Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial effect of compensation on employee performance, the partial effect of work stress on employee performance, the partial effect of satisfaction on employee performance and the simultaneous effect of compensation, job stress, and job satisfaction on employee performance. This type of research uses quantitative research methods. The research population is employees of the production department at PT. Wangsa Manunggal Jaya Abadi, the population taken by the study was 185 employees with a total sample of 127 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test. The results showed that compensation has an effect on employee performance. Job stress affects employee performance, job satisfaction affects employee performance and compensation, job stress, job satisfaction simultaneously affects employee performance at PT. The Manunggal Jaya Mighty House. This means that with changes in compensation, job stress and job satisfaction, employee performance will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi, dan disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian (explanatory research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 80 responden dari karyawan IKM Sumber Makmur. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang di distribusikan melalui angket. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS 22 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Karyawan berpengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Pada Industri Kecil Menengah Kerupuk Sumber Makmur Prambon Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD. Sinar Terang Beton Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian menggunakan teknik total sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 52 responden dari karyawan UD. Sinar Terang Beton Surabaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang didistribusikan melalui angket. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS 25 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD. Sinar Terang Beton Surabaya, Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD. Sinar Terang Beton Surabaya, dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UD. Abstract

With the increasing degree of human requirements over time, the economy is also evolving and changing. Accordingly, to obtain it, working becomes the main way for those in need of money. There are a lot of students who work and study concurrently. They encountered numerous challenges as a result of this circumstance, including role conflict (X3), stress (X1), and work-life balance (X2). With 110 respondents, the research population consisted of active management study program students at UMSIDA campus one, and the non-probability sampling technique was employed. Multiple linear regression is used in this data analysis with the aid of SPSS software. The study's findings demonstrated the influence of role conflict (X3), work-life balance (X2), and job stress (X1) on the performance of employees who studied at UMSIDA. This is shown by the F-count value of 56.240 with a significance of 0.000 (<0.05).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of career development, work life balance and compensation on the loyalty of Wonoayu Community Health Center employees, both partially and simultaneously. This research is a type of quantitative research using a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool and data testing, namely validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed via a Google form link. The population in this study was Wonoayu Community Health Center employees, totaling 95 people and the sampling technique used a census technique, namely 95 respondents. The results of this research prove that the loyalty of Wonoayu Community Health Center employees can be influenced through career development, work-life balance and compensation. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the contribution of career development, work-life balance and compensation variables has an influence on the employee loyalty variable, namely 78.7% and the remaining 21.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine human resource management in improving employee performance at a supplier company (CV. Dwi Mitra Sejahtera). The resource persons in this research were Directors, Employees and Customers of CV. Dwi Mitra Sejahtera. The research method in this proposal is qualitative with a case study approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display and data verification, and SWOT analysis. The research results show that human resource management at Cv. Dwi Mitra Sejahtera is not running well and needs to be evaluated.

Abstract

Abstract

This study critically examines the basic tenets of liberalism and their implications for the discourse between Islam and the West. With reference to texts from thinkers such as John Locke and John Stuart Mill, it challenges the rationality and coherence of liberal ideology, particularly regarding equality, freedom and hedonistic morality. Abstract

This study investigates the influence of career development, motivation, and workplace environment on employee performance within an organizational context. Employing a quantitative methodology with a sample size of 128 respondents selected through simple random sampling, the research confirmed significant positive effects of career development, motivation, and workplace environment on employee performance, individually and collectively. The findings support the acceptance of hypotheses indicating that career development, motivation, and workplace environment significantly influence employee performance. The results underscore the importance of holistic approaches in human resource management, emphasizing the need for organizations to invest in employee career growth, foster motivation, and create conducive work environments, thereby enhancing overall workforce productivity and efficiency.Highlights : Comprehensive Influence: Career development, motivation, and workplace environment collectively shape employee performance, emphasizing the interconnectedness of these factors in organizational settings. Abstract

This study examines the impact of brand ambassador, product quality, and price on consumer buying interest in Lemonilo noodles among Sidoarjo residents. Using a quantitative approach with 96 purposively sampled respondents, data was collected via Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS 26. The findings reveal that all three factors significantly influence buying interest. Employing NCT Dream as a brand ambassador effectively attracts consumers, the product quality meets expectations, and the pricing is appropriate for the market. PT Lemonilo should maintain these strategies while exploring additional promotional activities to expand their market reach. Highlights: 1.
