Abstract

Abtract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of punishment, reward and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PG Rajawali 1. This research is a quantitative research with technical data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. Place This research was conducted at PT. PG Rajawali 1 Jl. Raya Krebet No. 10 districts. Bululawang, Kab. Malang, East Java. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling method. Processing of primary data using analysis of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. technique with multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially each of the independent variables has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and together they have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Keywords : punishment, reward, work motivation, and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Purchasing decisions are how consumers decide which alternative options to choose, and include decisions about what to buy, whether to buy or not, when to buy, where to buy, and how to pay for it. This study aims to determine how the influence of product design, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used in the research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is nature lovers in Malang Regency, for the determination of the number of samples using the malhotra formula amounted to 85 respondents. The data used in the study was primary data in the form of online questionnaire questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis methods used are: instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product design, brand image, and product quality had a partial positive effect on Consina's brand purchase decision. Keywords:Product Design, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research seeks to examine how digital marketing, brand perception, and product distinctiveness impact the choices individuals make when purchasing Eiger products. The research employs a quantitative approach, and the sample selection utilizes purposive sampling guided by the Malhotra formula. This results in a total sample size of 95 partisipants. The data analysis methodology employed is quantitative, specifically employing multiple linear regression analysis. The data is subjected to simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test) as well as partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The findings of the study indicate that both digital marketing and brand image, along with product differentiation, collectively and individually exert a positive and noteworthy influence on the purchasing decisions concerning Eiger products. Keywords: Marketing Digitalization, Brand Image, and Product Differentiation and Eiger Product Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine: The influence of leadership, motivation, and salary. The influence of leadership on employee performance, 1) The influence of motivation on employee performance, 2) The effect of salary on employee performance, 3)This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used was 50 employee respondents at the Batu District Office, Batu City. The data sources used are primary and secondary sources. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the analysis used was an instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 tools. the results of the study show that leadership greatly influences employee performance because good leaders will provide good facilities to employees so that employees have a strong desire to remain as members of the organization in the Batu District Office, Batu City. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Salary and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abtract In a corporate environment or business field, labor is one of the most valuable resources and plays a major role in the use of other company resources. So it is only natural that the company thinks about how to improve the performance of its employees so that the company’s productivity can increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, work ability and work stress on employee performance. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 56 employees who were employees working at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Pasuruan – Probolinggo Toll Road Construction Project Section 4 . Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of job training, work ability, and work stress have a partial effect on employee performance. While the results of the F test state that the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Of the three independent variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance is work ability because it has the greatest value of the beta coefficient and t count. Keywords: Job Training, Work Ability, Work Stress, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract: Employee work professionalism is determined by the successful implementation of organizational culture education in an organization. The form of successful implementation of organizational culture education is reflected in the management of the organization which is determined through organizational principles and management changes made so that organizational goals can be achieved. Realistic implementation of organizational culture education will increase employee professionalism. This study aims to measure the increase in employee professionalism through the application of organizational culture education. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data sources. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Processing and analysis of data in this study used several steps including data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that in order to increase the work professionalism of employees at Khoiru Ummah Islamic Junior High School, it is necessary to apply organizational culture education through instilling organizational change values and action in developing organizational culture. Planting organizational change values through increasing employee integrity, competence, and creativity, fostering an accountable attitude, and fostering concern among employees. Organizational culture development action is carried out through the implementation of communication, programs to improve the quality of human resources, and dispositions. The output resulting from the application of organizational culture education to increase employee work professionalism is in the form of work quality, punctuality, effectiveness, and loyalty. Abstrak: Profesionalisme kerja pegawai ditentukan oleh keberhasilan penerapan pendidikan budaya organisasi pada suatu organisasi. Bentuk keberhasilan penerapan pendidikan budaya organisasi tercermin dari  pengelolaan organisasi yang ditentukan melalui prinsip organisasi dan perubahan manajemen yang dilakukan agar tujuan organisasi dapat tercapai. Penerapan pendidikan budaya organisasi secara realistis akan meningkatkan profesionalisme kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur peningkatan profesionalisme pegawai melalui penerapan pendidikan budaya organisasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa langkah antara lain reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme kerja pegawai di SMP Islam Khoiru Ummah diperlukan penerapan pendidikan budaya organisasi melalui penanaman nilai organizational change dan action dalam mengembangkan budaya organisasi. Penanaman nilai organizational change melalui peningkatan integritas, kompetensi, dan kreativitas pegawai, menumbuhkan sikap akuntabel, serta memupuk kepedulian antar pegawai. Action pengembangan budaya organisasi dilakukan melalui implementasi komunikasi, program peningkatan kualitas sumber daya, dan disposisi. Output yang dihasilkan dari penerapan pendidikan budaya organisasi untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme kerja pegawai berupa kualitas kerja, ketepatan waktu, efektifitas, dan loyalitas.

Abstract

The development of the BUMDesa Au Wula management education model must be carried out to produce better performance. Model development is carried out through the implementation of BUMDesa management and governance system education which leads to a digitalization system, especially in technical management of financial management and marketing of BUMDesa superior products. This research aims to develop and implement a BUMDesa management and governance education model including management, collaboration with other parties, and local economic development to increase the economic resilience of the community in Au Wula village. The research method used is research and development. The development plan is based on a model of increasing community economic resilience through BUMDesa management practices and the PIID-PEL program approach. The stages of the research consisted of pre-field, implementation, data analysis, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and checking the validity of the data. The results of the study show that the increase in the economic resilience of the people of Au Wula Village is the result of coaching and implementing: (1) General management elements at BUMDesa include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling; (2) Collaborative management with 60 farmers, additional workforce, transportation synergy, opening of vegetable markets, and scholarship programs from elementary schools to master's programs; (3) Development of the local economy through the establishment of ecotourism centers, MSME centers, and the involvement of youth groups.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of sport sociology in the practice of coaching and leadership of soccer coaches, especially in the context of multicultural teams. Through a qualitative approach and in-depth interviews with a number of soccer coaches, it was found that understanding the social background, culture, and individual values ​​of players is very important in creating effective interpersonal relationships in the team. The results showed that coaches who have intercultural communication skills and adaptive leadership styles tend to be successful in building strong social cohesion and solidarity among players. Social integration in a soccer team is a dynamic process, where the coach acts as a socialization agent who is able to balance diversity without causing internal conflict. These findings contribute to the development of more inclusive and socially value-oriented coaching strategies. This study also emphasizes the importance of coaching training that includes social and cultural aspects in the management of modern sports teams.
