Abstract

Garbage remains a significant issue in Greenary Permai Bojong Gede Housing, leading to an unhealthy environment, particularly when waste collection is inconsistent. In response, the 3G waste bank initiated several waste reduction activities. However, progress has been slow due to limited waste management knowledge, incomplete equipment, low community awareness, and manual record-keeping. To address these challenges, training was provided on managing organic and plastic waste, and repurposing used cooking oil into candles and soap. Financial application training was also given to improve the recording process. The goal was to enable the community and partners to adopt a small-scale waste management system and integrate it into daily habits. Using Participatory Action Research (PAR), community members, including waste bank administrators, were directly involved in hands-on training to ensure participants understood the objectives. Since the socialization of this initiative in April 2024, significant progress has been made. Questionnaire results showed 95% of participants understood the activity's purpose. Monitoring and evaluation revealed that residents and partners have successfully adopted composting, ecobrick-making, and proper recycling of used cooking oil into candles or soap, demonstrating sustainable practices and optimal use of the financial applications.

Abstract

At-Tadzkir Nur Ghazali Islamic Education Foundation is an Islamic education provider institution whose legality is registered in MENKUMHAM No. AHU-0016685.AH.01.04. In 2020, the organization of education under its care includes TPQ, PAUDQU, MDTA, Ponpes At-Tadzkir Nur Ghazali, and junior high schools and vocational schools. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and foundation image on student satisfaction. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation and questionnaires. The population used was 63 students and in withdrawing the sample using a total sample. Furthermore, the data were tested for validity and reliability and carried out normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression equation tests with the results Y = -3.140 + 0.040 + 0.764 which shows that service quality and foundation image simultaneously affect student satisfaction. however, partially service quality has no effect on student satisfaction and foundation image affects student satisfaction.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly strict media digitalisation, it encourages the birth of various new media, especially those related to advances in the information technology sector which provide alternative access. Service quality is very important for companies, with the quality of service provided can affect satisfaction and will have an impact on long-term loyalty to RRI PRO 1 Jakarta listeners. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and satisfaction on the loyalty of RRI PRO 1 Jakarta listeners. The analysis method in this study uses several test stages ranging from validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicolinerity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, determination test. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the service quality variable had a positive and significant effect on listener loyalty with a value of 0.028> 0.05, while the satisfaction variable had a significant effect on loyalty with a value of 0.012> 0.05 while in the simultaneous hypothesis test, service quality and satisfaction had a positive effect on the loyalty of RRI PRO 1 Jakarta listeners obtained an F value of 7.535.

Abstract

Al Ikhlas Mosque Foundation has a Turnover intention percentage value above 10% in several years during the period 2019 to 2023. Meanwhile, based on the prariset, it was found that the workload variable was the most selected variable and followed by the work discipline variable with a percentage value of only 20% in the period 2020 to 2023. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload and work discipline on Turnover intention of teachers and employees in the school unit at the Al Ikhlas Mosque Foundation (YMAI), Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of documentation, and a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale. The population used was 95 respondents and in withdrawing samples using saturated samples. Furthermore, the data were tested for validity and reliability and carried out normality tests, Heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests.  Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression equation tests with the results Y = -0.456 + 0.254X1 + 0.667X2 which shows that workload and work discipline affect Turnover intention. Furthermore, partially workload affects Turnover intention by 63.2% and work discipline affects turnover intention by 7.47%. Meanwhile, simultaneously workload and work discipline affect turnover intention by 75.8%.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the influence of e-commerce, digital marketing, entrepreneurial knowledge on generation Z's entrepreneurial interest. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is generation Z who are currently studying at high school and university levels in Jakarta. The sample used in this research was 93 respondents. Based on the partial results of the research, it is stated that there is a positive and significant influence of e-commerce on interest in entrepreneurship, digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship. Simultaneous research results show that e-commerce, digital marketing, entrepreneurial knowledge have a positive and significant effect on generation Z's entrepreneurial interest in Jakarta Province. The coefficient of determination value is 0.576 or 57.6%. The results of these calculations mean that e-commerce, digital marketing, entrepreneurial knowledge influence interest in entrepreneurship by 57.6% while the remaining 42.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that shape consumer purchasing decisions on Digital Photo Graphics. Variables that are assumed to form consumer loyalty are price, product, service, place, promotion, presentation and reputation. Researchers used quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are consumers who shop at Digital Photo Graphics in 2020. The sample in this study is consumers who meet the criteria set by the researchers with a total of 83 people. The analytical method used in this study is explanatory factor analysis (EFA) with the help of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that 5 factors are formed, namely Excellent Service Factors (1), Store Convenience Factors (2), Accessibility Factors (3), Product Performance Factors (4), Promotion Factors (5). The Excellent Service factor has the highest variance value, which is 46%. Steps that can be taken by Digital Photo Graphics are increasing up-selling, making company uniforms, providing personal service, making terms and conditions, cutting dense trees, directing parking to be neater, making product quality consistent, allocating funds for research & development, active on social media and giving discounts to loyal customers.

Abstract

The beauty industry in Indonesia continues to grow, particularly in sunscreen products favored by consumers through marketplace platforms such as Shopee. This study aims to analyze the influence of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) and price on the purchasing decisions of Facetology Sunscreen products. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population of this study includes Facetology Sunscreen consumers on the Shopee Marketplace, with a sample of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling techniques. Partial tests show that e-WOM (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), with a t-value of 2.195, and price (X2) also significantly influences purchasing decisions (Y), with a t-value of 2.211. Simultaneously, both variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y), as indicated by an F-value of 7.002. It can be concluded that e-WOM (X1) and price (X2) significantly influence purchasing decisions, highlighting that positive reviews and competitive pricing are key factors driving consumers to choose Facetology Sunscreen products.

Abstract

Employee performance is one of the most important factors for the progress of the company. Companies are required to be able to manage and organize their resources effectively and efficiently. Whether or not a company develops can be determined by the performance of the company's employees. Good employee performance can make the company more advanced. One of them is the provision of rewards and punishments is one of the factors that help improve employee performance to be better. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of Reward and Punishment variables on Employee Performance. The method used is Quantitative Statistics using saturated sampling of 48 people. The questionnaire is the main instrument for collecting primary data. The research analysis uses multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 25.0. The results of the research analysis show that rewards partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, punishments partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and rewards and punishments simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Millennium Pharmacon International, Tbk

Abstract

This study aims to examine the partial and simultaneous effects of work facilities and non-physical work environment on performance. The research was conducted at PT Xylo Solusi Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research approach. The research applied a saturated sampling method, where all 32 employees were taken as the sample, and data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that work facilities have a positive and significant effect on performance, while the non-physical work environment has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, both work facilities and the non-physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance. These findings provide insights for stakeholders to evaluate and improve business strategies within the company.
