Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of (1) Work Motivation on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline on Employee Performance, (3) Work environment for Employee Performance (4) jointly Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, towards Performance of Indonesian Red Cross employees in Kotagede Special Region of Yogyakarta.Based on the relationship between variables on the object under study, this study is causal or called a causal relationship. population is the whole of the research subjects, namely the Indonesian Red Cross Employees in Kotagede Yogyakarta Special Region, amounting to 55 people, because less than 100 then the researchers took all employees, namely 55 employees as samples. Methods of collecting data with a questionnaire. While the technique of data analysis uses multiple regression analysis. Supported by hypothesis testing (T) and F test. And the classic assumption test consisting of Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heterocedasticity Test.The results of the data analysis with a significance of 0.05 indicate that Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. The work environment has a significant positive effect on Employee Performance. There is a simultaneous influence of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment variables that have significant positive Employee Performance.Keywords: Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Work Environment (X3), Employee Performance (Y)

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of, transformational leadership style on job satisfaction, extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction,both of transformational leadership style and extrinsic motivation to job satisfaction.This type of research is quantitative research, research variables are transformational leadership style (X1), extrinsic motivation (X2) and job satisfaction (Y). The population in this research were all permanent employees from PT. Andi Dwi Haryanto Tunas Merapi Wonogiri totaling 41 people and also used as theresearch sample. Data sources used in this research are primary data. Data collection methods in this researchwere using form of questionnaires. Using multiple regression analysis techniques. Which is supported by hypothesis testing, F test and by passing the classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test.Based on the results of the research there is a significant positive effect between transformational leadership style and extrinsic motivation on job satisfaction. In this research, transformational leadership style (X1) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction (Y). And extrinsic motivation (X2) has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.Keywords: transformational leadership style , extrinsic motivation , job satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. WIKA-WG KSO Proyek Pembangunan Gedung SGLC & ERIC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan 46 responden dengan terknik sampel jenuh. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta beban kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of communication, motivation, and reward on the performance of employees of PT. Wika Cilacap Region. The meth-od used in this research is quantitative. Primary data was obtained from a question-naire with 51 respondents with a saturated sample technique. Then the data were ana-lyzed using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, t test (partial), F test (simul-taneous), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that communi-cation had no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, motivation had no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, reward had a posi-tive and significant effect on employee performance, and communication, motivation and simultaneous rewards had a positive and significant effect on performance. em-ployee. Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk, mengetahui analisis pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap karyawan di PT NATURAL NUSANTARA (NASA). Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probality sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini 50 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh macam bahan baku dan frekuensi pemberian pupuk organik cair dari limbah eceng gondok terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kedelai. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan dua faktor : Faktor I : Macam campuran bahan baku pupuk organik Cair Ada 3 level yaitu : P1 = Pupuk Organik Cair dari Limbah Eceng gondok; P2 = Pupuk Organik Cair dari Limbah Eceng gondok + Isi Rumen Sapi ; P3 = Tanpa Pupuk Organik Cair (kontrol). Faktor II: Frekuensi Pemberian Pupuk Organik Cair; ; F1 = 1 kali; F2= 2 kali ; F3 =3 kali; F4= 4 kali. Masing – masing kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga dibutuhkan sebanyak 36 petak percobaan.Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan : (1) Aplikasi pupuk organik cair (M1 dan M2) berpengaruh memperbaiki pertumbuhan Tanaman Kedelai, sehingga bisa meningkatkan produksi dibanding perlakuan tanpa pupuk organik cair (M3); (2) Dengan Aplikasi Pupuk organik cair eceng gondok (M1) mampu memberikan hasil 2,56 / petak, meningkat 21,9 %; sedangkan dengan Aplikasi Pupuk organik cair eceng gondok + isi rumen sapi (M2) tanaman kedelai mampu menghasilkan biji kering 2,52 kg / petak ( meningkat 20,0% ) dibandingkan tanpa pemberian pupuk organik cair yang hanya mampu menghasilkan 2,10 kg / petak

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze whether work engagement mediates perceived organizational support toward job satisfaction and organizational citizenship of SMEs in Yogyakarta. The sampling method of this research used accidental sampling by spreading questionnaire. Total of the sample were 100 respondents. The result showed that the relationship between perceived organizational support and job satisfaction was partially mediated by work engagement. Furthermore, this research also proved that work engagement partially has not mediated the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. Implications of the findings suggest strengthening perceived organizational support and work engagement consistently in increasing organizational citizenship behavior in the organization

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, compensation and work stress on employee loyalt. This type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses the census method, which takes all the population as research respondents. The number of respondents is 55 people and the results of the analysis using SPSS Version 23. Based on the results of the analysis on the data, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on the employee loyalty variable, the work environment plays an important role in the quality of employee loyalty (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the importance of compensation is as follows: one indicator of job satisfaction (2) Work stress has no significant effect on employee loyalty, work stress is something that often happens in a workplace and stress is a process of one's thoughts, emotions and physical condition. (3) Work environment, compensation and work stress simultaneously affect employee loyalty (4). Keywords: Work environment, compensation, work streses and employee loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely compensation, motivation, and work environment on the dependent variable, namely job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative research. The population is all employees in Balai Diklat Industri Yogyakarta. The sample is 53 samples. The sampling technique used nonprobability technique (saturated sampling). The data collection method in this study is a questionnaire distributed to all employees Balai Diklat Industri Yogyakarta. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that compensation has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and compensation, motivation and work environment have a simultaneous effect on job satisfaction. employee work. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha kue tradisional bagi Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman Kelurahan Keparakan Kecamatan Mergangsan Yogyakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian telah diikuti oleh 14 Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman Kelurahan Keparakan Kecamatan Mergangsan Yogyakarta. Metode kegiatan adalah praktek membuat kue tradisional, ceramah kewirausahaan dan promosi kue Tradisional, digital marketing, instagram dan Financial Technology dan diskusi tanya-jawab antara peserta dan Tim Pengabdian. Hasil Dari kegiatan adalah Ibu-Ibu dapat membuat kue tradisional dan memiliki akun instagram untuk digital marketing serta dapat mengenal dan menggunakan financial technology untuk bisnis. Dari hasil post test dan pre test Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan promosi digital kue tradisional sebesar 71,25%. Dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh peserta pengabdian dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman berkeinginan segera membuka bisnis kue. Keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian didukung adanya peran aktif antara peserta dan tim pengabdian dan sikap antusias serta semangat dari peserta.
