Abstract

Depnakertrans Jawa Barat merupakan Instansi teknis yang melaksanakan sebagian urusan pemerintahan dan pembangunan di bidang ketenagakerjaan dan ketransmigrasian. Salah satu program dari depnakertrans adalah peningkatan kesempatan kerja dengan melakukan berbagai kegiatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efesiensi kinerja depnakertrans dalam memberikan kesempatan kerja kepada penduduk Jawa Barat berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan mereka dengan metode Data Enfelopment Analisis (DEA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak semua tingkat pendidikan dapat dilakukan dengan efesien dalam penempatan kerja oleh depnakertran khusus nya untuk tingkat pendidikan SD ke bawah.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermasalahan bisnis dapat terjadi muncul kapan saja. Terkadang hal yang dilupakan adalah melakukan bisnis langsung menjalankan usaha tanpa melalui tahapan yang benar sehingga bisnis yang dijalankan tidak mengalami perkembangan. Pengenalan perencanaan bisnis sekaligus pelatihan ini diterapkan pada mitra pengabdian masyarakat di komunitas Perempuan Indonesia Maju (PIM) Bogor yang menjadi wadah bagi anggotanya yang seluruhnya perempuan dan  telah memiliki bisnis dan berwirausaha dalam semua bidang. Setelah dilakukan pemetaan masalah, bahwa saat ini mereka langsung menjalankan usaha, hanya karena melihat potensi keuntungan sesaat dan tidak mempersiapkan bisnisnya dengan matang, bahkan banyak yang tidak direncanakan dengan rinci padahal dalam berbisnis dihadapkan dengan banyak risiko seperti masalah pasokan, masalah kualitas produk, masalah memperoleh dan mempertahankan pelanggan, sampai mendeteksi jenis pengeluaran dan pendapatan usaha. Pada akhirnya disepakatilah pada pengabdian masyarakat ini melakukan pelatihan terkait perencanaan bisnis berupa model BMC (Business Model Canvas) yang dianggap mudah dan sederhana untuk dipahami. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah yang isinya menjelaskan pentingnya perencanaan bisnis dan konsep Business Model Canvas. Berdasarkan tanggapan atas kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada peserta yang berjumlah 29 orang menunjukkan bahwa dari pelaksanaan kegiatan hasilnya 100 persen atau keseluruhan peserta setuju kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat meningkatan wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan keahlian anggota komunitas dalam membuat rencana bisnis kedepannya. Kata kunci: pelatihan; perencanaan; bisnis; BMC. ABSTRACTBusiness problems can occur at any time. Sometimes the thing that is forgotten is doing business directly running a business without going through the correct stages so that the business being run does not experience development. This introduction to business planning as well as training was applied to community service partners in the Maju Indonesia Women's Community (PIM) Bogor, which became a forum for its members who were all women and already had businesses and entrepreneurship in all fields. After mapping the problem, that currently they are directly running the business, just because they saw the potential for temporary profits and did not prepare their business carefully, even many of them were not planned in detail even though in doing business they were faced with many risks such as supply problems, product quality problems, problems obtaining and retain customers, to detect the type of expenses and revenues of the business. In the end, it was agreed that this community service would conduct training related to business planning in the form of the BMC (Business Model Canvas) model which is considered easy and simple to understand. This Community Service activity is carried out using the lecture method, which explains the importance of business planning and the concept of the Business Model Canvas. Based on the responses to the questionnaire distributed to 29 participants, it shows that from the implementation of the activities the results are 100 percent or all participants agree that this community service activity can increase the insight, knowledge, skills and expertise of community members in making future business plans. Keywords: training; planning; business; BMC

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating effect of customer satisfaction on product quality and service quality variables on customer loyalty at Hanamasa restaurant in Jakarta. Sampling used purposive sampling method, the collected data was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that customer satisfaction was not significant as a mediating variable on the effect of product quality on loyalty, while on the effect of service quality on loyalty, customer satisfaction became a significant mediating variable. The findings of this study also show that service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on loyalty

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the beverage industry sector is experiencing rapid and significant growth in various regions including Depok City. Currently, one of the most popular and growing beverages in Depok City is bubble tea. Chatime is known as a pioneer in the bubble tea business. Chatime was founded in Taiwan in 2003. Chatime entered Indonesia in 2011 under the auspices of the Kawan Lama Group. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and promotion on chatime purchasing decisions in Depok City. The method of analysis in this study uses a quantitative approach based on statistical data. The analysis method in this study uses several tests, namely starting from the validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that based on the t test, price and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the f test, Price and Promotion simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Chatime Purchasing Decisions in Depok City. Based on the results of the simultaneous determination coefficient test, price and promotion have an influence of 70.5% on chatime purchasing decisions in Depok City, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Human resources have an important role in moving and advancing an organization or company. Every company always strives to encourage employees to be able to provide an achievement and meet the targets set by the company. With the achievement and fulfillment of targets, of course, it must be accompanied by supporting factors that can improve employee performance such as appropriate workloads and standardized operational procedures. For this reason, the company must maintain a balance between the two to produce optimal performance for PT Dwi Multi Makmur employees. The population of this study is all employees of PT Dwi Multi Makmur totaling 31 respondents, all of which are used as samples because they use total sampling. The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear analysis. The test tool uses SPSS version 26. The results showed that the workload variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.039 < 0.05, while the standard operating procedure variable had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05. In the simultaneous test, workload and standard operating procedures had a positive effect on the performance of PT Dwi Multi Makmur's employees based on an Fcal value of 43.192

Abstract

Companies in the retail sector are increasing and growing rapidly. One of the retail companies is the Bogor Pekayon Raya Minimarket, which sells a variety of basic necessities and remains the main choice of consumers. The behavior of consumers who will shop will certainly be influenced by price factors and product quality when making a purchase decision. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price and product quality on consumer purchase decisions at the Bogor Pekayon Raya Minimarket. The analysis method in this study uses primary data with the test stages carried out are validity test, reliability test, normality test, heterosexuality test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, determination coefficient test. The sampling method in this study is by simple random sampling technique, distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents using the Slovin formula. Testing tools using SPSS version 20. The results showed that the price had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision with the results of the t-test, namely the t>-count value  of the table 3.735>1.660 and the significance of 0.000<0.05, while the product quality had a positive and significant effect on the t-test results, which was the t-test value of 8>ttable 8.203>1.660 and the significance of 0.000<0.05, while the result of the f>-test was 131>3.09 and the significance of 0.000<0.05. That there is a simultaneous influence of price and product quality on purchase decisions

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of Country of Origin (COO) and product knowledge on purchase intentions, with product evaluation as a mediator. A case study was conducted on Maspion brand electronic products with a sample of people selected through purposive sampling. Path analysis is used to test the hypothesis. The research results show that COO has a significant positive effect on purchase intention, while product knowledge has no significant effect on purchase intention. COO also has a significant positive effect on product evaluation, while product knowledge influences product evaluation. Product reviews themselves have a significant positive impact on purchase intention. Product reviews play an important mediating role in linking COO to purchase intention, as well as linking product knowledge to purchase intention. These results highlight the important role of the COO in influencing purchase decisions, as well as demonstrating the importance of product reviews as a mediating link in the influence of these factors. The implications of this study can be used to develop marketing and branding strategies for Maspion brand electronic products.

Abstract

Teknisi Rusun XX merupakan badan pemerintah yang berfokus mengelola, menjaga, dan mengawasi rumah susun dan hal yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan rumah susun. Terdapat aduan kendala terkait responsif yang menjadi keluhan penghuni rusun kususnya bagian Teknisi Rusun XX terkait kinerja dalam berkerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh secara simultan pengaruh kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Teknisi Rusun XX. Menggunakan metode deskritif kuantitatif dengan alat uji regresi linier berganda hasilnya yaitu Y= 3,077 + 0,289 + 0,753 artinya setiap penambahan kompotensi kerja sebanyak 1% maka kinerja pegawai akan bertambah 3,077. Setiap penambahan motivasi kerja sebanyak 1% maka kinerja pegawai akan bertambah 0,289. Dapat dikatakan hasil menunjukan positif, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompetensi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan secara simultan kompetensi kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Rusun XX.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of Digital Marketing and Brand Articulation Capabilities on SME Marketing Performance in West Lombok Province, Indonesia. The research results show that Digital Marketing has a positive and significant impact on the Marketing Performance of SMEs, and Brand Articulation Ability also plays an important role in improving their performance. In addition, this research reveals that Brand Articulation Ability acts as a mediating variable in the relationship between Digital Marketing and Marketing Performance. These findings have important implications for SME owners and marketing practitioners, highlighting the importance of investing in effective Digital Marketing and developing Brand Articulation Capabilities. The integration of a good Digital Marketing strategy and the ability to convey a clear brand message can help SMEs achieve success in an increasingly digital and competitive business era.

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology has had a significant impact impact on various sectors, including tourism. Social media, in particular, has emerged as a powerful one networking tools that bridge social and economic activities globally. This research examine the role of social media marketing activities (SMMA) in shaping tourists' intentions to visit Lombok, Indonesia, a popular destination known for its stunning views and rich cultural heritage. This research identify the main elements of SMMA such as interaction, trends, electronic word of word of mouth (e-WOM), and customization, and their impact on brand image and tourist visit intentions. Through a quantitative approach with survey from domestic and international tourists, this research reveals that SMMA significantly improve Lombok brand image and influences tourist intentions positively. These? findings provide valuable insights for tourism stakeholders to develop effective marketing strategies by utilizing social media? attract more visitors and promote Lombok as a must-visit destination.
