Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze financial literacy, access to capital and the use of Fintech on the performance of MSMEs in Batu City during the COVID-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The population used in this study was 93 MSME actors in Batu City, the culinary sub-sector based on data from the Batu City PLUT in 2021. The sampling technique used in this study was Non-probability sampling with a census/total sampling technique. So that all the population in this study becomes the sample that will be used. The results of this study indicate that partially the financial literacy variable affects the performance of MSMEs, the access to capital variable does not affect the performance of MSMEs, and the variable use of FinTech affects the performance of MSMEs. Keyword : Access to Capital, Financial Literacy, MSME Performance, Use of Fintech

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the influence of celebrity endorsers, consumer behavior and advertising on buying interest in Avoskin products on Tiktok social media (Case Study of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, Class of 2019). This research includes a type of research with quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 86 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously. The variables Celebrity Endorser (X1), Consumer Behavior (X2), Advertising (X3) have a significant simultaneous effect on Buying Interest in Avoskin Products on Tiktok Social Media (Y). And there is a partial influence between Celebrity Endorser (X1), Consumer Behavior (X2), Advertising (X3) on Buying Interest in Avoskin Products on Tiktok Social Media (Y) Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Consumer Behavior, Advertising, Buying Interest

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to find out the description of communication, work environment, human resource development, motivation and work spirit. To know and analyze the impact of communication, work environment, human resource development, motivation and morale. To find out and analyze the impact of communication on morale. To find out and analyze the impact of human resource development on morale.This study uses a saturated sample, namely all employees of PT. Anteraja Malang, totaling 40. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of multiple role conflict, and job stress, on the work motivation of female employees at PT. Manunggal Indowood Investindo is located at Jl. Lumbang, Blk. Tempuran, Wringinom, Kec. Tongas, Probolinggo, East Java. The population used is female employees who are married. The sample used was 32 respondents. The analytical tool that the researcher uses is the spss analysis tool (Statistical Package for the Social Sciens).From this research, the following results are obtained: From this study it is concluded that both multiple role conflicts and work stresses both affect the work motivation of female employees who are married to PT Manunggal Indowood Investindo. The dual role conflict affects the work motivation of female employees who are married to PT Manunggal Indowood Investindo. Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha' . The type of research used is quantitative research where the data are expressed in numbers and analyzed by statistical techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha'. The independent variables used are work motivation and work discipline, while the variables used are teacher performance. The sample used in this study were 34 respondents who were teachers who worked at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha' . Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The analytical method used is the instrument test, normality test, regression assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test and determination test, using SPSS 25 computer software for data processing. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha', work discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Shirothul Fuqoha'. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Teacher Performance.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of Financial Income and Financial Knowledge on the Financial Behavior of employees. This study uses an explanatory research approach. The location of this research was conducted at the company PT CS 2 Healthy Patterns Pasuruan. This research will be conducted in December October 2021 until it is completed. The population in this study were employees of PT CS 2 Healthy Pattern Pasuruan. Sampling was carried out based on the census method, with a total sample of 33 samples. The results of the study stated that Financial Income and Financial Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior, Financial Income had a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior and Financial Knowledge had a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. Keywords: Financial Behavior, Financial Income and Financial Knowledge

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research to determine the influence of Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin and Operational Cost of Operational Income towards Return On Asset of National Private Foreign Exchange Commercial Banks listed on the BEI in 2019-2021. The data used in this study is secondary data. The population used is National Private Foreign Exchange Commercial Banks at BEI for the period 2019-2021. The sampling technique was done by purposing sampling method. The sample of this research is 16 companies. Data analysis was done by using multiple linier regression method. The result of this study indicate that (1) Loan to Deposit has no effect on ROA, with a significance level of 0,534 > 0,05. (2) Non-Performing Loan has a segnificant negative effect on ROA, with a significance level of 0,018 < 0,05. (3) Net Interest Margin has a segnificant positive effect on ROA, with a significance level of  0,045 < 0,05. (4) Operating Costs Operating Income has a segnificant negative effect on ROA with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Keywords: Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Net Interest Margin, Operating Costs Operating Income and Return On Asset

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Trust and Image on Behavior Intention to use Fintech in Management Study Program Students Class of 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. Methods of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were Active Students of Management Study Program Class of 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang, which was obtained as many as 518 students. In this study, the sample selection used the Slovin formula with purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain 84 students who met the criteria. The results of this study indicate that (1) Financial Literacy has no significant effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech, (2) Trust has a significant and positive effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech, (3) Image has a significant and positive effect on Behavior Intention to use Fintech. . Keywords : Financial Literacy, Trust, Image, Behavior intention to use Fintech.

Abstract

Abstract Currently, the development of banks is increasingly rapid and a high degree of complexity can affect the operation of the bank. The high complexity of the banking business increases the risks that banks in Indonesia face. Banking is an industry that in its business relies on the trust of the public, so the soundness of the bank must be maintained. According to a World Bank survey, the  implementation of  corporate governance systems is weak or generally known as good corporate governance. has not been maximized in the implementation process. The implementation of good corporate governance system has not been effective or effective because  many cases still occur such as: money laundering, embezzlement, theft and corruption carried out by unscrupulous banks themselves. still happening in Indonesia. Financial performance management in the banking sector To know and analyze the role of leverage on financial performance in the banking sector, quantitative research is a type of research with technical characteristics systematic, well-planned and clearly structured end-to-end study design. This study used a data-documentation approach, namely by collecting data from a variety of identified sources. Data on banking and financial statements are obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the trials carried out can be described in depth in relation to the results of the research carried out, and also  on the basis of the results of the tests carried out they can be made in relation to the results of the studies carried out. regarding the presentation of the results. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that good corporate governance using the variables of organizational ownership and manager ownership does not have a significant effect on financial performance, leading to concluded that good corporate governance and leverage variables have a significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Financial Performance
