This paper discusses the assistance of implementing long-distance video learning technology in entrepreneurship and its utilization as an educational tool for teenagers at SMAN 3 Batusangkar, West Sumatra. Entrepreneurship education is becoming increasingly crucial in globalization and information technology development. However, access to relevant and high-quality learning materials is often limited in remote areas. This activity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using long-distance video learning technology as a supportive tool in entrepreneurship education in a high school setting. The activity started with data collection through interviews and observations of students and teachers involved in the learning process. The results indicated that long-distance video learning technology positively impacts students' understanding of entrepreneurship concepts. Students responded positively to the more interactive and engaging learning approach provided by video learning. In addition, teachers reported increased student motivation and participation in entrepreneurship education. In the context of SMAN 3 Batusangkar, long-distance video learning technology provides an opportunity to overcome resource limitations and access high-quality learning materials. The study also notes some challenges, such as varying internet connection quality and the need for further teacher training to integrate this technology into the curriculum. This community service highlights the importance of using technology as an innovative and effective learning tool to teach entrepreneurship concepts to the younger generation.

The Digital Age requires novelty in the way of doing business. For business people, increasing knowledge about social media marketing is a must. MSMEs need to be more responsive and aware of how to display products that are attractive to consumers. Thus, this activity aims to improve social media marketing capabilities for MSMEs with disabilities who are constrained by access to information and product socialization to consumers. This social media marketing training was carried out by a team of lecturers at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Andalas, by involving several content creators in Padang City. The method of implementing the activity involves twenty-five MSME actors with disabilities who are members of Karajoelok.com and special needs students in Padang City. The training includes taking attractive product photos and creating product advertisements on social media. Participants in the activity were accompanied in the process of taking pictures and displaying them on social media. The activity results include improving the ability of people with disabilities who are members of karajoelok.com, a platform for marketing products for disabled MSMEs, how to produce the best photos of their products. After the training, the products of business actors with disabilities can be better known by the community (building awareness) to create economic independence for MSME actors with disabilities, especially those who are partners of karajoelok.com. This activity shows that everyone can make something enjoyable if they are serious about doing it, including MSME actors with disabilities. With the increase in social media marketing capabilities, the digital era does not need to be feared because it opens up opportunities for local products to be more accepted by the market.

Testing in this research looks at whether the questions in the questionnaire are valid or not by going through two stages of convergent validity and discriminant validity. The first stage is convergent validity that aim of finding out the correlation between indicators and their latent variables. The second stage is discriminant validity which aims to find out whether the latent variable has adequate discriminant value and this was done to find out whether the statement items in the questionnaire were reliable and consistent in measuring the same symptoms in respondents. This research looks at the results of convergent validity analysis to consider the results of factor loading indicators on relevant factors, the results of testing the validity of all factors with a value greater than 0.50, one of which is an AVE value of 0.550, indicating that the indicators in these variables have a strong contribution in measuring the desired construct, and the reliability test of all variables is reliable because it exceeds 0.70, one of which is the facility variable which has a value of 0.858.

The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of greenwashing perceptions and word-of-mouth on green purchase intention towards environmentally friendly products on products that use Single-Use plastic packaging, especially bottled mineral water products (Air Minum dalam Kemasan/AMDK). The research method uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, where respondents are selected by considering certain criteria. The number of samples in this study was 160 respondents who live in Padang City, Indonesia. The data collection technique uses a survey method with questionnaires both online and offline. The data processing method uses Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) v4. The results showed that greenwashing perception has a negative effect on green purchase intention. This means that the higher the greenwashing perception of consumers, the lower their intention to purchase disposable packaging products. Meanwhile, word-of-mouth has a positive and significant effect on green purchase intention.

This study aims to empirically prove the effect of digital business models on the performance of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) in Padang City and the role of business renewal in strengthening the relationship. A total of 170 MSEs in the culinary sector that have been digitized for at least two years and are domiciled in Padang City were used as research samples. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires, and data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods with path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the digital business model has no direct significant effect on financial performance or non-financial performance. In contrast, business renewal has a positive and significant influence on financial performance and non-financial performance. In addition, digital business models also have a positive and significant effect on business renewal. The indirect effect of digital business models on financial performance through business renewal is significant, but its indirect effect on non-financial performance through business renewal is not significant. Overall, this study confirms the importance of business renewal in mediating the relationship between digital business models and MSEs' financial performance. Although the digital business model does not have a significant direct effect on financial and non-financial performance, it is not significant.
