Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work supervision on employee work effectiveness. The sample in this study was 60 respondents with a population of 60 employees who were in the Back Office of Jawa Timur park 1. In this study, direct random sampling method was used as the sampling method. The questionnaires distributed and then analyzed provided the primary data for this study. IBM's SPSS Statistics Program Version 22 was used for multiple linear regression analysis, the findings of the study of discipline in work and work supervision have a positive effect on employee work efficiency. Keywords: Work Discipline And Supervision Of Employee Work Productivity.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work ethic, organizational culture, and workload on employee performance on chicken roasted wong solo in Malang. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study used a saturated sample of only 57 employees.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between work ethic on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance at chicken grilled wong solo in the city of Malang. And the results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between work ethic, organizational culture and workload on employee performance at chicken roasted wong solo in the city of Malang. Keywords: of work ethic, organizational culture, workload and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Employees at the Arjasa District Office lack competence, resulting in Arjasa District Office employees often sleeping during working hours so that they are less than optimal in carrying out their work. This study aims to determine the competence of employees in carrying out public services at the Arjasa District Office. As well as to find out the factors that affect the competence of employees in carrying out public services at the Arjasa District Office and to find out what can increase the competence of employees at the Arjasa District Office. Methods In this study using a qualitative approach, by means of observation and interviews. This research is located at the Arjasa District Office, Kangean Islands, Sumenep Regency. With the increase in employee competence as well as increasing skills and knowledge of the Arjasa District Office employees will have an effect on improving performance. And because the Panisman has not been fully implemented, there are still employees who have not complied with the regulations. And lack of a good attitude resulting in a lack of enthusiasm at work and not complying with regulations in carrying out work and sleeping at work. Keywords: Competence, Arjasa District Office, Employee, performance.

Abstract

Abstract Employee performance both in quality and quantity enables the vision, mission and goals of the organization to be achieved. This test aims to test the extent of the influence of resilience, career path and employee skills on employee performance at PDAM Malang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. From the results of this study, the following results were obtained: (1) Simultaneously, the variable resilience, career path, and employee skill had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) partially, the resilience variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) the career path variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (4) employee skill variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the level of resilience, career path, and employee skills, the higher the employee performance. On the other hand, the lower the level of resilience, career path, and employee skills, the lower the employee performance. Keywords : Resiliensi, Career Path, Employee Skill, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of reward, punishment, and job satisfaction on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono, Pasuruan, East Java. The samples used in this study were 90 nurses in the non-covid internal room, children's room, operating room, and pavilion room. The data analysis method used in this study is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that simultaneously the variables of reward, punishment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and based on the results of the partial test (t test) the reward variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan, punishment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at RSUD Dr. Soedarsono Pasuruan.Keywords: Reward, Punishment, Job Satisfaction and Nurse Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on Purchasing Decisions on online shop championsteall.id. By carrying out appropriate marketing activities on Instagram can be useful for making purchase decisions so that it will increase online shop sales. This research was conducted in Malang City using a questionnaire as a research instrument to obtain data from consumers. In this study, the criteria for respondents were that respondents had to become followers, and had visited the online shop championsteall.id with a planned sample size of 85 people. Data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 26 For Windows using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Test of the Coefficient of Determination to test the effect of independent and dependent variables. The results showed that the variables Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study also indicate that there is a partial influence between the Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Instagram Ads, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction to commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. The data used in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was teachers and employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang, while the sample in this study were 51 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is Instrument Test, Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient Determination Test. From the results of the study showed that the quality of work life and motivation did not have a significant negative effect on commitment. Another case with , job satisfaction variables that have a positive effect and significant on commitment. Simultaneously quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Commitment

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, and training on teacher performance (at SDN Tanjungrejo Malang City). This research is a quantitative research that aims to develop and use theories and hypotheses related to research. Arikunto's theory is used for sampling with a population of less than 100. Therefore the entire population is taken as a sample. The sample in this study included all 77 teachers at SDN Tanjungrejo. Based the results of t test, it was found the recruitment variable (X1), which has a significant influence on teacher performance. Next Selection (X2), which has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, And Training (X3) which has a significant influence on Teacher Performance. The training variable has the largest t value. So that the training variable has a dominant influence on teacher performance. Keywords: Teacher Performance, Recruitment, and Training

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual intelligence, emosional intelligence, and spiritual intellegenceon the performance of lecturers at the state University of Maulana Malik Ibrahim in this study the sample was taken as many as 102 respondents who where PNS permanent lecturers. The method of analiysis used in this study is teh method of multiple linier regression analysis with hypoyhesis testing using teh F test and t test. The results of this study incicate the intellectual intellegence, emotional intellegence, and spiritual intellegence have a significant or joint effect (simultan) on the performance of lecturers. Key word : intellectual intellegence, emotional intellegence, and spiritual intellegence.

Abstract

AbstractThe objectives of this research are: 1) to find out the description of Employee Occupational Safety and Health from employee productivity, 2) to analyze the simultaneous effect of occupational safety and health on employee productivity, 3) to analyze the effect of work safety on employee productivity, 4) to analyze the effect of occupational health on employee productivity.The sample of this study amounted to 72 respondents from 250 employees of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik, sampling using proportional random sampling technique, while the data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is statistical descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that 1) occupational safety and occupational health simultaneously have a significant effect on employee productivity at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik, 2) work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik, 3) occupational health has a positive and significant effect. on the productivity of PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras Gresik employees. Keywords: Safety, Health, Productivity
