Abstract

This study aims to improve the science learning outcomes by using the 5E learning cycle model using audio visual media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research using Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The subjects of this study were 17th grade students of Dolago Inpres Elementary School with 17 students. This research was conducted in 3 cycles. The observations of the activities of the first cycle teacher 1 meeting were 59% and meeting 2 was 71% in. Observation of the activities of students in the first cycle meeting 1 is 57% and meeting 2 is 71%. Students who completed the study of 10 people with a classical completeness of 59%. The results of observing the activities of the second cycle of meeting 1 were 78% and meeting 2 was 79%. Observation of the activities of the second cycle students meeting 1 is 72% and meeting 2 is 75%. Students who completed the study of 15 people with 88% classical completeness. The observation results of teacher activity in the third cycle of meeting 1 was 82% and meeting 2 was 88%. Observation of the activities of students in cycle III meeting 1 is 81% and meeting 2 is 87%. Students who completed the study of 16 people with 94% classical completeness. Based on the results of the study concluded that the application of the learning cycle learning model 5E using audio visual media can improve student learning outcomes in grade IV SD Inpres Dolago.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of online learning on student learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic as measured by using a questionnaire. This research used a quantitative descriptive research type with 22 students as subjects taken, namely class V and VI to collect data, used a test instrument in the form of a pretest and posttest questionnaire which was given to class V students and saw the results of the scores using the SSS 25 statistics. collected are processed and analyzed using the percentage technique and product moment correlation at the 95% confidence level. The results of quantitative analysis, the students' initial learning motivation by giving the initial test showed that the average score they had was 26.95. And after being given the treatment, the final ability of the students by giving the posttest is known that the average score they have is 27.09. These results indicate a difference in scores between the initial test and the final test but not significant, these results are supported by the results of hypothesis testing (t-test). After verification between the two variables using the t-test, it can be seen that the hypothesis testing in this study has no significant effect between the initial test and the final test after using the Online Learning model (Online) or there is no influence in Online Learning on student learning motivation at SDN Inpres 3 TONDO.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase students' learning motivation through the make a match method in science subjects in class V SD Negeri Sengare 03, Talun District, Pekalongan Regency. The type of research used is classroom action research from Kemmis and Mc. Taggart. The research subjects were 17 students. Data collection techniques are non-test techniques (questionnaires and observation). Data analysis used qualitative analysis techniques. Qualitative data analysis to analyze student learning motivation and teacher skills. The results showed that the use of the make a match method could increase students' motivation to learn science. Obtained classical completeness after the implementation of the first cycle increased to 64.70%, the implementation of the second cycle increased to 82.35%, and the implementation of the third cycle increased to 94.12%. So from the implementation of the first cycle to the implementation of the third cycle increased by 29.42%. So it can be concluded that the application of the make a match method can increase student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Reading, Mind Mapping and Sharing (RMS) learning model on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in students of Class V SDN Werdoyo, Godong, Grobogan. This type of research is a quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. The study population was all students at Class V SDN Werdoyo and students Class V at SDN 3 Latak. The sample amounted to 62 students. Data collection techniques with tests and  questionnaire. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test formula. The results showed that: RMS learning models affect the learning outcomes of  Natural Sciences in students of Class V SDN Werdoyo. This can be seen by the significant difference in the cognitive learning outcomes of science between the experimental group applying the RMS learning model and the control group with the learning that is usually done by the teacher, namely the conventional model. This is indicated by the value of sig t-test smaller than α. (0,000 <0.05). The average result of the post test score of the experimental group was 89.4 higher than the average result of the post test value of the control group that was 66.1.
