Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pengurusan legalitas Musholla Al-Muttaqin, dengan tipologi musholla di lembaga pendidikan, yang berada di Yayasan Pendidikan Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin, Dusun Madyopuro, Desa Kalipuro, Kecamatan Pungging, Kabupaten Mojokerto. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam berbagai tahapan, seperti persiapan administrasi, pendataan fisik musholla, penentuan titik koordinat, kalibrasi arah kiblat, penyusunan dokumen permohonan, hingga pengajuan ke Kantor Urusan Agama Kecamatan. Metodologi meliputi advokasi, pelatihan teknis aplikasi SIMAS Kemenag RI, dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Hasil kegiatan mencakup terbitnya Surat Keterangan Terdaftar dan ID Musholla di Aplikasi SIMAS Kemenag RI, yang memastikan legalitas operasional musholla. Pendekatan ini memberikan solusi efektif bagi sarana ibadah untuk memenuhi regulasi pemerintah. Kata kunci: Legalitas Musholla, Pendampingan, SIMAS Kemenag RI.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bahasa Arab dari masa ke masa senantiasa mengalami polemik yang naik turun. Beberapa pendekatan, metode, dan teknik yang digunakan juga sangat bervariasi dan berjalin kelindan antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Pada salah satu yayasan sosial yang terletak di kec. Somba Opu, Kab. Gowa, yaitu Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Nur Hikmah, pengabdi menemukan adanya kejanggalan anak-anak yatim piatu di sana yang mana maharah al kalam dalam praktik berbahasa Arab masih di bawah standar. Masih ada beberapa anak ditemukan kurangnya wawasan mereka terkait bahasa Arab, khususnya maharah al-kalam. Bahkan kosa kata yang familiar seperti ةروبس ،ةوسنلق ،ملق, banyak tidak diketahui. Hal itu memicu pengabdi untuk mengadakan pelatihan maharah al-kalam dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Tujuan program pengabdian ini yaitu terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan anak-anak dalam maharah al-kalam, sementara metode yang digunakan yaitu Direct Method. Setelah diadakannya pelatihan ini terjadi peningkatan dalam keterampilan al-kalam dengan memakai bahasa Arab bagi anak-anak LKSA tersebut. Banyak wawasan, termasuk kosa kata bahasa Arab yang sudah didapatkan, ditulis dan dihafalkannya. Ada juga yang bisa mempraktikkannya dengan teman temannya. Semoga pengetahuan bahasa Arab tersebut bisa diterapkan secara kontinu di lembaga

Abstract

The limited number of studies on the use of the QuizWhizzer application in Arabic vocabulary learning serves as the background for this research, despite its significant potential to support language skills at the Madrasah Aliyah level. This Classroom Action Research aims to examine the planning, implementation, and outcomes of using the QuizWhizzer application as a learning medium to enhance students’ mastery of Arabic vocabulary. The study was conducted over two cycles, each consisting of two sessions, involving 13 tenth-grade students at MA Syekh Yusuf Sungguminasa. The independent variable in this research is the QuizWhizzer application, while the dependent variable is the mastery of Arabic vocabulary. Data collection techniques included observation for qualitative data and evaluation tests for quantitative data. The results indicate that the lesson planning was carried out systematically, and the implementation successfully improved teacher-student interaction. Students’ evaluation scores increased from an average of 72.69% in the first cycle to 85.00% in the second cycle, representing a 12.31% improvement. These findings demonstrate that the use of QuizWhizzer as a learning medium is effective in helping students achieve the Minimum Competency Criteria and significantly enhancing their mastery of Arabic vocabulary.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the method of teaching the correct pronunciation skill of the Arabic language in the Arabic book in your hands. The reason for choosing this topic is to provide an overview and information about the Arabic book in your hands and some of its advantages. This research is descriptive and analytical research, and the method of data collection is the method of observation and documentation on the subject, and the method of data analysis is through the analysis of the content contained in the Arabic book in your hands. One of the advantages of this book and its analysis first: presenting phonetics before other skills. Second: Training students on minor binaries realizes that the phonetic system in Arabic is different from the phonetic system of his mother tongue, Third: Providing the student with the opportunity to repeat and imitate phonetic. Fourth: Exercises to recreate new vocabulary with sounds, Fifth: Exercises on reciting a set of Quranic verses The aim of this training is to be fluent in the pronunciation of Arabic sounds. Sixth: Vocal exercises ended up producing and trying to present sounds that he thinks are difficult for the student of the Arabic language

Abstract

Flipped Learning in Foreign Language Learning in Higher Education: Analysis of Effectiveness and Moderator Variables. Many studies have reported that the flipped learning strategies has a significant effect on students' foreign language skills in college compared to traditional learning strategies. However, reports regarding the effectiveness of flipped learning strategies in foreign language learning are very heterogeneous. Objectives: Based on this empirical gap, this study aims to synthesize the application of flipped learning strategies in students' foreign language learning in higher education compared to traditional learning strategies. Method: This study uses the meta-analysis method to answer the objectives of this study. Findings: The results of the analysis of twelve research samples with a random-effect estimation model show that the use of the flipped learning strategies has a more significant effect on students' foreign language skills in college when compared to traditional strategies, with the combined effect size value being in the large effect category (g = 0.89; p < 0.05). In addition, the results of the moderator factor analysis show that the variables of flipped learning class capacity, ability type, and foreign language type significantly affect the effectiveness of the use of the flipped learning strategies to students' diverse foreign language skills. Conclusion: These reports provide strong evidence as recommendations for educators, researchers and educational policy makers regarding the application of flipped learning strategies in foreign language learning in higher education. Regardless of the validity of the results, this study only involved a few research samples. Further research is recommended to combine more samples, or focus on the type of abilities measured, so that it can provide more specific conclusions. Keywords: effect size, foreign language, flipped learning, meta-analysis, moderator variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the types of adat al-Syibhi, the differences and the roles in understanding the texts of the hadith of the Prophet, as well as facilitating the identification of tasybih elements in a hadith text. This research is a Library Research, that relies on a descriptive analytical approach (al-Manhaj al-Washfi al-Tahlili). Descriptive approach is to analyze scientific material that is related to the subject, through library research and then presented and explained systematically. The analytical approach is to analyze the hadith of the Prophet which contains the aspects of tasybih and the words of the ‘ulama (clerics) and balaghah experts. Adat al-Shibh is the link between musyabbah and musyabbah bih. Tasybih will not be considered as completed without adat al-Syibh. Adat al-Syibh has a big role in tasybih, which can be mentioned in the sentence or omitted, and with omitting, it will give a stronger meaning than mentioning. Tasybih in terms of the Adat of al-Sibh is divided into two, namely the tasybih mursal, if its adat al-syibh is mentioned and tasybih muakkad if its adat syibih is omitted. Adat al-Syibh in the hadith uses four kinds of kaf, kaanna, mislu, and nahwu. This research confirms the ability of bayan nabawi to describe abstract meanings and thoughts, especially something that is related to occultism, which the meaning is transformed into a motion picture, because something visible and concrete can strengthen meaning and can give a greater influence in heart and mind.

Abstract

This service aims to optimize the function of the mosque in improving religious education, social activities, and community economic empowerment. The role and function of mosques must be optimized to increase public awareness of the urgency of mosques, in addition to being a center of worship, mosques are also useful as centers of social and economic welfare for the community. The method used was community-based participatory research, involving the congregation of At-taqwa mosque in Gowa. The results showed that mosques that are active in social and economic activities can reduce poverty and increase social solidarity. The programs designed include routine recitation, congregational prayer, teaching reading and writing the Qur'an, and social activities such as gotong royong and aid distribution. Evaluations show increased congregational participation and positive impacts on the spiritual, social, and economic well-being of the community. Optimizing the function of the mosque is very relevant to improve the quality of life of worshipers and the surrounding community.

Abstract

This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) aimed at examining the planning, implementation, and results of improving students' Arabic vocabulary mastery using ANIME (Animation Learning Media). The subjects of the study were 17 students from class XI.A at MA Muhammadiyah Limbung. Data collection techniques used were observation and tests. The data analysis techniques employed were qualitative and quantitative analysis. The research was conducted over two cycles. The findings revealed effective collaboration between the researcher and the teacher during the planning phase of the lessons, as well as increased teacher and student activities during the implementation of the lessons in each meeting. Moreover, based on the final test results, the students' average scores improved from 77.12 in the first cycle to 90.29 in the second. This indicates an improvement in students' Arabic vocabulary mastery by 13.17 points. Therefore, it can be concluded that ANIME (Animation Learning Media) can enhance students' Arabic vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Development of a case method-based Balaghah learning module: a solution to improve students’ understanding of Balaghah science. The development of technology in the world of education encourages the development of innovative learning media that can transform abstract materials into more concrete ones and encourage student involvement. Objective: The objective of this study is to develop a Balaghah learning module based on the case method that is feasible, practical, and effective to improve students' understanding of Balaghah science. Method: This study is a development research using the ADDIE development model. This study involved 76 students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Makassar State University, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, validation, observation for the implementation of learning, and Balaghah understanding tests. Data were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential tests, and supported by qualitative analysis. Findings: Our research findings indicate that the developed case method-based Balaghah learning module is valid, practical, and effective in improving students' understanding of Balaghah. The feasibility of this case method-based Balaghah learning module is demonstrated through assessments by media experts (91%) and material experts (95%). The practicality of the case method-based Balaghah learning module is supported by lecturers’ assessment (90%), small-scale trials (92%), and large-scale trials (91%). In addition, the effectiveness analysis using a quasi-experimental design produced a t-test of 5.18 and a significance value less than 0.05. Meanwhile, the effect size of (d = 2.45; P < 0.05) indicates a strong impact. Conclusion: The case method-based Balaghah learning module has proven effective in improving students' understanding of Balaghah. Integrating a case method-based approach into Balaghah teaching can be an innovative strategy for making learning more concrete, contextual, and meaningful. Keywords: arabic, balaghah, case method, learning module.
