Abstract

The Purpose of this research is to provide empirical evidence of company performance, company bankcruptcy rate and the influence of financial ratios that affect Z-Score Altman on Telecommunication Company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchage from 2010 to 2015. The population in this research are 6 company and using purposive sampling method, there are 5 company sample to use in this research. The research hypothesis were tested using descriptive analysis for image of company performance and company bankcrupty rate also using multiple linear regression analysis to see influence of financial ratios which consist of CR, TATO, LTDE, ICR, NPM and ROA that affect Z-Score Altman. The result of research from descriptive analysis, the company that have good performance and low bankcruptcy rate is PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. And from multiple linear regression, CR and ROA have significant influence to Z-Score Altman. TATO, LTDE and ICR didn’t have significant influence to Z-Score Altman. The rest which consist of QR and NPM were eliminate from research because this research data has multicolinearity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang kinerja perusahaan, tingkat kebangkrutan dan pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap nilai Z-Score Altman pada perusahaan Telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2015. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 6 bh perusahaan dan dengan metode purposive sampling, terdapat 5 bh perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran kinerja dan tingkat kebangkrutan perusahaan serta analisis regresi linear berganda untuk melihat hubungan antara rasio keuangan yaitu CR, QR, TATO, LTDE, ICR, NPM dan ROA terhadap nilai Z-Score Altman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja perusahaan terbaik dengan tingkat kebangkrutan perusahaan terendah adalah PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. .Dari hasil pengujian regresi linear berganda diperoleh CR dan ROA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai Z-Score Altman. Sedangkan TATO, LTDE dan ICR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai Z-Score Altman. Sisanya QR dan NPM dikeluarkan dari penelitian karena data pengujian mengalami multikoloniaritas.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effects of Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR), Earning Per Share (EPS), and Return On Assets (ROA) on stock prices of telecommunication companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2010 – 2017.This study used a non-partisipant observation method by access and analyze financial statements published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling method with 4 companies sample. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression and SPSS Programme. The result of this study indicated that DR and ROA partially positive and significant impact on stock prices, while CR and EPS partially negative and insignificant impact on stock prices of telecommunication companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010 – 2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR), Earning Per Share (EPS), dan Return On Assets (ROA) terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2010 – 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan yaitu dengan mengakses dan mempelajari laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan pada situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id). Metode pengambilan sampelyang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 4 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel DR dan ROA secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan CR dan EPS secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan telekomunikasi di BEI periode 2010 – 2017.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people, and processes on product purchasing decisions Banner on a CV. APPLE PRINT. This study aims to determine the relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The total sample of 100 respondents who are consumers who buy Banner on the CV. APPLE PRINT. Engineering samples using accidental sampling method. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, hypothesis analysis, and multiple linear regression. The results based on model test states that the marketing mix variables influence on purchase decisions Banner on CV.APPLE PRINT. Partially stating that the variable product, price, physical evidence and processes influence on purchase decisions Banner on CV.APPLE PRINT, while variable place, promotions, and no influence on purchase decisions Banner on CV.APPLE PRINT. Of the seven variables studied, the variable product is the most influential variable on purchase decisions Banner on CV.APPLE PRINT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi, promosi, bentuk fisik, orang, dan proses terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Banner pada CV. APPLE PRINT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen yang membeliBanner pada CV. APPLE PRINT. Teknik sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, analisis hipotesis, dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji model menyatakan bahwa variabel marketing mix berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Banner pada CV.APPLE PRINT. Secara parsial menyatakan bahwa variabel produk, harga, bentuk fisik dan proses berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Banner pada CV.APPLE PRINT, sedangkan variabel lokasi, promosi, dan orang tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Bannerpada CV.APPLE PRINT.Dari ketujuh variabel yang diteliti, variabel produk merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Bannerpada CV.APPLE PRINT.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioners, Leverage and Growth Opportunity on Accounting Conservatism in the hotel, restaurant, and tourism companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2016-2020. The sampling collection technique is used Purposive Sampling and obtained sample about 18 companies. The research method used was multiple linier regression analysis technique by using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that partially the t-test value Independent Commissioners and Leverage has no influence on Accounting Conservatism, while Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership and Growth Opportunity have a influence on Accounting Conservatism. The value of R Square is 0.265 or 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Komisaris Independen, Leverage, dan Growth Opportunity terhadap konservatisme akuntansi pada perusahaan hotel, restoran dan pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 18 perusahaan. .Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial nilai uji-t Komisaris Independen dan Leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi, sedangkan Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional dan Growth Opportunity berpengaruh terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi. Nilai R Square adalah sebesar 0,265 atau 26,5% dan sisanya sebesar 73,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

The 2020 pandemic situation caused more than 60 percent of dissatisfaction with the survey results to the current financial situation. From the same small survey, it was found 34 percent of respondents showed poor financial habits. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Knowledge on Financial Behavior and Financial Satisfaction. The sample in this study was 246 people using purposive and convenience sampling techniques. Data processing using path analysis with a Bayesian approach. The results showed that there was a significant influence of Financial Knowledge on Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge on Financial Satisfaction, and Financial Behavior on Financial Satisfaction. Improved Financial Knowledge, both directly and indirectly, will greatly impact on Financial Satisfaction and really needs to be improved. Central Bank can provide financial knowledge supplies to lecturers of certain subjects so that it can be passed on to students. Keywords—Bayesian Approach; Behavior; Knowledge; Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Assets Turnover on Profit Growth in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample consisted of 9 pharmaceutical companies which were obtained using purposive sampling method. This study used multiple linear regression analysis and SmartPLS 3. The results showed that Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio do not have significant influence on Profit Growth. Meanwhile, Total Assets Turnover has a significantly negative influence on Profit Growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Net Profit Margin, Price Book Value, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and Earning per Share on the Stock Prices of Automotive and Components sub sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. Purposive sampling method was used to obtain samples of 12 out of 13 companies as the population. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS 19.0. The results of this study indicate that partially, the Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio and Total Asset Turnover variables have no effect on the Stock Price, while the Price Book Value and Earning per Share variables have an influence on the Stock Price. Simultaneously, all independent variables have an influence on stock prices.

Abstract

Stock returns which are decreasing every year are a problem for investors who want to get benefit from capital gains. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect firm value. The sample in this study were 15 companies in the wholesale sub-sector. The sample selection method is purposive sampling with criteria listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019 and the data to be processed does not have outliers. The results showed that the PER and EPS had a significant effect on Stock Returns, while DER, Size, and Growth had no significant effect on Stock Returns. Recommendations that can be given for this research are that companies maintain consistent profits so that investors are still interested in investing, maintain capital structure, create stable equity growth and maintain company size so as not to be overvalued by investors and potential investors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cash flow volatility, sales volatility, operating cycle, and firm size on the capital structure and earnings persistence of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Based on the purposive sampling method, the samples obtained were 138 companies. The data collection technique in this research is literature study. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results showed that partially, the variables of cash flow volatility, sales volatility and firm size had a positive and insignificant effect on capital structure, the operating cycle had a negative and insignificant effect on capital structure. While the variables of cash flow volatility, sales volatility, operating cycle, firm size, capital structure have a negative and insignificant to earnings persistence of manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research use firm size variable, capital structure to profitability and company value. Selection of four variables because there are differences in previous research or commonly called the research gap. The purpose of research to determine the effect of firm size, structure capital to profitability and the value of the company in food and beverage companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study used the company food and beverage sector 23 companies, with a sample size of 17 companies. This research uses descriptive statistical analysis methods, multicollinearity test hypothesis testing and data analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis found that (1) firm size has negative effect not significant to profitability. (2) capital structure has positive effect significant to profitability. (3) firm size has negative effect not significant to firm value. (4) capital structure has negative effect significant to firm value. (5) profitability has positive effect significant to firm value.
