Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui: Perbedaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Picture and Picture dan Model Pembelajaran Cycle Learning Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa Pada Pokok Bahasan Lingkaran Di SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu Kab. Labuhan Batu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan populasinya seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA1 sebagai kelas eksperimen I yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Picture and Picture. Dan Kelas XI IPA2 Sebagai kelas eksperimen II yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Cycle Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 butir tes soal kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan teknik analisis varians dilanjutkan dengan Uji Tukey. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat perbedaakemampuan berpikir kritis yang diajar menggunakan model picture and picture dan cycle learning. Kata Kunci : Kooperatif Tipe Picture and picture, Cycle Learning, Berpikir Kritis. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: The difference between the Picture and Picture Type Cooperative Learning Model and the Cycle Learning Model on teh Studets’ Mathematical Critical Thinking Ability in the Circle Subject at SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu Kab. Labuhan Batu. The researcch is an experimental study with the population of all students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu. The sample of this study was class XI IPA1 as the experimental class I which was taught using the Picture and Picture Cooperative learning model. And class XI IPA2 as an experimental class II taught using the Cycle Learning learning model. This This study uses 5 test items about student’s mathematical critical thinking skills. Then analyzed descriptively using analysis of variance technique followed by Tukey’s test. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) There were differences in critical thinking abilities taught using picture and picture models and cycle learning. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : Perbandingan Kreativitas melalui Metode Drill  dan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik pada Materi Program Linier di Perguruan Islam Cerdas Murni Tembung Kec. Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan populasinya seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Perguruan Islam Cerdas Murni Tembung. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas  XI IPA1  sebagai kelas eksperimen A yang diajar dengan metode drill dan kelas  XI IPA2  Sebagai kelas eksperimen B yang diajar menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Pendekatana Matematika Realistik. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 butir tes soal kemampuan kreativitas siswa. Kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan teknik analisis varians dilanjutkan dengan Uji Tukey. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Terdapat perbandingan kemampuan kreativitas yang diajar menggunakan metode drill dan Pendekatan Matematika Realistik. Kata Kunci : Drill; Pendekatan Matematika Realistik; Kreativitas Siswa.   ABSTRACT       This study aims to determine; The Comparison of Student’screativity and Mathematics the Drill method and Tealistic Mathematics Aprroach in Linier Program Materisals at the Cerdas Murni Tembung Kec. Percut Sei Tuan Kab. Deli Serdang. This research is an experimental study with the population of all students of class XI IPA SMA Perguruan Islam Cerdas Murni Tembung. The sample of this research is class XI IPA1  as experimental class A which is taught by drill method and clas XI IPA2  as experimental class B which is taught using Realistic Mathematics Approach Learning Model. This study uses 5 test items about students creativity abilities. Then analyzed descriptive using anlysisis of variance technique followed by Tukey test. Based on the reasult of the study, the following conclusions were obtained; (1) there was a comparison of creativity abilities taught using the drill method and realistic mathematics Approach.  Keywords ; Drill; Realistics Mathematics Approach; Student Creativity.

Abstract

This research was conducted in three areas that are included as Muslim minorities in North Sumatra, namely: Kabanjahe, Sidikalang, and Central Tapanuli. This study aims to determine: (1) the learning process that took place in the madrasa before using the group investigation (GI) model. (2) Knowing the learning process in the madrasa after using the group investigation model. (3) Knowing whether there is an increase in student engagement and learning outcomes after using the group investigation model. The results of the application of the group investigation model in learning are known to increase student engagement and overall learning outcomes. This is due to the fact that learning is dominated by student activities (student dominated class). Meanwhile, before the group investigation model was applied, the learning process was dominated by teacher activities (teacher dominated class).

Abstract

The formulation of the research problem is how to manage public relations in improving pesantren services. While the objectives of this study are: (1) how to plan community relations in improving pesantren services, (2) how to implement public relations programs in improving Islamic boarding schools services, and (3) how to evaluate public relations programs in improving pesantren services. The method of this research is qualitative data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. To ensure the validity of the data, in this case cross-checking or triangulation of data obtained by interviews, observation and documentation is carried out. In addition, cross-checking was carried out by cross-checking between informants, data from pesantren foundations, checking with data from madrasa leaders and heads. Likewise, data from leadership staff was checked for correctness by checking data from teachers, and education staff at the Al Yusufiyah Huta Holbung Islamic boarding school so that the data was completely saturated or there was no variation in the data obtained. There are three findings in this study, namely: 1. Planning for community relations in improving services is carried out by means of deliberation of all elements of the pesantren, both pesantren foundations, pesantren leaders, madrasa heads, staff and teachers at work meetings every year. In the work deliberation of the Al Yusufiyah pesantren, a public relations work program was produced as a guide for pesantren activities every year as a result of joint formulation in the field of disseminating external information to the government, community, and all pesantren stakeholders.2. The implementation of the public relations program in improving the services of the Al Yusufiyah Huta Holbung pesantren in Batang Angkola sub-district includes curriculum and learning development, new student admissions and orientation, teaching and learning activities, and evaluation of student teaching and learning activities. The implementation of the public relations program in this field is carried out through sending information and external communication using brochures and pamphlets, posters, bulletins, audio, and audiovisual as well as videos, disseminating information via the web, using YouTube, about the Yusufiyah Islamic Boarding School through https://yotoube.com or http: //www.tower today.com. according to public relations programs in improving services as an external communication pesantren.3. Evaluation of Public Relations in improving the academic services of the Yusufiyah pesantren is carried out through a written report on the implementation of the public relations program given to the Yusufiyah pesantren foundation, every semester. In the elements of the report, the name of the activity, objectives, implementation of the activity, obstacles/problems encountered and alternative solutions selected in solving the problems encountered are reported.

Abstract

This study examines the analysis of the forms of deviant behavior of students in modern Islamic boarding schools, the efforts made in overcoming the deviant behavior of students in modern Islamic boarding schools, and to determine the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of guidance and counseling in overcoming abnormal behavior of students. The location of this research is in Daar Al-Uluum Islamic Boarding School Kisaran, Asahan. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data was collected using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants consisted of boarding school administrators, male students, and female students. The results of this study indicate that: The general forms of deviant behavior carried out by students at the Islamic boarding school of Daar Al-Uluum Kisaran, Asahan is truancy, smoking, fighting. Counseling efforts and services in overcoming students' deviant behavior at Pondok Pesantren Daar Al-Uluum Kisaran, Asahan take preventive, repressive, and curative actions. The factors causing students' bad behavior at Pondok Pesantren Daar Al-Uluum Kisaran, Asahan are friends, family factors, and self-control.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the application of Information Search learning strategies and learning motivation on PAI learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Merbau students as well as the interaction between learning strategies and learning motivation on PAI learning outcomes. This research is a quantitative study with a population of as many as all class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Merbau consisting of 6 study groups. Based on the Cluster Random Sampling technique, one is an Information Search learning class and one is an Expository learning class. The instruments of this study are tests and questionnaires. The test of normality of the learning outcomes data is the Liliefors test, and the homogeneity test is the Fisher test and the Bartlett Test. The data analysis technique is a two-path Anava at a significant α = 0.05 followed by the Schiche test. The results showed that there was a shift in the Information Search learning strategy on the learning outcomes of PAI students of SMA Negeri 1 Merbau with high (X̅= 28.6) and Low (X̅=19.6) learning motivations. In this case, the PAI learning outcomes of students with high motivation are higher than those of pai students with low learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the programs of the head of the madrasah, the condition of the existing teachers in school, and the strategies used by the head of the madrasah to improve the competence of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah, Johor Medan Building. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that uses observation, interview, and documentation study techniques to obtain data from research informants, namely: the principle of the Aliyah Al-Washliyah madrasah, administration, and 5 teachers at the madrasah aliyah Al-Washliyah, Johor Medan Building. This study uses data analysis techniques with the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model, with the main components of the analysis, namely data reduction, data display and conclusion/verification, and checking the validity of the data in this study including Credibility Test, Transferability Test, Dependency Test, and Test. Certainty. The findings in the research obtained are as follows: (1) Decision-making strategies improve teacher pedagogical and professional competence through a decision based on the results of selecting several alternative problems that have been determined for the achievement of madrasah goals. Making these decisions includes identifying problems, formulating problems, and selecting alternative decisions based on calculations and various aspects that may arise. At the implementation or operational stage, the head of the madrasah as a leader must make many routine decisions to control activities following the plans and conditions in force. Whereas in the supervision stage, namely monitoring, checking, and evaluating the results of implementation is carried out to evaluate the implementation and decision making that have been made (2) programs of madrasah principals in improving teacher pedagogical and professional competence, including: Providing libraries, involving Workshop Teachers, supervision, giving awards, Personal Communication between Principals and Teachers, training, School Level MGMP Activities and Ministry of Religion coaching. (3) conditions of pedagogic and professional competence of teachers in madrasah al washliyah, building Johor Medan, including madrasah head and teacher teachers who are in good condition including teachers who have professional competence seen from all teachers who already have certification, appropriate qualifications and some already have S2 and continue to the next level have certification, appropriate academic qualifications and some already have S2 and continue to the next level.bThe results of the data analysis concluded: the implementation of Madrasah principals in improving pedagogical and professional competence in Madrasah Aliyah Al Washliyah, johor medan buildings were classified as successful because of the running of the program designed by the head of the madrasah, as well as the decision making of the head of the madrasah in implementing policies was successful by taking steps with attention ethics and discipline of school culture. conditions of academy qualifications, certification, training, are already in place. Even so, some shortcomings exist in the madrasah, such as the infrastructure is not very complete, but all of these are not an obstacle in carrying out the wheels of education in the school.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were: 1) To determine the implementation of the MTs students' implementation of the Tahsin Al-Qur'an learning method. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Jackfruit Village, North Binjai District, 2) To find out the obstacles in the implementation of the MTs students' implementation of the Quranic tahsin learning method. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Nangka sub-district, North Binjai District, 3) To find out the solution taken in overcoming the problem of implementing the learning method for MTs students. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Jackfruit Village, North Binjai District. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach, which examines a particular case or phenomenon in society that is carried out in depth to be able to find out the background, circumstances, and interactions that occur.  The results of this study are 1) Implementation of the MTs students' implementation of the Qur'anic tahsin learning method. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, jackfruit sub-district, Binjai Utara district, namely the implementation of the tahsin learning method used varies, but in this implementation it is specifically applied with the iqra method. The iqra method is a quick way to read the Koran through several volumes, from volume one to volume six. This method is more effective in escorting children to be able to quickly read the Koran well, 2) Obstacles in implementing the learning method for MTs students. Al-Munawwaroh Binjai, Kelurahan jackfruit, Binjai Utara District is not included in the iqro method of introducing the term Tajweed, but only how to read it, besides that there are also two factors, namely First, internal factors (factors that come from within) such as the lack of self-awareness of the participants. students in following the real Qur'anic tahsin learning. Then there are still many students whose ability to read the Koran is still halting. Second, external factors (factors that come from outside) such as the role of the tahsin teacher in providing teaching to students, the participation of parents in guiding and supervising their children, as well as the influence of the surrounding environment which can have a positive or even negative influence on students. 3) The solution is made in overcoming the problem of implementing the learning method of the Islamic teaching of the Qur'an for MTs students. Abstract

This study aims to find out innovations in PAI learning at SMA Al Azhar Medan. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The aim is to reveal the problem of innovation in PAI learning strategies. The key informants in this study were school principals and PAI teachers with predetermined criteria. The results of the research findings based on the data collection techniques used are as follows: The learning strategy applied at SMA Al Azhar Medan has experienced innovations, namely by implementing active learning in the classroom by involving students to carry out investigations with real situations found directly by students in the environment they face. Learning activities are trained in how students compile their knowledge according to the experience and knowledge they have.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing) pelaksanaan (actuating) dan pengkontrolan (controlling) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam membina disiplin belajar santri di Pondok Pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah Al Fatah Tanjung Pura. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) pendekatan fenomenologi. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah santri, tenaga pengajar, pimpinan pondok pesantren dan warga sekitar yang tinggal di lingkungan dekat dengan Pondok Pesantren Shuffa Hizbullah Al-Fatah. Instrumen yang digunakan pedoman wawancara mendalam, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil penelitiannya pertama, perencanaan (planning) dalam membina disiplin belajar santri di pondok Pesantren Shuffa Hizbullah Al-Fatah, kedua, pengorganisasian (organizing) berupa perencanaan organisasi dan ekstrakulikuler santri ketiga, pelaksanaan (actuating) dan pengkontrolan (controlling) berupa manajemen kesantrian dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah Al Fatah Tanjung Pura. Kesimpulannya yaitu dengan adanya manajemen kesantrian di pondok pesantren Shuffah Hizbullah Al Fatah Tanjung Pura dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan santri. Kata kunci: manajemen, konseling, membina
