Automotive technology is growing very rapidly. one of the conventional fuel intake systems to the injection system. where is the fuel intake by the ECU based on engine conditions detected by electronic sensors. The injection will work optimally if the injector that is working is not blocked or has problems, the injector determines the smoothness of the injection system. If the injector's performance is less than optimal, the injection system is not optimal and the engine performance is disrupted. To maintain the injector before working optimally, routine cleaning of the injector is carried out, the problem is the scarcity of the injector test equipment encountered in the field because of the high cost of the equipment, therefore the researchers innovated the design of the injector test equipment using EFI fuel system capable of handling problematic injector problems and the scarcity of this tool in the field.

The rapid influence of the rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) requires educators to harness the technological results in the learning process and gain access to broader (global) knowledge. Likewise educators are required to develop skills to make learning media so that learning can run effectively, interesting, generate motivation and provoke creativity of learners. This activity aims at (a) Developing teacher competence in designing instructional media based on information and communication technology (b) Developing teachers' skill in making learning media and (c) Increasing teacher's insight in utilizing technology and communication. Through the community service activities of the State University of Padang held training efforts to improve the ability of teachers in making meida learning based on information technology in SMKN 1 Batipuh. The method of devotion chosen is the training with the target of 25 teachers with the material of designing, manufacturing and using learning media with power point, lecture training method, question and answer, demonstration and workshop. Presentation of theory and practice held for 2 days located at SMKN 1 Batipuh West Sumatra. The result of the dedication activity is 25 participants have competence marked by the improvement indicator on the ability of designing, making and using learning media with power point.

Control of the liquid level in the industry is very concerning. Parameter yang dimonitor adalah setpoint yang diberikan dan level cairan dalam tangki yang terukur. Prototype sistem monitoring level cairan dibuat dalam penelitian ini untuk diujicobakan pada sistemnya. Hasil pengujian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa sistem monitoring level cairan yang diusulkan telah mampu memonitor parameter level dengan baik.

All in-person learning has been replaced with online learning as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. During the Covid-19 emergency, this aims to fulfill students' rights to obtain education-related services. In the Heavy Equipment Technology course, the purpose of this study is to determine whether assignment-based learning and the use of e-learning media can improve student learning outcomes. In this study, correlational quantitative research of this kind was used. From a total of 124 students, 55 were selected at random. SPSS version 20 is used for analysis in this study, and Windows 10 is used to enter data. The research data for variable (X) account for 94.3 percent of the total. The variable (Y) is included in the very good category for 92.7 percent of the research data. Rcount 0.384 > Rtable 0.261 were the positive category results from correlation theory testing. The t test shows a positive correlation between the application of e-learning learning media and assignment strategies (Tcount 1.906 > Ttable 1.673). The findings demonstrated that the variable of instructional media application with assignment-based learning contributed 13.1%, while other variables influenced 86.9%.Keywords: e learning, Assignment Learning Methods, Learning Results.

Customers as consumers of products users need to pay attention to the satisfaction they get. The study in this research is about customer satisfaction which is part of the advantages of industrial business in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The method used is a literature study. Data sources are articles in accredited national journals and reputable international journals. The findings show that the industrial revolution 4.0 changed the work system in an industry by utilizing the latest technology to increase competition and seek innovative strategies to achieve customer satisfaction. These findings are expected to provide information to business or corporate users, customers who use the products offered, and government agencies that participate in managing the industrial business so that they can create industrial business flows that are useful for the progress of a country's economy. Pelanggan sebagai konsumen dari pengguna produk perlu diperhatikan mengenai kepuasan yang didapatkan. Kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai kepuasan pelanggan yang merupakan bagian dari keunggulan bisnis industri pada era revolusi industri 4.0. Metode yang digunakan adalah literatur studi. Sumber data adalah artikel dalam jurnal nasional berakreditasi maupuan jurnal internasional bereputasi. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa revolusi industri 4.0 merubah sistem kerja dalam suatu industri dengan memanfaatkan teknologi terkini dalam meningkatkan persaingan dan mencari strategi yang inovatif untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan. Temuan ini diharapkan menjadi informasi kepada pengguna bisnis atau perusahaan, pelanggan pengguna produk yang ditawarkan serta lembaga pemerintahan yang ikut mengelola bisnis industri sehingga bisa menciptakan arus bisnis industri yang berguna untuk kemajuan perekonomian suatu negara.

Of 120 work accidents and work-related body injury reports, 75% occurred in young transporters. These are caused by young oil palm transporters' lack of understanding and ability to drive safely, especially in oil palm plantation sites with uneven road characteristics, and the vehicle specifications need to be safer to drive. This community service aims to provide knowledge and skills to the people of Persipan Ranah Melintang village, especially young oil palm transporters, regarding driving safety so that it can reduce the number of accidents in this area. The method used in the safety riding training activities uses the lecture method, question and answer, discussion, video demonstrations, and sound and proper practice of riding a motorbike following safety riding rules. The results of this activity showed the participants' enthusiasm for participating in the training, especially when practicing riding motorbikes. In addition, there was an increase in participants' awareness and understanding of the importance of safety riding when driving.

Learning requires supporting materials in the form of reliable teaching materials, one of which can be in the form of learning modules. So it is necessary to add project-based learning modules for the development of existing modules. The purpose of this research is to measure the validity, practicality, and effectiveness in the development of project-based heavy equipment technology modules. This research is included in the research and development (R&D) category, the ADDIE principle is used in this research model. Lecturers and students in automotive engineering were used as research subjects. The results of the project-based heavy equipment technology module development research fulfill the requirements of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. In its implementation, the validity aspect of module development scored 89.07% with very valid criteria, the practicality aspect scored 87.92% with very practical criteria. The knowledge test and skills test showed the effectiveness of module development, the results of the knowledge and skills test on 30 students achieved an average score of 86.67% with very high criteria.

This study presents an analysis of students' condition in online learning in the autotronics technology course of the Department of Automotive Engineering, Universitas Negeri Padang. This research aims to find obstacle to online learning based on technology, human and environmental factors. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 120 students who took the autotronics technology course at Universitas Negeri Padang, Department of Automotive Engineering, Faculty of Engineering in the 2019/2020 semester. A questionnaire using a Likert scale was used for data collection. Analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques and confirmatory factors. The results of confirmatory factor analysis, factors were formed that could explain 76.84% of the variance of the original variables. The human side is the biggest hurdle. 77 of 120 students were less enthusiastic about participating in bold learning, 86 of 120 students struggled to understand the material being bravely taught, and 93 of 120 students had difficulty understanding charts and series in the material, and 87 out of 120 students had difficulty understanding the material. It was difficult to understand the material without doing the lab. The human variable is considered the biggest constraint compared to other variables studied. These constraints are the personality indicators and intelligence indicators.

Ada kecenderungan bahwa keaktifan seorang mahasiswa di sebuah organisasi kemahasiswaan dapat memberikan dampak terhadap prestasi belajarnya. Sebagian memiliki prestasi yang baik namun tak jarang juga yang sebaliknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan melihat hubungan keaktifan berorganisasi dengan indeks prestasi komulatif mahasiswa Teknik Otomotif Teknik Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah deskriptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 53 mahasiswa. Instrumen teknik pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan kuesioner dengan memanfaatkan Google Form, diikuti dengan uji normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas serta Uji t. Diperoleh nilai signifikan liniearity sebesar 0,396 (lebih dari 0.05)sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan linear secara signifikan antara aktif berorganisasi deangan Indeks prestasi komulatif mahasiswa Teknik Otomotif UNP. There is a general assumption that the activeness of a student in a student organization can have an impact on his academic achievement. Some have good achievements but not infrequently also the opposite. This study aims to look at the relationship between organizational activity and the cumulative grade point average for Automotive Engineering students at Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP). The research method chosen was descriptive quantitative involving 53 students. The researcher's data collection technique instruments used a questionnaire by utilizing the Google Form, followed by tests for normality, homogeneity, linearity and the t test. A significant linearity value of 0.396 (more than 0.05) was obtained so that it was concluded that there was a significant linear relationship between being active in an organization and the cumulative GPA of UNP Automotive Engineering students.

Pengujian sistem pendingin menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam proses perawatan mesin kendaraan. Penggunaan radiator tester menjadi salah satu standar yang telah digunakan dalam bengkel-bengkel perawatan. Proses pengujian radiator tester selain membutuhkan alat-alat khusus juga ditemukan beberapa kasus kebocoran yang tidak terdeteksi. Pada penelitian ini penulis mengusulkan sebuah metode analisa konkret yang mendasarkan pada temperatur dan tekanan untuk menguji kebocoran pada sistem pendingin mobil. Penelitian dilakukan dengan eksperimen pada beberapa mobil. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode ini terbukti lebih sederhana dan efektif dalam menguji kebocoran. One of the crucial steps in car engine maintenance is cooling system testing. One of the criteria that has been used in repair workshops is the usage of a radiator tester. The radiator tester testing procedure discovered multiple instances of leakage that had gone unreported in addition to requiring specific gear. In this work, the authors provide a practical way of analysis based on temperature and pressure to check for cooling system leaks in automobiles. Several autos were used in the research's trials. The findings demonstrate that this approach is both easier and more reliable for checking for leaks.
