Abstract

The research objectives: to analyze and test the Effect of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Innovative Behavior on Performance with Job Satisfaction as the intervening variable. The design of this study used a survey method with data collection by section through a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, and Innovative Behavior have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (2) Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Employee Engagement have a positive and significant effect on performance. (3) Employee Engagement has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction (4) Innovative behavior has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. (5) Transformational Leadership, Organizational Climate, Innovative Behavior, Employee Engagement have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis dan menguji Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisai, Perilaku Inovatif terhadap Kinerja dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai intervening variable. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pengumpulan data dengan secara section melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisasi, dan Perilaku Inovatif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. (2) Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisai, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. (3) Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) Perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. (5) Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Iklim Organisai, Perilaku Inovatif, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kepuasan Kerja.

Abstract

The research objectives: to analyze whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation have a direct effect on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on ASN within the scope of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Government. The results of this study indicate that: (1) leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on ASN job satisfaction. (2) leadership style has no significant positive effect on ASN performance, while organizational culture, work motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance. (3) leadership style, organizational culture and work motivation indirectly have a positive and significant impact on performance through ASN job satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian menganalisis apakah gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepusan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap ASN dalam lingkup Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Pada Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jeneponto. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja ASN. (2) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN, sedangkan budaya organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN. (3) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsungberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui kepuasan kerja ASN.

Abstract

Recently researchers found that there are no significant differences in leadership abilities between males and females in executive positions emerged. Therefore there is no significant difference in personality between men and women in executive positions in improving employees' performance. This research will be focus on women executives (leaders) personality traits on improving employees' performance. This research aims to investigate the influence of personality traits of women leaders moderated by their locus of control on employee performance in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. This research is going to use the big five model personality, self-efficacy, Machiavellian, and narcissism to analyze personality traits of women executive and also as independent variables. Employees' performances are going to be the dependent variable. And locus of control of the women executive is going to use as moderating variable that could possibly improve the relationship between the personality traits of the female executive on employees' performance. The sample of this research is 40 women executives (from supervisors to managers) in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. The data of this research are collected by questioners. Then the data are going to be analyzed with SEM-PLS statistic. The statistical data gathered during the research revealed that internal locus of control of women leaders’ moderate relationship between big five model personality, self-efficacy, machiavellian, and narcissitic personality of women leaders on employee performance in the sharia-based banking industry in Makassar city. Thus, this research results prove that locus of control could moderate in improving the relationship between personality traits of women leaders on improving employees performance but only internal locus of control of women leader not the external locus of control of women leader.

Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this study are to determain and obtain empirical evidence related the effect of human resource competence, the application of Government Accounting Standard, the application of Government Internal Control System, the utilization of technology, the review of financial report and bureaucratic culture on the quality of financial report in Government of South Sulawesi. This research was conducted on entire financial administration entity accounting official local government unit (OPD) of Government of South Sulawes,using primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondent. Analysis of data using regression analysis linear multiple by SPSS Program. Partial test result show competence of human resources and the utilization of information technology have a significant positive effect on the quality of quality of financial report, while the application of SPIP, the application of SAP, the review of the Financial Statements and Bureaucratic Culture has no effect on the quality quality of financial report. Keywords: Competence, implementation of SPIP and SAP,  information technology, financial report review, bureaucratic culture and quality of financial report

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap displin kerja dan pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja guru melalui disilpin kerja pada Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Barru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Madrasah Aliyah di Kabupaten Barru sebanyak 300 orang, dengan menarik sampel secara simple random sampling sebanyak 171 orang. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM), untuk melihat pengaruh variabel eksogen (exogenous variables) terhadap variabel endogen (endogeneus variable) secara langsung. Abstract This study examines and analyzes the influence of leadership, competence, and compensation on teacher performance, leadership, competence, and compensation on work discipline and the influence of leadership, competence, and compensation on teacher performance through work discipline at Madrasah Aliyah in Barru Regency. The population of this study was all teachers of Madrasah Aliyah in Barru Regency, as many as 300 people, by drawing a sample by simple random sampling as many as 171 people. Abstract

Research objectives are to examine and analyze the effects of: (1) Integrated marketing communication on image (2) Integrated marketing communication on satisfaction (3) Marketing communication on hotel guest loyalty, (4) Image on loyalty, (5) Satisfaction with loyalty, (6) ) Integrated marketing communication towards loyalty through image, (7) Integrated marketing communication towards loyalty through satisfaction. This research was conducted at a 4-star hotel in Makassar City. The population of this research is hotel guests. The sample is 234 respondents. The research data were analyzed using a structural equation modeling (SEM) program. The results showed that: (1) Integrated marketing communication has a significant influence onThis image shows that marketing communication that is applied directly can improve image (2) Integrated marketing communication has a significant effect on satisfaction, this shows that the higher the integrated marketing communication, the satisfaction will increase as well (3) Integrated marketing communication has a significant effect on loyalty, This shows that there is a good integrated marketing communication that will make hotel guests loyal (4) Image has a significant effect on satisfaction, this shows that image can directly create satisfaction (5) Satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, this shows that direct satisfaction can create loyalty (6) Integrated marketing communication has an indirect and significant effect on loyalty through images, this shows that integrated marketing communication can increase loyalty through images. Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis tentang pengaruh pengolahan biji karet terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Bontomangirig Kabupaten Bulukumba. Berkenan dengan hal tersebut diatas, maka tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengolahan biji karet berpengaruh terhadap penigkatan pendapatan masyarakat di Desa Bontomangiring Kabupaten Bulukumba. kerangka memberdayakan masyarakat, dapat dilihat dari tiga sisi, yakni: Menciptakan iklim yang memungkinkan potensi masyarakat berkembang (enabling), Memperkuat potensi atau daya yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (empowering). Dalam rangka pemberdayaan ini, upaya yang sangat pokok adalah peningkatan taraf pendidikan dan derajat kesehatan, serta akses ke dalam sumber-sumber kemajuan ekonomi, seperti; modal, teknologi, informasi, lapangan kerja, dan pasar. Berdasarkan hasil kajian di lapangan, ada beberapa temuan pokok tentang potensi dan masalah kehidupan masyarakat sekitar perkebunan karet di Desa Bontomangiri, Kec.Bulukumba yang perlu mendapat perhatian. Pertama, terdapat biji karet yang melimpah dan belum dimanfaatkan. Kedua, biji karet memiliki nilai gizi yang tinggi. Ketiga, ibu-ibu ( istri pekerja perkebunan karet ) yang dapat berpotensi membantu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Keempat, kesejahteraan masyarakat masih kurang untuk mencukupi kebutuhan rumah tangga. Kelima, kegiatan masyarakat yang monoton dan akses informasi teknologi masih kurang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of environmental accounting in terms of the Triple Bottom Line concept at H. M. Djafar Harun District Hospital in North Kolaka Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data collection uses primary and secondary data with in-depth interviews with informants who are in the area of H. M. Djafar Harun District Hospital in North Kolaka Regency. The results showed that the environmental accounting carried out by H. M. Djafar Harun District Hospital in North Kolaka Regency generally met the triple bottom line concept which included three main elements, namely profit, people and planet. Economic responsibility (profit) can be seen in health products produced from other health service activities that have been developed. Environmental responsibility (planet) can be seen from CSR programs in the environmental field that are actually carried out to save and preserve the environment such as planting trees and landfills. Social responsibility (people) is actually implemented through CSR activities in the provision of health facilities. This means that the principle of sustainable development which states that people and the environment are an integral part of the wheels of business turnover has been done by H. M. Djafar Harun District Hospital in North Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

In this study the author has the objective to determine the effect of management accounting system and budget particiaption on managerial performance on the staff of the Local Government Sidenreng Rappang either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis of this study is: Suspected of management accounting system and budget particiaption have a significant impact on the performance of managerial staff of the Local Government Sidenreng Rappang either partially or simultaneously.  The data required in this study is primary data in the form of respondents’ assessment of Management Accounting Systems, Budget Particiaption and Managerial Performance in Local Government Offices Sidenreng Rappang. Data collection methods used in this study is the questionnaire as well as a literature review on the books related to the subject matter covered. Data analysis techniques used by Multiple Linear Regression Test, t test, F test, Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the data analysis in this study it can be concluded that the management accounting system and budget particiaption have a significant influence on the performance of managerial staff of the Local Government Sidenreng Rappang either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan kajian tentang pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat, Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan kajian tentang pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat, Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan kajian tentang pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat, Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone. (4)Untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan kajian tentang pengaruh pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara simultanterhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat, Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat, Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone yang berjumlah 30 pegawai, terdiri dari 20 pegawai berstatus dengan status PNS dan 10 pegawai berstatus tenaga Honorer. Penentuan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sampling jenuh, dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel. Hal ini sering dilakukan bila jumlah populasi relatif kecil. Istilah lain sampel jenuh adalah sensus (Sugiyono, 2014:156). Sehingga sampel dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Camat, Kecamatan Dua Boccoe Kabupaten Bone. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana t hitung untuk 1 sebesar 3,384 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,055 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,002 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi 0,05. Variabel pengembangan karir mempunyai peran yang penting dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Dua Boccoe. Sehingga H1 yang menyatakan pengembangan karir mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai diterima. (2). Motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana t hitung untuk 2 sebesar 3,160 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,055 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,004 lebih kecil dari taraf signifikansi yaitu 0,05. Variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai peran yang penting dalam peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Dua Boccoe. Sehingga H2 yang menyatakan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai diterima.(3) Kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dimana t hitung untuk 3 sebesar 3,655 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,055 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,001 lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi yaitu 0,05. Variabel kompetensi berpengaruh positif yang dapat menyebabkan meningkatnya kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Dua Boccoe. Sehingga H3 yang menyatakan kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai diterima.(4) Pengujian secara bersama-sama, dimana F hitung sebesar 15,162 dan F tabel dengan df1= derajat pembilangan 3 dan df 2 = derajat penyebut 26 dengan taraf 5% maka didapat F tabel sebesar 2,98, berarti F hitung > f tabel. Hasil ρ=0,000 < 0,05. Variabel pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama atau simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Dua Boccoe. Sehingga H4 yang menyatakan pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai diterima.
