Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Reponden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen di Yogyakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS sebagai alat analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian data yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shoppe.com. 2) Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shoppe.com. 3) Produk dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Shoppe.com. Kata Kunci: Produk, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of discipline, work ability and job design on the work performance of PT Telkom Access Pugeran Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive and inferential statistical tools. The sampling technique uses quota sampling with a total sample of 55 employees. The results of this study indicate that work ability has a positive and significant effect on employees of PT Telkom Akses Pugeran Yogyakarta while discipline and job design do not have a significant effect on the work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle, and sales promotion on impulse purchases at H&M Hartono Mall Yogyakarta outlets. This study used 100 respondents as a sample who were consumers who were making direct purchases at H&M Hartono Mall Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that partially hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases at the H&M Outlet Hartono Mall Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, the shopping lifestyle has no significant effect on impulsive purchases at the H&M Hartono Mall Yogyakarta Outlet. Simultaneously hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle, and sales promotion have a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying at the H&M Hartono Mall Yogyakarta Outlet.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of experiential marketing, service quality and shopping motivation in influencing repurchase intention at X Coffee & Eatery in Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is causal associative using a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The results showed that experiential marketing plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention, service quality does not play a significant role in influencing repurchase interest, shopping motivation plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic banking industry encourages service providers to be oriented towards creating customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, marketing mix and customer value on customer satisfaction of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Madiun Branch Office. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 customers. Research respondents are customers who use banking services directly at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Madiun Branch Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the marketing mix has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation, Self-Efficacy, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study were 48 employees who worked at the Qayla Jewelry company. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company. (2) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company. (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment at Qayla Jewelry Company.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of Job Insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Turnover Intention at Yellow Star Hotel Yogyakarta. The following research uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was all 83 employees of Yellow Star Hotel Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. It also shows that the higher the job insecurity, the higher the turnover intention. Furthermore, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that the higher the organizational commitment of employees will reduce the level of turnover intention. In addition, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The results of this study indicate that the higher the employee's job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. The result of this study are expected to be one of the bases for evaluation in human resources management.
