This study aims to identify and analyze flood management carried by the Bekasi City Disaster Management Agency (BPBD). This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. While the validity data used was source triangulation, and data analysis model was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the pre-disaster stage mitigation measures were carried out installing an early warning system in five locations of the Cikeas-Cileungsi River flow, then training task force members and finally disseminating early warning to the people of Bekasi City so far it has well. However socialization disaster response not been carried out thoroughly the flood victims in Bekasi City who have been affected by the floods. Then the time of disaster, BPBD could not evacuate flood victims maximally and thoroughly to flood victims in Bekasi City. Post-disaster phase, rehabilitation activities are carried out cleaning up garbage and mud at flooded points and carrying out psychological rehabilitation flood victims. Meanwhile, reconstruction activities were carried out calculating loss of damaged buildings and then reporting it to Public Works Office for follow-up. However, post-disaster coordination between BPBD and community has not well. So the rehabilitation and reconstruction process has not been evenly distributed to all flood victims in Bekasi City. Based on this explanation, can be concluded that, implementation of flood disaster management by Bekasi City BPBD has not well and various obstacles and problems are still being found.

Penurunan kekuatan otot dan nyeri sendi mempengaruhi produktivitas pegawai dan mengancam kesehatan jangka panjang. Pegawai pabrik tahu di beberapa daerah belum mengetahui tata laksana untuk mempertahankan kekuatan otot dan menanggulangi nyeri sendi yang akan berdampak pada musculoskeletal disorder. Salah satu impelementasi adalah berupa promosi kesehatan dengan melakukan penyuluhan latihan rentang gerak. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan melakukan peninjauan ke lokasi Pabrik Tahu Tapos, Cibalagung dan Cikereteg, melakukan observasi nyeri sendi yang dialami oleh pegawai sebelum dilakukan latihan ROM, melakukan edukasi terkait latihan ROM, melakukan observasi penatalaksanaan latihan ROM setiap hari selama 6 minggu, melakukan evaluasi pengukuran nyeri sendi setelah dilakukan latihan ROM, serta melakukan analisis data. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan rerata kekuatan otot sebelum dilakukan edukasi gerakan latihan ROM adalah sebesar 3.81, dan setelah dilakukan edukasi meningkat sebesar 3.98. Hasil penilaian rerata nyeri sendi sebelum dilakukan edukasi gerakan latihan ROM adalah sebesar 2.47, dan menurun setelah dilakukan edukasi sebesar 1.43. Penyuluhan kepada pegawai pabrik terkait range of motion exercise berguna untuk mengurangi keluhan fisik yang diakibatkan karena bekerja serta mempertahankan kesehatan fisik.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris corporate social responsibility, Intensitas Modal dan Komisaris Independen terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor non-cyclicals terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021. Metode dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Diperoleh sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan dengan periode lima tahun sehingga jumlah yang diperoleh 65 data sampel. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel uji statistik deskriptif, analisis model regresi data panel, uji pemilihan model yang terpilih adalah Model Fixed Effect, uji asumsi klasik, uji data panel dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan olah data statistik eviews versi 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa corporate social responsibility, Intensitas Modal dan Komisaris Independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Intensitas Modal berpengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak, dan Corporate Social Responsibility dan Komisaris Independen Tidak berpengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak.

HIV infection is associated with immune-compromised and rising in opportunistic infection (secondary infection). Therefore, the number of mortality caused by HIV/AIDS is increasing. The use of ARV and development of HIV/AIDS management are expected to suppress the progress of HIV infection into AIDS and, therefore, the mortality can be diminished, while in fact most of the patients eventually suffer from AIDS due to secondary infection that commonly causes death. There should be a management by analysing microorganisms that trigger secondary infection. The method of this study was observational descriptive with cross sectional design. HIV infected blood samples were using ELISA Antibody (IgG and IgM) and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) on laboratory test. The result showed correlation between HIV/AIDS severity and the amount and types of secondary infection. The most common secondary infections were toxoplasm (96.77%), hepatitis C (22.58%), tuberculosis (19.35%), and hepatitis B (3.22%). Other less frequent secondary infections, which were quite difficult to diagnose and not commonly found in Indonesia, were West Nile Virus (25.81%), Japanese Encephalitis Virus (3.22%), and Enterovirus (3.22%). Due to MDGs (Millenium Development Goals) target and the results above, researchers are highly demanded to contribute in decreasing mortality related to AIDS through early detection of secondary infection,including type of infection which have not been commonly found in Indonesia, such as West Nile Virus and Nipah Virus. The discovery of secondary infection in this study was not enough to suppress the occurrence of infection in HIV/AIDS patients. Antimicrobes and good nutrition are required. Moreover, there should be either a primary or secondary prophylaxis to prevent secondary infection that raises the number of mortality and morbidity of HIV/AIDS patients. The result of this study was to meet the target of MDGs by establishing new policies in handling HIV/AIDS infections and have potential as model for policy control in HIV/AIDS.

This research aims to examine the influence of bank health assessments and tax avoidance on the financial performance of conventional banks in Indonesia. This research uses data from conventional banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) with the 2017-2021 financial reporting period. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with purposive sampling technique. The research results show that Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Costs/Operational Income (BOPO), and Tax Avoidance have a significant effect on bank financial performance. Pengamanan pada sekarang ini sangat amat kurang diperhatikan pada site-site bts, sehingga banyak terjadi pencurian yang mengakibatkan kerugian yang besar. Site bts pada umumnya menggunakan kunci manual, dan tidak dapat memonitoring siapa saja yang akses ke site tersebut. Untuk dapat memonitoring akses manusia ke tempat tersebut, karya tulis ini merancang alat yang dapat memonitoring pegerakan di site tersebut, salah satunya dengan menggunakan sensor infrared, kamera raspberry, mikrokontroler Raspberry Pi 3 B dan aplikasi telegram. Alat tersebut di rakit menjadi satu kesatuan sehingga fungsi nya bisa di satukan, sensor infrared untuk menagkap pergerakan nya, lalu di tangkap oleh kamera setelah infrared mendeteksi ada pergerakan, dan akan disimpan di mikrokontroler Raspberry Pi 3 B, selanjutnya file gambar yang di tangkap akan diteruskan melalui pesan di aplikasi telegram disertai pemberitahuan. Setelah pesan pertama di terima, modul akan menunggu 10 detik sebelum system sensor bekerja kembali guna membatasi terlalu banyak nya pergerakan yang di tangkap oleh sensor. Dan dalam jeda waktu 10 detik itu, kita bisa mengirimkan perintah melalui telegram untuk menangkap gambar kembali atau merekam video yang akan dikirim kan ke telegram dengan format GIF

The very fast and dynamic business development as well as the increasing level of business competition between competitors requires Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to move quickly to keep up with the times. In addition to marketing, MSME actors also need to prepare as well as possible the management of the 'home industry' for the survival of a business, such as readiness for business management, business financial management, stock management and customer service management. Of course, this preparation cannot be done alone, moreover not all MSMEs understand the whole problem, so MSME actors need to be assisted and assisted. The community service program held at MSME Karani Craft aims to train MSMEs in simple accounting books so that in the future MSMEs can create superior accounting performance through simple accounting bookkeeping. The implementation method in this service activity is training. MSME actors are trained and guided to do simple accounting records in the form of income and expenses. These activities are carried out in a sustainable, measurable manner and the process of monitoring and evaluation is to measure the achievement of targets and expected results, namely making MSME actors able to carry out simple bookkeeping to create accounting performance excellence for MSMEs.

Technopreneur, one part of the development of entrepreneurship (entrepreneur), provides a picture of entrepreneurship using technology-based innovation. The technopreneur concept is based on a technology base that is used as an entrepreneurial tool, for example the emergence of an online application business and a security system business. The purpose of this research is to conduct a descriptive study of entrepreneurship in students using technology (Technopreneurship) from all perspectives, including motivation, ownership, managerial, employment, and so on. technology as a basis for entrepreneurship. The results of the discussion found that the use of technology (Technopreneurship) in entrepreneurship can help and develop businesses in the form of making products and in marketing the products, so as to increase business and student income

SIPPID (Sistem Informasi Peluang dan Potensi Investasi Daerah) di DPM-PTSP Provinsi Jambi dirancang untuk membangun sebuah situs web yang menarik bagi para investor yang berminat untuk menanam modal di wilayah jambi. Melalui penggunaan teknologi modern, proyek ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang lengkap dan terstruktur mengenai peluang investasi, kebijakan pemerintah terkait investasi, serta gambaran menyeluruh mengenai kondisi bisnis di Provinsi Jambi. Dengan demikian, situs web ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan yang dapat dipercaya bagi para calon investor yang ingin mengenal lebih dalam tentang potensi keuntungan dan manfaat dari investasi di berbagai sektor di Provinsi Jambi. Melalui akses yang mudah dan informasi yang jelas, diharapkan para investor dapat mengambil keputusan investasi yang lebih tepat dan efisien, serta meningkatkan minat investasi di wilayah Provinsi Jambi, yang pada gilirannya diharapkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pembangunan di daerah tersebut.

This research aims to find out whether information services with short film media can improve understanding of the impact of bullying in SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi. This research is a type of quantitative research using experimental research methods and pre- experimental variations one group pretest-posttest. The population in this study is the entire student XI SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi. As for sampling in this study using purposive samplings based on specific characteristics, samples of 36 people were obtained. (satu kelompok eksperimen). The data collection tool in this study uses a questionnaire or an understanding test with a total of 35 items. The data analysis techniques used are percentage tests and t-tests. The results of this study show that information services with short film media can improve understanding of the impact of bullying in SMAN 1 Muaro Jambi with the result of pretest before given treatment or treatment of 652 and after given treatment (posttest) of 1811.Based on the results of T-test calculations using SPSS 23.0 using the calculation of degree of freedom 40 of 2.03011 which means there is a signative influence between the information service with improved understanding of Bullying before and after giving treatment/treatment.
