Abstract

Indikator kesehatan bayi dengan menurunnya Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Salah satu intervensi yang paling efektif dalam menurunkan AKB yaitu dengan pemberian ASI eksklusif selama 6 bulan pertama. Namun, di wilayah kerja puskesmas air dingin cakupan ASI eksklusif masih rendah. koordinator KIA di puskesmas Air Dingin mengatakan bahwa rendahnya pencapaian ASI Eksklusif disebabkan karena banyaknya ibu hamil dan menyusui yang belum memahami pentingnya ASI eksklusif dan teknik menyusui yang benar dan kebanyakan ibu menyusui juga ikut bekerja sehingga saat sudah mulai bekerja bayi ditinggal dengan keluarga dan hanya diberikan susu formula. Selain itu disebabkan juga karena keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya untuk memberikan edukasi menyusui intensif. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah mengoptimalkan edukasi menyusui dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Computer Assisted Learning (CAL) “Sukseskan ASI Eksklusif Berbasis Keluarga” sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi sosialisasi program, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi, demonstrasi teknik menyusui, penerapan teknologi dalam aktivitas harian, serta pendampingan melalui forum WhatsApp. Sebanyak 10 ibu hamil trimester III berpartisipasi sebagai sasaran, dan data dikumpulkan melalui pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan, di mana kemampuan ibu hamil menggunakan aplikasi meningkat dari 50% menjadi 100%, dan pengetahuan tentang menyusui meningkat dari kategori di bawah rata-rata (60%) menjadi di atas rata-rata (80%). Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa edukasi berbasis CAL efektif meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kesiapan ibu hamil dalam pelaksanaan menyusui, serta berpotensi menjadi model edukasi digital yang berkelanjutan pada layanan kesehatan komunitas.

Abstract

Documentation of pregnancy care is very important to monitor the health of the mother and the fetus she is carrying; often, this documentation is still done manually and sometimes irregularly. There is a need for a midwifery documentation system that can assist students in recording data regularly and accurately. SOAP of Midwifery Documentation (MD-SOAP) is a web-based documentation system designed based on the needs in documenting pregnancy care, starting from a thorough assessment of the patient's basic data, diagnosis, care planning, implementation, and evaluation based on the Varney mindset with SOAP documentation that is written in narrative. The purpose of this study was to identify the need for midwifery documentation in pregnancy care and design a prototype of SOAP of Midwifery Documentation (MD-SOAP). This research method is Research and Development (R&D) to design a prototype of SOAP of Midwifery Documentation (MD-SOAP). The sample of this study was part of the Midwifery Study Program students of STIKes MERCUBAKTIJAYA Padang, as many as 88 students. Data collection techniques by filling out questionnaires. Analysis of this research is descriptive, quantitative, and qualitative. The results of this study are the need for web-based midwifery documentation, obtained 100% of students stated the need for web-based documentation. So far, they have used documentation by handwriting methods, 83% understand the use of computers, and 72.4% understand the use of the web. The features available in MD-SOAP cover all aspects needed in pregnancy care. MD-SOAP has also been validated by media experts and midwifery experts specializing in pregnancy care, all of whom stated that this web is suitable for use. The results of this study conclude that the MD-SOAP web is suitable for use by students in documenting pregnant women.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Kelas Ibu Balita dapat menurunkan angka kesakitan dan kematian pada balita. Hasil wawancara dengan wakil pimpinan Klinik MERCUBAKTIJAYA bahwa klinik belum memiliki kelas ibu balita, sementara itu salah satu pelayanan yang diberikan di klinik ini adalah Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah pembentukan kelas ibu balita sebagai upaya pemantauan dan peningkatan tumbuh kembang bayi atau balita dengan cara mengajari ibu teknik pijat bayi. Metode : Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada tanggal 16 Januari 2021 di Klinik MERCUBAKTIJAYA dengan jumlah sasaran adalah 5 orang ibu beserta anak yang berusia 0-2 tahun. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pengukuran tumbuh kembang anak, dilanjutkan dengan pemberian materi tentang pijat bayi kemudian diakhiri dengan mengajari ibu teknik-teknik pijat bayi. Hasil: Berdasarkan pemeriksaan status gizi (BB/TB) dari 5 balita, 3 orang memiliki status gizi normal dan 2 orang memiliki status gizi kurus. Sebelum diberikan edukasi tentang pijat bayi didapatkan dari 5 orang ibu balita 1 orang menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan benar dan setelah diberikan edukasi tentang pijat bayi didapatkan dari 5 orang ibu balita 3 orang menjawab semua pertanyaan dengan benar.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to empower elementary school Physical Education (PE) teachers by enhancing their competence in implementing movement literacy through table tennis. The issue addressed was the limited ability and confidence of teachers to integrate movement literacy into PE lessons due to lack of training, inadequate facilities, and constrained teaching schedules. To respond to this challenge, a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was employed, emphasizing active involvement of teachers in problem identification, program design, training, implementation, and evaluation. The program was carried out in Sumedang Regency, West Java, over three months and involved 50 PE teachers.The intervention was structured through the acronym AKTIF (Analysis, Collaboration, Training, Implementation, Feedback). Teachers participated in practical training on movement literacy concepts, basic table tennis techniques, and creative pedagogical strategies. Simulated teaching sessions with modified media (folding tables, wooden boards, and simple rackets) were conducted to overcome facility limitations. The results indicated significant improvements in teachers’ technical skills, creativity, and confidence in delivering table tennis-based learning. Furthermore, a professional learning community of PE teachers was established as a sustainability strategy.In conclusion, the program effectively bridged the gap between theoretical understanding and practical teaching, providing an adaptable model for empowering teachers and strengthening students’ movement literacy.

Abstract

The overhead serve is an important technique in volleyball that initiates attacks and creates scoring opportunities. The effectiveness of this technique is influenced by several physical factors, particularly upper-limb muscle strength. Resistance band training was selected for this study because it provides elastic resistance, allowing more flexible, safe, and sport-specific movement patterns than many conventional strength-training methods, making it suitable for youth athletes. This study aimed to examine the effect of overhead serve training using resistance-band media on arm muscle strength in volleyball players at Citra Club. This research employed a quantitative, pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest. The sample consisted of 16 volleyball players aged 10–18 years, selected purposively. Arm muscle strength was measured using a handgrip dynamometer as an indicator of general upper-limb muscular strength during physical fitness assessment. The training program consisted of 10 sessions over five weeks. The results showed that the average arm muscle strength increased from the pretest to the posttest. The normality test using the Normal Probability–Probability Plot (P–P Plot) indicated that the residuals were normally distributed, as the points followed a diagonal pattern. In addition, the Normalized Gain (N-Gain) analysis yielded an average value of 0.0604, indicating that the training program produced a moderate improvement in players' arm muscle strength. These findings indicate that overhead serve training using resistance band media can improve arm muscle strength in youth volleyball athletes and can serve as an alternative training method in volleyball coaching programs.

Abstract

This study explores the role of football as a medium for character formation based on the “7 Habits of Great Indonesian Children” in one of the elementary schools in Labuhan Ratu District. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers and students. The findings show that football activities effectively internalize key character values such as discipline, teamwork, responsibility, respect, and problem-solving. Through structured training and game-based learning, students naturally practice positive habits that support their personal and social development. The study concludes that football can serve as a strategic vehicle for character education when integrated with targeted value-based frameworks.
