Abstract

Pendidikan Islam memiliki tujuan mulia yaitu mewujudkan manusia yang senantiasa berpedoman pada kaidah islam, namun hal tersebut wajib didampingi secara sistematis dengan upaya berpikir kritis terhadap pelaksanaan pendidikan Islam agar semua yang dilakukan tetap dalam koridor agama islam dan tidak hanya menjadi ritual keagamaan. secara tidak langsung pendidikan islam harus direncanakan sedemikian rupa agar pendidikan memiliki sebuah pola interdisipliner yang seimbang sehingga mampu mewujudkan masyarakat yang berkesadaran religius dan mengutamakan rasa hormat pada tradisi dan budaya yang disertai sikap ilmiah. Oleh karena itu pendidikan islam diharapkan dapat berperan secara integrative dalam konteks sosio-kultural di masa yang senantiasa menunjukkan perkembangan, selaras dengan sofistifikasi budaya dan peradaban umat manusia dalam situasi tersebut, pendidikan islam di indonesia perlu ditempatkan sebagai open system yang sanggup melakukan dialog kultural dengan perkembangan. Tulisan ini menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi cara berpikir kritis dengan studi kepustakaan pada kesisteman, tradisi, serta budaya pendidikan Islam di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya kegelisahan penulis mengenai Peran Pasar Tradisional Terhadap Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Lagan Tengah Kecamatan Geragai, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Provinsi Jambi. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu pedagang, dan masyarakat. Penelitan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, dengan cara pengumpulan data 1) observasi, 2) wawancara, 3) dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian adalah peneliti ingin mengetahui 1) Peran Pasar Sabtu Tradisional Laucing, Lagan Tengah terhadap Peningkatan ekonomi Masyarakat, dan 2) Bagaimana Implementasi Prinsip Syari’ah Dalam Perilaku Ekonomi Pedagang Pasar Sabtu TradisionalLaucing, Lagan Tengah. Hasilnya adalah Secara umum Pasar tradisional Pasar Sabtu Tradisional Laucing, Lagan Tengah berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi perdagangan, adapun potensi pasar yaitu pertama, harga yang lebih murah. Kedua, produk yang lebih berfariasi. Ketiga, waktu dan lokasi yang strategis.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and determine the influence of the level of welfare of oil palm farmers in Sungai Sayang Village, Sadu District, and to find out what obstacles are often faced in improving the welfare of oil palm farmers in Sungai Sayang Village, Sadu District. In this research the author used a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods. The level of welfare of oil palm farmers also depends on the farmer's income, especially the income obtained from oil palm plantations, so the higher the farmer's income from oil palm, the level of welfare of oil palm farmers will also increase. And also, the obstacles faced by oil palm farmers in Sungai Sayang Village are the unstable selling price of palm oil FFB, and also inadequate road conditions making it difficult to transport the community's palm oil FFB products. The results of this research are that the level of welfare of oil palm farmers also depends on the farmer's income, especially the income obtained from oil palm plantations, so the higher the farmer's income from oil palm, the level of welfare of oil palm farmers will also increase. The obstacles faced by oil palm farmers in Sungai Sayang Village are the unstable selling price of palm oil FFB, and also inadequate road conditions making it difficult to transport the community's palm oil FFB products.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Mobile Legends tournament as one of the strategies in increasing the income of Cafe Primadona. This tournament was held as a form of business innovation that combines e-sports trends with the culinary industry, so that it can attract visitors, especially teenagers and game lovers. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The research data consists of primary data obtained through direct interviews with café owners, visitors, and tournament participants, as well as secondary data that includes supporting documents related to the implementation of the tournament. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation that is relevant to the topic. The location of the study was at Cafe Primadona, Talang Babat, Muara Sabak. The data collected was analyzed using qualitative methods presented descriptively to provide a clear picture of the impact of the tournament on cafe income. The results of the study show that the Mobile Legends tournament plays a significant role in increasing income through several mechanisms, such as increasing the number of visitors, purchasing food and drinks, and support from sponsors. The income generated not only has a positive impact on the economy of the cafe owner’s family, but also supports the sustainability of operations and the development of cafe business innovations. In addition, the tournament also creates opportunities for collaboration with the local gaming community, further strengthening the appeal of Cafe Primadona as a place to gather and socialize.

Abstract

This article focuses on the dynamics of the religious texts of the Hadhrami group that are circulated, used, influenced, and perceived by the Muslim community in Jambi. The literacy in the religious texts of the Hadhrami group will provide information regarding how the text is intertwined with the dynamics of local Islamic life, in this case the Jambi people. The question of this article is How are the dynamics of literacy in the religious texts of the Hadhrami community in Jambi? By analyzing the texts circulated and used by the Muslim community, coupled with participatory observation of the Hadhrami group in Jambi city for 3 months, starting from September, October, to November, it was found that the dynamics of literacy and literacy in the religious texts of the Hadhrami community in Jambi city, have changed a lot, such as the decline in translation and transliteration of Arabic texts. In addition, the presence of media technology has also influenced the dynamics of literacy in the last few decades.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: First, How is the Islamic Marketing Strategy in Increasing Awana Cupcake Revenue. Second, What are the obstacles faced by Awana Cupcake in increasing revenue. This type of research is using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted at Awana Cupcake Pandan Jaya, Geragai District. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews as well as documentation methods that have to do with the title. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the discussion and analysis, the conclusions are obtained: first, How the marketing strategy in increasing Awana Cupcake's income is focused on its products, where the products offered by Awana Cupcake cake shops are in demand by many people. Second, What are the obstacles faced by awana cupcake in increasing the revenue of awana cupcake cake shop, the solution is to create a distinctive characteristic unit and different flavors and affordable prices.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the high level of competition among entrepreneurs, especially traders, in attracting consumer attention in order to increase sales. One solution that can be applied is an effective and efficient marketing strategy. This marketing strategy focuses on four main elements known as the marketing mix, namely product, pricing, distribution policy, and promotion. The marketing mix has an important role in ensuring the survival of a business. However, in practice, marketing strategies are often still based on conventional economic principles. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the application of marketing strategies in increasing sales. This study uses a qualitative method with a type of field research. Primary data were obtained through interviews with business owners, employees, and prospective business successors, namely the children of the owner of the banana chips business "Merasa." Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from various relevant written reference sources. Data collection methods used in this study include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of data analysis show that marketing strategies in increasing sales can be seen from three main aspects, namely: product strategies that focus on quality and innovation, pricing strategies that set competitive prices, and promotional strategies carried out to expand market reach. Thus, the right and targeted marketing strategy can be the main key in increasing sales and supporting the sustainability of the "Merasa" banana chips business.

Abstract

Tunas Dwipa Matra continues to innovate to improve competitiveness and customer satisfaction through the implementation of effective strategies. One of the strategic steps introduced is the Periodic Maintenance Coupon (KPB) program. KPB is an exclusive service in the form of service claims aimed at new motorcycle buyers as a form of appreciation and an effort to maintain long-term relationships with customers. In this program, new motorcycle buyers get facilities in the form of four periodic maintenance services as part of the vehicle purchase package. In the implementation of the first KPB, customers receive benefits in the form of free service accompanied by the provision of engine oil at no additional cost. This provides a double benefit, namely optimal engine maintenance as well as reduced maintenance costs for customers. Meanwhile, in the second, third, and fourth KPBs, customers are still entitled to free service even without additional engine oil. Thus, this program not only helps customers in maintaining their vehicles in prime condition but also encourages them to carry out routine maintenance. This KPB program is designed with a clear goal, namely to provide added value to customers and build their loyalty to Tunas Dwipa Matra products and services. By providing consistent and useful services, the company hopes to create a mutually beneficial relationship between the company and customers, while improving the brand image in the eyes of consumers. This strategy is expected to strengthen Tunas Dwipa Matra’s position as one of the best automotive service providers in the market.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of price on the decision to purchase 3kg LPG gas and to determine how much price influences the decision to purchase 3kg LPG gas in Bandar Jaya Village. This type of research uses simple linear regression quantitative, with a sampling technique, namely Purposive Sampling with a sample size of 85 respondents. The results of this study state that the price variable has a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination value which is the result of R Square is 57.3%, which explains that the influence of price on the decision to purchase 3kg LPG gas in Bandar Jaya Village is 57.3% and the remaining 42.7% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
