles for MSME perpetrator is marketing their products by utilizing digital marketing which has a big impact as the times move towards modernity. So that education is needed on the use of appropriate media to market products from MSME perpetrator. From January to June 2022, in-depth interviews were conducted, it can be seen how much knowledge about digital marketing and based on the results of the interview, appropriate materials are made so that perpetrator can take advantage of technology and can independently develop their businesses. It turns out, perpetrator don't know much about digital marketing, so education is needed, from planning to execution. Through the provision of materials, partners can use social media as a platform to do digital marketing independently and their business can grow rapidly.

Abstract

Tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas pijat dengan minyak beraroma frangipani terhadap kenyamanan hubungan seksual pada pasangan dengan Ibu menopause. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan design non equivalent control group pretest and posttest design. Penelitian dilakukan di Rumah Siloam Palembang dengan responden sebanyak 40 perempuan menopause dipilih dengan total sampling. Hasil didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna tentang tingkat kenyamanan hubungan seksual pada kelompok intervensi sebelum dan sesudah pemberian minyak beraroma frangipani, diperoleh p value = 0.005. Kesimpulan terapi frangipani mampu membantu Ibu menopause meningkatkan kenyamanan hubungan seksual dengan suaminya. Kata Kunci: Menopouse, Seksual, Terapi Frangipani.

Abstract

Abstract Anindya Cake and Cookies is one of the Small Medium Enterprise in culinary that is located at Jalan Terusan Unpar I no 10 F, Sukawarna Village, Sukajadi County, Bandung. The products of Anindya Cake and Cookies are cookies, banana chips, bread pudding and homemade sweet food. Currently, Anindya Cake and Cookies is managed simply, and has not implemented marketing strategies, especially in social media promotion. This community service was done through mentoring method to help Anindya Cake and Cookies to implement the promotion effectively, concerning the products were included in creative industry that carried local wisdom, for example lotek banana chips, that was one Sundanese community’s traditional food. Mentoring topic that was given was the use and implementation of Mini Studio Photo Box Portable LED Lights to promote the products through social media. The result of the product picture more real although taken with cellphone and that the result would increase product marketing attractiveness of Anindya Cake and Cookies. Abstrak Anindya Cake and Cookies merupakan sebuah Usaha Kecil, Mikro, dan Menengah (UMKM) bidang kuliner yang berlokasi di Jl. Terusan Unpar 1 no 10 F, Kelurahan Sukawarna, Kecamatan Sukajadi, Bandung. Produk yang dihasilkan adalah cookies, keripik pisang, bread pudding dan makanan-makanan manis homemade.  Saat ini Anindya Cake and Cookies masih dikelola secara sederhana, dan belum menerapkan strategi pemasaran khususnya promosi melalui media sosial secara maksimal.  Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan dengan metode pendampingan bertujuan membantu Anindya Cake and Cookies meningkatkan daya tarik promosi secara maksimal mengingat produk yang dihasilkan Anindya Cake and Cookies termasuk hasil industri kreatif yang mengusung kearifan lokal diantaranya keripik pisang rasa lotek yang menjadi ciri khas makanan masyarakat Sunda.  Topik pendampingan yang diberikan adalah cara penggunaan dan pemanfaatan Mini Studio Photo Box Portable Lampu LED untuk promosi melalui media sosial.  Tampilan foto produk di media sosial terlihat lebih nyata walaupun hanya menggunakan kamera ponsel, hasil lebih meningkatkan daya tarik pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan Anindya Cake and Cookies.

Abstract

Lilou Lamp is a product we designed, carefully made from recycled cardboard, providing artistic and pleasant lighting. Each lamp is crafted with attention to detail and high quality, making it an environmentally friendly and stylish choice for any space. Cost analysis using Earned Value Management (EVM) is essential to understand the project's financial performance. For Lilou Lamp, the focus is on profits and the payback period. The break-even point is estimated to occur in 1.40 months. Assuming actual costs align with initial costs, the calculation of monthly profit becomes the main focus. Based on calculations, the project's break-even point and payback period are estimated to be the same, which is 1.40 months. With a monthly profit of Rp 1,233,000, the total profit for the Lilou Lamp project is Rp 1,233,000 x 1.40 = Rp 1,726,200. Thus, the expected total profit from the Lilou Lamp project is Rp 1,726,200. This analysis provides an overview of the potential profits that can be obtained from the project and helps in evaluating the project's overall financial performance. Abstract

Nowadays, skincare products are widely promoted on social media. This is an example of the impact from social media development. Marketing that was done through conventional media is now starting to utilize the existence of social media and choosing Generation Z as the target market because this generation dominates the use of social media in this era. Electronic Word of Mouth marketing communication makes The Originote brand become increasingly recognized and attracts so much attention since 2022. This research aims to determine how is the impact of Electronic Word of Mouth on The Originote’s brand image. This research uses quantitative method and utilizes survey as the data-collector method. The data that has been collected from 124 respondents then tested with validity test, reliability test, and normality test. The results show the measuring instrument and data is valid, reliable, and normally distributed. The answers then processed with T-test, simple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The result of T-test is 13.634 > 1.9796.  The simple linear regression analysis indicates that the significance is less than 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.604 or 60,4%. Research result shows that Electronic Word of Mouth can helps business in creating Brand Image effectively.  Produk perawatan kulit yang kini marak dipromosikan di media sosial merupakan salah satu contoh dampak perkembangan media sosial. Pemasaran yang awalnya dilakukan melalui media konvensional kini mulai memanfaatkan keberadaan media sosial dengan menetapkan Generasi Z sebagai target pasar. Komunikasi pemasaran Electronic Word of Mouth yang terjadi terhadap merek The Originote membuat merek ini menjadi semakin dikenal dan menarik perhatian para peminat skincare. Mengetahui apakah Electronic Word of Mouth mempengaruhi citra merek The Originote adalah tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa survei. Data yang telah terkumpul dari 124 responden selanjutnya diuji keabsahannya dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji normalitas. Hasilnya, alat ukur dan data dinyatakan valid, reliabel, dan berdistribusi secara normal. Jawaban responden selanjutnya diolah melalui uji T, analisis regresi linear sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil uji T adalah 13,634 > 1,9796. Analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukkan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan angka 0,604. Disimpulkan bahwa Electronic Word of Mouth secara cukup kuat berpengaruh terhadap citra merek The Originote sebesar 60,4%. Maka, dapat dikatakan pemanfaatan Electronic Word of Mouth secara efektif membantu pelaku bisnis dalam membentuk citra merek.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of financial performance, liquidity, corporate social responsibility, and leverage on firm value. The data used in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 - 2020 using Microsoft Excel and Software Eviews version 12. The sample selection technique in this study used purposive sampling and used 15 food and beverage companies. as the research sample. The results of this study indicate that financial performance has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile liquidity, corporate social responsibility and leverage have no significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Understanding Leadership in tertiary education is interesting. Greenleaf, the father of Servant Leadership, has been inspired by several Servant Leadership issues in college before he published his seminal paper on servant leadership. After surveying 11 models and scales of Servant leadership we finally apply the 35-item, six-dimension mea- sure of Servant Leadership Behavior Scale (SLBS). This multi-dimensional measurement was developed by Sendjaya. This study investigates and validates the 6 dimensions and 35 attributes of Servant Leadership. A 35-question questionnaire is used to measure the quality of department heads as the academic leaders in higher education. We study the Servant Leadership Dimension of Head of Department with 120 faculty members. Confirmatory factor analysis is performed to verify and validate the dimension of Servant leadership. It is found that the scale can be used in the context of higher education with one or two significant attributes in every dimension.

Abstract

In today’s competitive digital era, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies have become a crucial element in maintaining and enhancing customer loyalty. This study aims to explore the implementation of CRM at PT. Alpha Central Propertindo, a property management company based in Batam City that actively utilizes social media and digital technology to build relationships with its customers. A qualitative-descriptive approach was employed through interviews and direct observations to understand the company’s communication strategies, service personalization, and digital innovation. The findings show that PT. Alpha Central Propertindo has successfully fostered customer loyalty through a combination of operational, analytical, and collaborative CRM strategies, as well as the use of social media as a two-way communication channel. The study also identifies several key factors contributing to CRM success, such as technological support, human resource competence, and effective program management. This research is expected to provide insights for other companies in implementing CRM effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

Auditor psychological factors may limit the auditor’s cognitive ability to make professional judgments. It shows that even though the auditor has perfomed the audit work professionally and in accordance with auditing standards, misjudgments may still occur. This research aims to determine auditors’ psychological determinant that may affect auditors’ professional judgment. Self-efficacy and skepticism are the psychological factors that will be examined for their influence on auditors’ professional judgment. This study uses Individual Psychology by Alfred Adler as grand theory to explain the relationship between variables. This is a causal study using quantitative data types and primary data sources. Auditors working at registered KAP in South Jakarta based on the directory of IAPI directory 2024 are the population of this study. The data was collected by distributing questionnaire to respondents who meet the criteria. The samples were obtained with a total of 92 samples using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression, and then processed using IBM SPSS version 26. The results show that self-efficacy and skepticism, partially and simultaneously, have positive and significant effect on auditors’ professional judgment

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penggunaan tepung roti afkir dalam ransum tehadap kualitas telur ayam ras. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober-Desember 2019 di Kota Bengkulu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 5 perlakuan dan 10 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari P0 : ransum kontrol 0% tepung roti afkir, P1 : 10% tepung roti afkir, P2 : 20% tepung roti afkir, P3 : 30% tepung roti afkir, P4 : 40% tepung roti afkir. Variabel yang diamati adalah berat telur, warna yolk, indeks kuning telur, indeks putih telur, haugh unit, tebal kerabang, dan kedalaman rongga udara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan sidik ragam (ANOVA) jika berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) maka dilakukan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, penggunaan tepung roti afkir level 10%, 20%, 30%, dan 40% dalam ransum berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap berat telur (P> 0,05), indeks yolk, indeks albumein, Haugh Unit, tebal kerabang, dan rongga udara, namun berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap warna yolk dengan skor cenderung menurun. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan tepung roti afkir dalam ransum dari level 20% atau lebih dapat menurunkan warna yolk, tetapi tidak menurunkan berat telur, indeks indeks yolk, indeks albumen, haugh unit, tebal kerabang dan ronggga udara.
