Abstract

The existence of minimarkets spread across various areas, both urban and rural, has an impact on nearby grocery store traders, causing grocery store traders to experience a decline in income. Because the Indomaret minimarket is a small shop or supermarket that sells most of the daily necessities needed by consumers. Minimarkets are a favorite shopping place for people today who want light shopping but don't need to go far like to the supermarket. This research aims to find out whether there is a significant impact of the existence of minimarkets on grocery store income in Rantau Rasau sub-district. This research method uses a descriptive quantitative type, namely research that emphasizes analysis on numerical data (numbers) which are processed with a statistical model using a simple linear regression equation Y=a+bX. The sample size in this study was 60 respondents, namely grocery store traders around the Rantau Rasau sub-district. The results of this research state that the existence of minimarkets has a significant effect on grocery store income. We can see this: Tcount = 4.198 and Ttable = 1.980 with a significant value of 0.00003 < 0.05, which means it proves that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the existence of minimarkets in Rantau Rasau sub-district has a positive and significant effect on grocery store income.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of sharia marketing strategies in micro-businesses, with a focus on the application of Islamic values in marketing activities. Microbusinesses have an important role to play in the economy, but they face challenges such as limited capital, market access, and a lack of understanding of effective marketing strategies. Sharia marketing offers solutions through the principles of honesty, fairness, and transparency that can increase customer loyalty and business competitiveness. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observations, and documentation analysis. The results of the study show that sharia marketing strategies have a positive impact on the sustainability of micro businesses. Traders who apply the principles of honesty and transparency in transactions have an easier time gaining customer trust. However, the implementation of sharia marketing still faces various obstacles, including a lack of in-depth understanding of this concept as well as limited capital. Therefore, education, financial support, and the use of digital technology are important steps in increasing the effectiveness of sharia marketing. This research confirms that sharia marketing has great potential in building sustainable and ethical micro businesses. Support from various parties, including Islamic financial institutions and the government, is needed to strengthen the implementation of this strategy. Further research is suggested to explore sharia-based marketing innovations in various business sectors.

Abstract

This study analyzes fairness and transparency in palm oil weighing at PT Pelindo Era Wira Forestama, integrating operational and ethical perspectives. A qualitative-descriptive approach was employed, involving observation, semi-structured interviews with staff and smallholder farmers, and document analysis. Results indicate persistent challenges, including discrepancies in weight measurements, restricted farmer access to scale data, and an inadequate complaint mechanism, which affect economic outcomes and ethical accountability. From an Islamic economics standpoint, these practices do not fully uphold the principles of justice (‘adl) and honesty (shidq), essential for equitable transactions. Recommendations include providing real-time scale access for farmers, establishing a transparent grievance system, and conducting periodic independent audits to ensure reliability and fairness. Implementing these strategies can enhance operational integrity, build trust with farmers, and align corporate practices with ethical and religious standards. The study contributes to understanding how operational reforms can promote just, responsible, and sustainable palm oil trade.

Abstract

The problems in this study are: First, How is the Islamic Marketing Strategy in Increasing Awana Cupcake Revenue. Second, What are the obstacles faced by Awana Cupcake in increasing revenue. This type of research is using qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data collected in this study consists of primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted at Awana Cupcake Pandan Jaya, Geragai District. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and interviews as well as documentation methods that have to do with the title. The data analysis technique used is qualitative and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the discussion and analysis, the conclusions are obtained: first, How the marketing strategy in increasing Awana Cupcake's income is focused on its products, where the products offered by Awana Cupcake cake shops are in demand by many people. Second, What are the obstacles faced by awana cupcake in increasing the revenue of awana cupcake cake shop, the solution is to create a distinctive characteristic unit and different flavors and affordable prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Rantau Makmur, Kecamatan Berbak, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, dan bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik pemanfaatan sisa kain jahitan oleh penjahit dalam perspektif hukum Islam. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Informan terdiri dari pemilik usaha Marikem Busana serta pelanggan yang pernah menjahitkan kain di sana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akad ijarah antara penjahit dan pelanggan dilakukan secara lisan, dengan kesepakatan pada harga, waktu, dan model pakaian. Namun, sisa kain jahitan secara umum tidak dikembalikan kepada pelanggan dan dimanfaatkan oleh penjahit tanpa izin. Dalam perspektif hukum Islam, praktik ini dinilai tidak sah karena akad tidak memenuhi rukun dan syarat yang ditentukan, terutama terkait kepemilikan dan kejelasan objek sewa. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dampak kehadiran Indomaret terhadap pendapatan para pedagang kelontong di Desa Bangun Karya. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain naratif, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan pedagang kelontong mengalami penurunan yang signifikan sejak berdirinya minimarket Indomaret, terutama bagi mereka yang berlokasi dalam radius 100 meter dari minimarket tersebut. Temuan ini menyoroti tantangan persaingan yang dihadapi pedagang kecil dan menekankan pentingnya inovasi serta strategi adaptif untuk mempertahankan minat pelanggan dan kelangsungan usaha di tengah ekspansi ritel modern

Abstract

The parking management system at Muara Sabak Barat Traditional Market applies a profit-sharing scheme between the parking operators and the local government. This study aims to analyze the compatibility of this system with Islamic economic concepts, particularly mudharabah and musyarakah, and to evaluate its impact on the local economy. A qualitative approach was employed using observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the profit-sharing system bears similarities to Islamic economic principles but does not fully reflect the values of justice and balance. The profit distribution tends to favor the local government, while the responsibility for losses is not proportionally shared. Moreover, transparency in the management of parking funds remains inadequate. From a local economic perspective, the system contributes to job creation for parking attendants but has not significantly improved the income of market traders. This study recommends enhancing transparency in parking revenue reporting, implementing stricter supervision to prevent fund leakage, and revising the profit-sharing scheme to ensure a fairer distribution among stakeholders. Digitalization in parking monitoring is also suggested as a solution to improve accountability. With these improvements, traditional market parking management is expected to become more efficient, transparent, and sustainable in accordance with Islamic economic principles.

Abstract

Modern economy places capital as a strategic element in driving business growth, especially for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital financing on the business development of customers of PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP) Muara Sabak Branch in Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The approach used is quantitative with a simple linear regression method. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using cluster sampling techniques from a population of 134 customers. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability, and data processing was carried out using SPSS version 16.0. The results of the study indicate that working capital financing has a positive and significant effect on business development (tcount = 4.193; sig. = 0.000), with a regression equation of Y = 13.193 + 0.301X. However, its contribution to the variation in business development is only 15.2% (R² = 0.152), indicating that there are other factors outside of financing that play a role. These findings suggest the importance of integrating financing with training, business mentoring, and market access to encourage sustainable MSME growth

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze public perceptions of early marriage practices from the perspective of Islamic Economic Law in Dendang District. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach, where data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data sources were obtained directly from the results of field observations and interviews with various informants involved in early marriage practices, such as community leaders, parents, and local religious officials. The results of the study indicate that early marriage practices still occur widely in Dendang District, with several main factors as drivers, including weak economic conditions, low levels of education and knowledge of parents and children, and the strong influence of culture and tradition that encourage parents to marry their children at a young age. In addition, the urge to avoid promiscuity and concerns about the potential for adultery are also the main reasons for early marriage. Based on the views of the community, the practice of early marriage is considered quite good as long as it can prevent children from acts that violate religious and social norms. However, from the perspective of Islamic Economic Law, early marriage without mature economic readiness and responsibility is considered to not fulfill the principles of maslahah (benefit), adl (justice), and amanah (responsibility).

Abstract

Penerapan strategi pemasaran digital telah menjadi solusi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan daya saing Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Muara Sabak Timur. Dengan menggunakan platform digital seperti media sosial, UMKM dapat menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas, meningkatkan visibilitas produk, dan berinteraksi langsung dengan konsumen. Hal ini memungkinkan UMKM untuk mendapatkan umpan balik cepat dan memperbaiki produk serta layanan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan strategi pemasaran digital di kalangan UMKM di Muara Sabak Timur dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan daya saing mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus melalui wawancara mendalam dan analisis data sekunder dari berbagai sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang menerapkan strategi pemasaran digital dengan baik mengalami peningkatan penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Penggunaan pemasaran digital membantu UMKM menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen dan meningkatkan peluang pembelian berulang. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pemasaran digital adalah alat yang penting untuk membantu UMKM bertahan dan berkembang di tengah persaingan pasar.
