Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of work motivation on work productivity (2) The effect of work discipline on work productivity. (3) the influence of the work environment on work productivity. (4) the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on work productivity. The population in the study were all employees of the Gunungkidul Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 66 people. All employees are taken data or census using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression test with the IBM SPSS Version 26 tool program. The data analysis was carried out to identify independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The results of the study found that (1) work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. (4) work motivation, work discipline and work environment together have a significant positive effect on work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee job satisfaction with communication as a mediating variable at PT. Harapan Sawit Lestari (HSL) Cargill Betivau Estate. This research is a quantitative research and primary data is taken using a questionnaire taken by accidental sampling on 74 respondents. Sampling using the Slovin formula. Data were collected through direct surveys and then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on communication. The work environment has no significant effect on communication. Leadership style, work environment, and communication partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Communication mediates the effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction, but communication does not mediate the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, organizational culture, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The population of this research is the employees of Kecamatan Jangkat, Kabupaten Merangin, Jambi. Data was taken on all employees or 33 employees by the census method. Data collection was carried out by survey using a questionnaire instrument. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with data analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had no significant effect on employee performance. Extrinsic motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture also has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Strengthening organizational commitment becomes an implication if the leader intends to encourage employee performance. Abstract

Untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang baik, organisasi harus memberikan kompensasi, motivasi serta lingkungan kerja yang baik agar para guru dan staff tata usaha memperoleh kepuasan dalam pekerjaannya sehingga lebih bersemangat dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai ataupun seorang guru yaitu dengan pemberian kompensasi yang layak dan setara dengan kinerja yang diberikan. Selain kompensasi, ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi peningkatan ataupun penurunan kepuasan kerja seorang guru yaitu motivasi dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja guru serta staff tata usaha SMA Negeri 2 Playen Gunungkidul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan data primer diambil menggunakan kuesioner pada sampel yang merupakan seluruh populasi guru dan staff tata usaha sebanyak 50 orang. Analisis data melalui analisis statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas serta uji heteroskedastisitas dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta yang terakhir variabel kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test the Influence of Information Technology, Employee awards, Work Discipline, Motivation on Employee Performance at the Regional Tax Service Office of Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta (KPPD). This research is a type of quantitative research conducted in the form of questionnaires on employees and staff at KPPD (Regional Tax Service Office of Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta). This study is to analyze the Influence of Information Technology, Employee awards, Work Discipline, Motivation on Employee Performance in the Regional Tax Service Office of Gunungkidul District. To answer research questions and test the hypotheses proposed, multiple linear regression analysis tools are used. The population in this study was all employees and staff (KPPD) of the district. Therewere 40 people with characteristics (age, gender, education graduates, marital status, working age) as research subjects. The results showed that 1). Theology Iof information has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, 2). Employee Award has no effect on Employee Performance, 3). Work Discipline does not affect Employee Performance, 4). Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at KPPD Gunungkidul. Abstract

The organizational environment often changes with the times. If an organization has achieved the goals set for its own organization, then the organization can be considered successful. The quality of the organization's internal environment experienced by its members, the quality in question is not an objective condition that is the same for all employees, but a condition that has been processed through perception along with subjective experience. This type of research can use a quantitative descriptive method, namely to analyze the Study of the Influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research design can be classified as a type of survey research, because researchers use surveys to obtain data and information directly about the research object by distributing associative causal questionnaires. This study uses a quantitative method based on the method. Meanwhile, the SPSS application is used when processing data. The presentation of the results of this study is presented based on the data obtained from the research that has been done. The data collected in this study is in the form of an analysis of the scale results that have been filled in by trading companies. In this study there were 4 (three) scales, namely the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) scale consisting of 5 question items, the Intrinsic Motivation scale consisting of 5 statement items, the Job Satisfaction scale consisting of 5 statement items and the Organizational Climate scale consisting of 5 statement items . The conclusion in this study is that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of employees of CV Maris Persada, Buol Regency. Abstract

This study intends to find the impact of motivation on employee performance, the effect of financial compensation on employee performance, the effect of communication on employee performance, the effect of motivation, financial compensation, and communication on employee performance at the Pamella Sembilan Wonosari Supermarket. This study used quantitative methods with a total population of 150 people and a total sample of 110 people. Data will be collected through the primary data method from distributing questionnaires which are then tested for normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity. The method used is regression analysis. This research results if motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of 0.202, sig. 0.002 <0.005 and t-count 3.242 > t-table 1.98. There is a positive and significant impact of financial compensation on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 0.222, a sig value of 0.001 <0.005 and t-count 3.329 > t-table 1.98. There is a positive and significant effect of communication on Employee Activity with a coefficient of 0.391. sig. value 0.001 < 0.005 and t-count 3.570 > t-table 1.98, as well as motivational factors, financial compensation and communication have a positive and significant impact on employee performance simultaneously, the acquisition of F count is 33.070 > F-table 2.96 and sig 0.000 <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on the performance of Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul employees. This research is a quantitative type research. The population in this study were Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul employees. The sample in this study were all employees of the Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul using a saturated sampling technique so that the total sample was 50 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has an insignificant negative effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation, work environment, and compensation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of dynamic ambidexterity in the effectiveness of leadership and organizational support for problem solving in the home industry of Mr. Sukir Wedoro Village. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in the study was about 40 employees located in Wedoro, East Java. In this study, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to each employee in the home industry. For data testing carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, respondent characteristics, normality tests, multicholinearity tests, heterochedasticity tests, linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (Partial Test, Simultaneous Test), and coefficient of determination. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis after testing for validity and reliability. (1) Leadership Effectiveness has no positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (2) Dynamic Ambidexterity has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (3) Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. This research contributes to understanding the Role of Dynamic Ambidexterity In Leadership Effectiveness And Organizational Support Towards Problem Solving. Based on the results of the analysis, not all variables have a positive and significant effect except for the Leadership Effectiveness variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. In addition to the Leadership Effectiveness variable, other variables such as the Dynamic Ambidexterity variable and the Organizational Support variable have a positive and significant effect. This research was only conducted in Mr. Sukir's industrial home in Wedoro village. Therefore, the collected data has a low normal level value. Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan semangat wirausaha kue tradisional bagi Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman Kelurahan Keparakan Kecamatan Mergangsan Yogyakarta. Kegiatan pengabdian telah diikuti oleh 14 Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman Kelurahan Keparakan Kecamatan Mergangsan Yogyakarta. Metode kegiatan adalah praktek membuat kue tradisional, ceramah kewirausahaan dan promosi kue Tradisional, digital marketing, instagram dan Financial Technology dan diskusi tanya-jawab antara peserta dan Tim Pengabdian. Hasil Dari kegiatan adalah Ibu-Ibu dapat membuat kue tradisional dan memiliki akun instagram untuk digital marketing serta dapat mengenal dan menggunakan financial technology untuk bisnis. Dari hasil post test dan pre test Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan dan promosi digital kue tradisional sebesar 71,25%. Dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh peserta pengabdian dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas Ibu-Ibu PKK Pujokusuman berkeinginan segera membuka bisnis kue. Keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian didukung adanya peran aktif antara peserta dan tim pengabdian dan sikap antusias serta semangat dari peserta.
