Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuan mengetahui pengaruh Standar Operasional Prosedur, Disiplin, Komitmen Afektif terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta. Populasi untuk penelitian pegawai di Dinas Pariwisata Kota Yogyakarta, dengan sampel sebanyak 62 responden, dan memakai teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian memakai pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan uji instrumenya memakai uji validitas serta uji reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis memakai uji t serta uji f. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan, standar operasional prosedur (SOP) berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Komitmen afektif berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Employees at UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung were examined to see if there is a relationship between compensation, work discipline, and motivation. For this investigation, we turn to SPSS 25 and its ability to quantitatively analyze data. Researchers from UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung collected information using a media questionnaire that can be accessed via the Google Forms website. Overall, 195 participants were included in the analysis. Samples were taken using the slovin formula as many as 66 people at UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung workers, and the sampling method was simple random sampling. To support the hypothesis, data analysis was performed using statistical methods which included survey validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and significance tests such as t-test and f-test. The results of the experiments in this study reveal that compensation, work discipline, and motivation have a large impact on productivity. In addition, at UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung work discipline and motivation both have a partial and quite large effect on employee performance, while compensation has a partial negative effect and is not significant.

Abstract

In vitro, biotechnology has proven to be a reliable source for producing secondary metabolites. Isoflavones are secondary plant metabolites that have antioxidant and estrogenic properties in the body. Tissue culture technology, which allows the production of plantlets or calluses in small containers, can address challenges in plant metabolite production. To enhance the efficiency of callus production, variations in sources and amount of planting material should be tested in a single planting container. The Bengkoang plant / Jicama (Pachyrhizus erosus) naturally produces isoflavones. This study investigates the impact of variations in sources and amount of planting material on the production of isoflavones in Bengkoang callus using in vitro tissue culture techniques. The research was conducted at the Tissue Culture Laboratory, employing a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) factorial method. Factor I involved the explant source: C1: young leaves; C2: Callus. Factor II involved the number of explants per container: T1: 1; T2: 2; T3: 3. The results show an interaction between source variations and the amount of planting material in anthocyanin production, successfully extracted from the Callus. Planting 3 explants in a container with subculture material from Callus produced the highest 0.16% isoflavones compared to other treatments

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the combination of guano and humic acid fertilizers affects the growth and yield of caisim mustard plants. This study was conducted in the Sememi Surabaya People's Forest Park. The study took five months from December 2023 to May 2024. This study was conducted with a Completely Randomized Design, consisting of two treatment factors, namely (I) Guano fertilizer dose and (II) Humic Acid dose with five samples and three replications. The concentrations used were: (Go) guano dose 0 grams; (G1) guano dose 20 grams per polybag; (G2) guano dose 40 grams per polybag; (G3) guano dose 60 grams per polybag; and the doses of humic acid used were: (Ho) humic acid dose 0 grams per polybag; (H1) humic acid dose 25 grams per polybag; (H2) humic acid dose 50 grams per polybag; (H3) and a dose of humic acid of 75 grams per polybag. Based on research on the study of the combination of guano and humic acid on the growth and yield of caisim plants (Brassica chinensis var. Parachinensis) from the G3 treatment (60 grams per polybag) showed the best treatment for all parameters, while the humic acid treatment H1 (25 grams per polybag) was the best treatment for all parameters.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of preference of the panelists in the instant organoleptic test of kencur rice with various kinds of sugar as sweeteners. The research was carried out in June – July 2023 at the Production Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. The one-factor Complete Random Design Research Method (RAL) consists of 3 treatments of sugar sources (G) as sweeteners, namely G1 = sugar sweetener; G2 = brown sugar sweetener; G3 = palm sugar sweetener. The observation parameters were through a hedonic test on the properties of the product, namely taste, aroma, texture, color, and physical appearance, as well as determining the level of preference of the panelists for kencur rice instant drink from 3 types of sugar as sweeteners.  Each treatment was repeated three times with 10 panelists per repetition. This Hedonic test with sensory analysis of kencur rice instant products is used to estimate what products are most liked by the panelists with the level of preference. The method used in the Hedonic Test with sensory analysis, consists of 5 levels: (1) very disliked, (2) disliked, (3) mediocre, (4) liked, and (5) strongly liked. The results of the research show that the type of sugar has an effect on the acceptance of the sweetness level of the panelists. Organoleptic test on product properties: palm sugar has an advantage in aroma, brown sugar has an advantage in texture, then granulated sugar has an advantage in color and physical appearance.

Abstract

Limbah darah sapi belum banyak dimanfaatkan, pada hal ketersediaannya melimpah. Limbah darah sapi dapat diolah menjadi tepung yang selanjutnya dapat diproses menjadi pupuk organik padat dalam bentuk pelet. Percobaan pemanfaatan pupuk pelet dari limbah darah sapi dipadukan dengan pupuk kimia untuk membuka peluang teknik aplikasi yang praktis di lapangan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji kemungkinan limbah darah dibuat pupuk organik dalam bentuk pelet dan diaplikasikan pada tanaman bayam. Percobaan faktorial, faktor satu adalah dosis pupuk organik pelet (POPe) dengan empat level dan faktor kedua dosis pupuk urea dengan dua level. Percobaan dengan delapan perlakuan kombinasi diulang tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk organik pelet (POPe) dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, dan luas daun dengan dosis optimum pada P2 dosis 18 gr/tanaman sedang untuk berat konsumsi dosis optimum pada P3 yaitu 27 gr/tanaman. Aplikasi pupuk urea dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, berat akar dan hasil tanaman. Temuan penelitian dapat menjadi motivasi pengembangan penelitian pengolahan limbah darah sapi menjadi berbagai bentuk pupuk organik dan diapliaksikan untuk berbagai tanaman sayuran dan buah-buahan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang dilakukan terhadap 3 produk instan jahe. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kelayakan formulasi hasil olahan jahe gajah menjadi serbuk instan jahe dengan substitusi pewarna bahan-bahan alami serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat kesukaan instan jahe sebagai minuman herbal. Metode penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) satu faktor yang terdiri dari 3 level. Perlakuannya adalah penambahan pewarna dengan bahan-bahan alami, yaitu bunga telang dan daun pandan. P1 = tanpa penambahan pewarna (hasil terbaik penelitian tahun 2022 sebagai kontrol); P2 = penambahan pewarna dengan simplisia bunga telang; dan P3 = penambahan pewarna dengan ekstrak daun pandan pewarna/suji. Parameter pengamatannya yaitu kelayakan dengan tingkat kesukaan panelis terhadap sifat produk melalui uji hedonik, yaitu warna, aroma, dan rasa dari kualitas produk yang dihasilkan. Uji Hedonik ini dengan analisis sensori terhadap produk instan jahe yang digunakan untuk menduga produk apa yang paling disukai oleh panelis dengan tingkat kesukaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat dalam mengkonsumsi jahe sebagai minuman herbal yang sehat, juga bagi peneliti lain yang tertarik terhadap penelitian yang sejenis. Tiga level dalam perlakuan penambahan bahan alami sebagai pewarna instan jahe memberikan perbedaan yang sangat nyata dan nyata terhadap baik warna dengan skor antara 3,60 4,23; aroma 3,83 4,23; dan rasa instan jahe 3,77 4,33.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Bhakti Bapak Emak (Ponpes-BBE) yang berdomisili di Bareng Jombang dalam mendukung kemandirian pangan melalui pengelolaan tanaman sayuran khususnya Solanaceae. Tujuan: kegiatan PkM  membantu mitra di dalam pemanfaatan lahan pekarangan, sehingga mitra mengenal dan tahu teknik budidaya serta pemeliharaan tanaman Solanaceae. Kegiatan PkM dilakukan dalam mendukung pemecahan permasalahan mitra dalam pemanfaatan lahan yang ada di seputar pondok, yang belum termanfaatkan secara optimal. Metode: Program dilakukan melalui keterlibatan aktif baik secara partisipatif maupun inisiatif, melalui metode Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) dan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Kegiatan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan, demplot dan pendampingan pada masyarakat pondok baik para santri maupun pengurus pondok untuk memberikan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan, dan ketrampilan di bidang pertanian  dalam optimalisasi lahan seputar pondok. Hasil: Hasil dari optimalisasi lahan dengan budidaya tanaman solanaceae dapat digunakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup sehari-hari di pondok, mengurangi pengeluaran pondok, serta dapat meningkatkan gizi masyarakat pondok. Diharapkan dengan adanya kegiatan PkM ini, para santri sebagai masyarakat pondok tidak hanya belajar tentang agama saja, tetapi juga belajar di bidang pertanian untuk menambah wawasan dan ketrampilan, sehingga bisa membantu dalam memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan lahan yang ada di sekitar pondok. Selain itu juga bisa digunakan sebagai bekal ketrampilan setelah lulus dari pondok. Kesimpulan: Terjadi perubahan perilaku pada masyarakat ponpes BBE baik para santri maupun pengurus ponpes, dalam optimalisasi lahan di sekitar pondok dengan budidaya tanaman Solanaceae.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of organic fertilizer modification with the addition of Trichoderma sp. on the growth and yield of cauliflower. A Randomized Blok Design (RAK) with five treatments and four replications. The research was conducted from May to November 2024 on the land of Pondok Pesantren Bakti Bapak Emak, Bareng, Jombang. The results showed that; (a) The use of modified organic fertilizer and Trichoderma had a significant effect on cauliflower plant growth (plant height, number of leaves, and root dry weight). The K3 treatment (Nutrizim Granule Organic Fertilizer + Trichoderma) showed better results for cauliflower growth, with plant height reaching approximately 44,25 cm at 6 weeks after planting and producing an average of 21,15. (b) The treatments tested did not have a significant effect on yield parameters. However, field observations indicate that the modified organic fertilizer with added Trichoderma produced better quality cauliflowers, characterized by denser (more compact) curds, a clean yellowish-white color, and overall improved appearance.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of organic fertilizer formulations on the growth and yield of purple eggplant (Solanum melongena L.). Conducted at the Bhakti Bapak Emak Islamic Boarding School, Jombang, over three months (May–August 2024), the research used a Randomized Block Design with five treatments and four replications: T0 = NPK 2.57 g (control), T1 = NPK 2.57 g + 4 tons of granular organic fertilizer (50.2 g/ha), T2 = NPK 2.57 g + 4 tons of crumb organic fertilizer (50.2 g/ha), T3 = NPK 2.57 g + 6 tons of granular organic fertilizer (75.4 g/ha), and T4 = NPK 2.57 g + 6 tons of crumb organic fertilizer (75.4 g/ha). The results showed that granular and crumb organic fertilizers significantly improved growth and yield parameters. Significant differences were observed in plant height (35–42 days after planting, DAP), leaf count (42 DAP), fruit diameter, flowering age, fruit length, and fruit volume, with the best performance at T3 (6 tons granular).
