Abstract

Conversion of agricultural land is becoming increasingly narrow, so microgreens have emerged as a solution for cultivating vegetables in limited space with high nutritional value. The aim is to explore the use of furniture sawdust waste as an alternative growing medium to increase growth and nutritional content, especially beta carotene, in mustard greens. This research uses different treatment methods for planting media and nutrient concentrations. The research results showed that treatment with nutrient concentration E (ecoenzyme) could increase the beta carotene content in mustard green microgreens. Data analysis showed that there was a real interaction between E0 and E1 treatments, with beta carotene levels increasing 2-fold from 3.65 mg to 21.05 mg. Research Contribution This research is expected to contribute to the development of sustainable agricultural technology and provide information for business actors about the use of waste as an economical and environmentally friendly planting medium. This research succeeded in showing that furniture sawdust waste can be used as an effective planting medium to increase the beta carotene content in mustard greens. Treatment with nutrient concentration E (ecoenzyme) showed significant results with an increase in beta carotene levels up to 2 times. This research contributes to the development of sustainable agricultural technology and the use of waste in an economical and environmentally friendly manner.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of dynamic ambidexterity in the effectiveness of leadership and organizational support for problem solving in the home industry of Mr. Sukir Wedoro Village. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in the study was about 40 employees located in Wedoro, East Java. In this study, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to each employee in the home industry. For data testing carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, respondent characteristics, normality tests, multicholinearity tests, heterochedasticity tests, linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (Partial Test, Simultaneous Test), and coefficient of determination. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis after testing for validity and reliability. (1) Leadership Effectiveness has no positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (2) Dynamic Ambidexterity has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (3) Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. This research contributes to understanding the Role of Dynamic Ambidexterity In Leadership Effectiveness And Organizational Support Towards Problem Solving. Based on the results of the analysis, not all variables have a positive and significant effect except for the Leadership Effectiveness variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. In addition to the Leadership Effectiveness variable, other variables such as the Dynamic Ambidexterity variable and the Organizational Support variable have a positive and significant effect. This research was only conducted in Mr. Sukir's industrial home in Wedoro village. Therefore, the collected data has a low normal level value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi intrinsik terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pegawai ASN Dinas Perhubungan Kota Yogyakarta. Sampel sebanyak 64 pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Tidak berpengaruh signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Organizational Culture and Empowerment on Organizational Commitment to improve Employee Performance at Puskesmas Ngemplak 1. This research was conducted on all employees of Puskesmas Ngemplak 1, totalling 40 people. This research is quantitative. The sample of this study used a sampling technique with a questionnaire or questionnaire. The sample data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to each employee. The number of questionnaires distributed and processed was as many as 20 questionnaires. Data processing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, assisted by the SPSS program version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that organisational culture has a positive and significant effect on organisational commitment. Organisational culture has a positive and significant impact on performance. The empowerment of members has a positive and significant impact on organisational commitment. Assignment of members has a positive and significant effect on performance, and organisational commitment also positively and significantly impacts performance. This proves that organisational culture and member empowerment on organisational commitment significantly affect the performance of the employees of Puskesmas Ngemplak 1

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of competence, compensation, on work productivity with intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable at BUMDes Panggung Lestari, Bantul, Yogyakarta. By knowing the magnitude of the influence of the variables studied, it is hoped that it can provide good recommendations to provide strategies for increasing work productivity. employees against the organization. The method in this research is using the census method. This research is a quantitative study, the sample in this study is 51 employees. The data collection technique is done by using a questionnaire. The results of this study, namely, there is a positive and significant effect of competence on intrinsic motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on intrinsic motivation, competence has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, compensation has no significant effect on work productivity, intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on productivity. work. The result of the sobel test shows that competency has a positive and significant effect on work productivity through intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable and compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity through intrinsic motivation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur, Disiplin, Komitmen Afektif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Populasi untuk penelitian pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 62 responden, dan memakai teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian memakai pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan uji instrumenya memakai uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis memakai uji t serta uji f. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, standar operasional prosedur (SOP) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.
