Abstract

Semakin ketatnya persaingan antar bank syariah membuat analisis kinerja keuangan penting untuk dilakukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan pada Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan Bank BRI Syariah. Menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantatif dengan jenis penelitian adalah komparatif. Sampel penelitian adalah laporan keuangan BMI dan BRIS selama periode 2012-2019. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis rasio CAR, NPF, ROA, dan FDR dengan alat statistik Independent Sample t-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada CAR dan NPF antara Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan Bank BRI Syariah. Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada ROA dan FDR antara Bank Muamalat Indonesia dan Bank BRI Syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work ability and work environment together on employee performance at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Central Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. Data obtained from the results of a questionnaire given to 28 respondents, namely employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk. Central Lampung. The analysis technique used is Data Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study indicate that the Compensation Variable (X1) has a value of t count (4.040) greater than t table (2.013) or it can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 <a = 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so the compensation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Providing satisfactory compensation will make employees excited and enthusiastic at work. This of course will give a better performance effect. Workability variable (X2) has a value of t (2.830) greater than t table (2.013) or can be seen from the significance value of 0.001 <a = 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, so that Job Ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. When employees are responsive in doing the work they are assigned to, it will have an impact on the resulting performance in accordance with company standards. Work Environment variable (X3) has a value of t (2.218) greater than t table (2.013) or it can be seen from the significance value of 0.028 <a = 0.05. Therefore, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, so the Work Environment (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The better and conducive the employee's work environment is, the greater the work comfort you will get. Keywords: compensation, work ability and work environment, employee performance

Abstract

The assessment of financial performance can be done by management by analyzing the financial statement. The financial statements which has been is the balance sheet and profit and loss statement in 2016 until 2019. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial condition is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine how the financial performance of the cosmetics sub-sector in terms of profitability ratios based on the company's financial statements. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. Research data and information were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the calculation of the average profitability ratio on the net profit margin, the condition of the company's financial performance is not good and the return on assets, return on equity shows that the condition of the company is in good condition. From the results of the financial ratio analysis, it can be seen that PT Unilever Tbk has a better financial performance compared to the other three cosmetic companies.

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, promotion and product diversification on increasing customers of the BRI Unit Candipuro bank. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about innovation, promotion and product diversification to increase customers. Then processed with SPSS version 22 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of innovation, promotion and product diversification on increasing customers of BRI Bank Candipuro Unit. The results showed that simultaneously innovation, promotion and product diversification. Partial research shows that innovation has a positive and significant effect, promotion has a positive and significant effect and product diversification has a positive and significant effect on increasing customers. Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of employee job satisfaction with the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method at Hotel Familie 2 Metro City. The type of research used by the author is descriptive quantitative research. The data were obtained from the results of observations, documentation and questionnaire results to 31 respondents from Hotel Familie 2 employees. Data analysis was carried out using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) techniques. The essence of this concept is the level of importance (expectation) is measured in relation to what the company should do in order to produce products and services that meet expectations. The results showed that the value of employee job satisfaction on the employee satisfaction index was 0.7625 in the range of 51% - 80%. So it can be said that in general the employee satisfaction index at Hotel Familie 2 for the attributes tested is quite satisfied. The aspect that has the greatest contribution in shaping employee job satisfaction at Hotel Familie 2 is Leadership which has an index value of 0.9058 or 90.58 % .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation, work stress, compensation and work environment on employee productivity at Multimart Simbarwaringin, Trimurjo district, Central Lampung district. The analytical method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is employees who work at Multimart Simbarwaringin, Trimurjo district, Central Lampung district. The total population is 40 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 include testing instrument requirements, testing requirements analysis and testing hypotheses. Simultaneously the four variables show a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, so in this case discussing motivation, work stress, compensation and the work environment related very important in a company or organization.Keywords: Motivation, work stress, compensation, work environment and employee productivity. Abstract

Berdasarkan temuan lapangan didapatkan permasalahan yang terjadi adalah banyak UMKM yang belum melakukan penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan standar akuntansi, hal ini disebabkan kurangnya tenaga akuntan ahli untuk menyusun laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pemahaman akuntansi, dan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan terhadap penyusunan pelaporan keuangan UMKM di kelurahan Sumber Sari Bantul. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Dengan jenis penelitian explanatory survey. Teknik penentuan sampelnya adalah simple random sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin sebagai penentuan sampel yang digunakan dari populasi sebanyak 128 UMKM, sebanyak 56 UMKM yang dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sebagai alat ukur digunakan 60 item kuisioner dengan pengukuran skala likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji t (parsial) menunjukan nilai negatif dari pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan yaitu thitung>ttabel (-0,3151,675), nilai positif dari pengaruh pemahaman akuntansi terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan yaitu thitung>ttabel (4,3611,675), dan nilai positif dari pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan yaitu thitung>ttabel (3,1561,675). Sedangkan pada uji f (simultan) menunjukan nilai dari pengaruh tingkat pendidikan, pemahaman akuntansi dan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara simultan terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan yaitu fhitung > ftabel (45,144 > 2,56). Dari perhitungan nilai R square kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan varians dari variabel terikat adalah sebesar 72,3%, yang artinya terdapat 27,7% varians variabel terikat dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Thus it must be able to understand the behaviour of target consumers to increase product sales to SMEs. Maleo. This study aimed to determine the effect of packaging and product quality on product purchasing decisions at UKM Maleo, Lampung. This was done to solve the problem of how the business that has been run can continue to grow and run successfully in a competitive environment to achieve the desired profit. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. A quantitative research method is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and structured from the beginning to the making of the research design. The results of the research packaging have a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions at UKM Maleo, Lampung. Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at UKM Maleo, Lampung. Abstract

Analysis Of Product Damage Levels For Smooth Production In Mr. Eko’s Oncom Business In Raman Aji Village Lampung Timur This study aims to determine whether the level of product damage as a whole is still within the tolerable limit, the type of product damage and what percentage, and what factors affect product damage during 2020 at Mr Eko's Oncom Business in Raman Aji Village, East Lampung. The type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method with the tools of (1) Control Chart, (2) Pareto, (3) Fishbone. The results of this study are the overall level of product damage that occurred during 2020 at Mr Eko's Oncom Business in Raman Aji Village, East Lampung is still within tolerable limits with an average product damage value of 4.54%, UCL of 8.25%, and LCL by 0.84%. The types of product damage were color (mushrooms were not perfectly evenly distributed) with a percentage of 62%, shape and size with a percentage of 25%, and too soft texture with a percentage of 13%. The factors that affect the damage to oncom products are workers who are less thorough and less trained, raw materials that are not good in checking, equipment that is no longer standard to use and lack of maintenance, unsanitary environmental conditions and the presence of smoke resulting from combustion and oncom printing and production methods are still carried out by human labor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is partially and simultaneously to determine the effect of price andpackaging perceptions on purchasing decisions. The research method uses quantitative. Whilethe sample used is 40 customer respondents who often make purchase transactions. Thesampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis tool uses multiple multiple regressionwith partial t test decisions, simultaneous f and the coefficient of determination. The results ofthe study prove that purchasing decisions are an approach and problem solving in humanactivities to buy goods and services in fulfilling their wants and needs, including: 1) Attention, 2)Interest, 3) Desire, 4) buying action (action), 5) The stages of this that can lead to priceperceptions and good forms of measurement, so that they can provide purchasing decisions.
