Abstract

WHO says that 1,769,425 people (90%) of women experience dysmenorrhoea, 10-15% of whom experience severe dysmenorrhoea. Indonesia the incidence of dysmenorrhoea consists of 72.89% primary dysmenorrhoea and among women of productive age consists of 54.89% primary dysmenorrhoea. Data from Puskesmas Bintuhan Kaur Regency shows that primary dysmenorrhoea cases increase every year. The results of the initial survey at SMP PKLK Kaur Regency were conducted on 10 students, obtained 70% of students experiencing primary dysmenorrhoea. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the menstrual cycle and nutritional status with the incidence of primary dysmenorrhoea in adolescent girls at SMP PKLK Kaur Regency. This research is a quantitative research using cross sectional study design. The number of samples in the study were 64 respondents. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis with chi-square test. The results showed that most of the respondents experienced primary dysmenorrhoea by 53.1%, almost half of the respondents experienced an abnormal menstrual cycle by 43.8%, almost half of the respondents experienced abnormal nutritional status by 37.5%. There is a significant relationship between the menstrual cycle and the incidence of primary dysmenorrhoea (p=0.020) and there is no significant relationship between the menstrual cycle and the incidence of primary dysmenorrhoea (P=0.093) in adolescent girls at SMP PKLK Kaur Regency. It is hoped that further research can look at other risk factors using multivariate analysis.

Abstract

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn the current era of globalization, various human jobs depend on electrical equipment such as three-phase induction motors. Three-phase induction motors are very important to use according to their roles and functions. The occurrence of voltage variations in the electric power system is due to the magnitude of the voltages between the three phases which are not the same so that there are differences in the angle of the R, S and T phases, which causes an uneven load overload in the electrical distribution system. Among the disturbances that can occur are overvoltage, under voltage, unbalance voltage between phases, overload, and overheating. Based on these problems, a three-phase induction motor protection system was designed, the system uses current, voltage, temperature sensors, which functions to measure the value when a disturbance occurs, a magnetic contactor as a breaker and a liaison when the disturbance is given in accordance with the set point value given to the microcontroller. The results of the research for unbalanced voltage of V1 112 V, V2 114 V, V3 108 V, overvoltage of V1 228 V, V2 207 V, V3 264 V, over current of A1 104 A, A2 107 A, A3 0.77 A , the overload on the resistance source is 333 ?, 250 ?, 200 ?, 167 ?, and the overheating is 40.75 ºC at 6.5 minutes with tripping conditions in each test. The final results of this study indicate that the protection system which is designed is better used for three-phase induction motors. Keywords: unbalaced, disturbances, protection systems, sensors, magnetic contactor, microcontroller.

Abstract

Stunting is defined as the percentage of children aged 0 to 59 months who have a height below minus (moderate and severe stunting) and minus three (chronic stunting) as measured using child growth standards issued by WHO, which according to WHO standards related to stunting prevalence should be less than 20% (UNICEF 2020). Lubuklinggau City has a prevalence rate of 20.8% and a decrease in 2022 of 11.7%. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of student knowledge, especially UNPARI students in the PGSD Study Program regarding stunting. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research method used is a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest and posttest design. The population in this study were all 5th semester PGSD students for the period 2023 to 2024, namely 264 people. The sampling technique used in this study was cross sectional. Data analysis in this study used the dependent T test while the statistical test results using non-parametric Wilcoxon obtained a p value of 0.001 < α 0.05. The results of the univariate test before the study were 10 people knew about stunting or 14.1%. And after the research was done it became 93.0%. Bivariate analysis results state that there is an effect of health counseling using booklet and audiovisual media, namely with a P value of 0.001 less than the significance value <0,05. It is hoped taht student will be able to seek information about helath throught the use of booklet and audivisual media and calrify understanding to students so that they can contribute to the prevention of stunting.
