Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) di Indonesia dari perspektif filosofis, dengan tujuan memahami dimensi etis dan epistemologis di balik transformasi digital pemerintahan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif melalui kajian pustaka terhadap Peraturan Presiden Nomor 95 Tahun 2018 dan literatur mengenai digital governance dan e-gverment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SPBE menandai pergeseran rasionalitas administratif menuju sistem yang digerakkan oleh big data dan algoritma, dengan orientasi utama pada efisiensi dan integrasi birokrasi. Pergeseran ini menimbulkan persoalanyaitu terancamnya kepercayaan publik akibat sulitnya lembaga negara menjelaskan proses pengambilan keputusan digital kepada masyarakat. Dari sudut pandang filosofis, SPBE menuntut keseimbangan antara kontrol negara dan kebebasan individu, serta menekankan pentingnya legitimasi yang bersumber dari keandalan sistem dan integritas data. Dengan demikian, keberhasilan SPBE tidak semata-mata diukur dari kecepatan dan efisiensi layanan, tetapi juga dari kemampuannya menegakkan prinsip keadilan, etika, dan nilai kemanusiaan dalam tata kelola digital. Implementasi SPBE ke depan perlu berlandaskan kesadaran humanistik dan moral agar teknologi berfungsi sebagai sarana pemberdayaan manusia, bukan sebagai pengganti nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Masjid Raya Ganting  Padang sebagai salah satu situs benda cagar budaya dan masjid tertua di Kota Padang berperan  dan berfungsi cukup besar dalam pengajaran ilmu agama pada masyarakat Kelurahan Ganting Kota Padang. Di samping itu masjid ini merupakan simbol adat nagari Kota Padang yang memiliki sejarah penting untuk dikaji dan diteliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk arsitektur Masjid Raya Ganting Padang dan untuk mengetahui nilai yang terkandung dalam gaya arsitektur Masjid Raya Ganting Padang yang merupakan perpaduan dari berbagai corak arsitektur yang melibatkan beragam etnis. Serta bagunan Masjid Raya Ganting Padang ini merupakan bangunan kuno dengan hiasan seni gaya Eropa Klasik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah dengan menggunakan langkah-langkah dan prosedur dalam 4 tahap, pertama adalah heuristik (mengumpulkan sumber) baik primer maupun sumber pendukung. Kedua, kritik sumber (pengujian data) ketiga interpretasi data. Keempat histogriografi (penulisan sejarah).Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama : Merupakan gambaran umum dari Ganting Padang itu sendiri. Kedua : latar belakang berdirinya Masjid Raya Ganting Padang. Ketiga:  Sejarah pembangunan Mesjid Raya Ganting Padang. Empat: Sejarah Bangunan Masjid Raya Ganting Padang. Kelima:  Sejarah Arsitektur Masjid Raya Ganting Padang. Enam: Nilai Arsitektur Bangunan Masjid Raya Ganting Padang.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika aksiologis yang terjadi di tengah transformasi masyarakat ke arah revolusi digital, dengan fokus utama pada pergeseran nilai-nilai fundamental dalam masyarakat. Melalui metode literature review, kajian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber akademik, jurnal ilmiah, dan publikasi terkait untuk memahami kompleksitas perubahan aksiologis di era digital. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan secara sistematis dengan mengkaji literatur dari berbagai disiplin ilmu, meliputi sosiologi, filsafat, antropologi, dan teknologi informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mengalami transformasi nilai yang signifikan, mencakup pergeseran konsep etika, estetika, logika sosial, dan norma-norma tradisional. Temuan kunci mengungkapkan bahwa perkembangan teknologi informasi tidak sekadar menjadi alat, melainkan agen transformasi yang mempengaruhi konstruksi nilai-nilai sosial. Artikel ini menawarkan perspektif kritis tentang tantangan aksiologis dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tradisional dengan dinamika masyarakat digital, serta implikasinya terhadap pembentukan struktur sosial di era Society 5.0.

Abstract

Nurcholish Madjid (Cak Nur) is a central figure in the renewal of Indonesian Islamic thought whose legacy continues to be a vital reference in contemporary national discourse. This paper aims to critically analyze Nurcholish Madjid's intellectual project in his quest to build a "civilization of knowledge" by tracing its roots to the Basic Values of Struggle (NDP). Through a qualitative analysis method with a thought study approach based on Cak Nur's primary works, this study shows that NDP serves as an epistemological foundation for all Cak Nur's renewal ideas. The principle of monotheism in the NDP is not only interpreted theologically, but also interpreted as the liberating power of reason from the sanctification of worldly entities such as tradition, power, and even science itself that paves the way for dynamic rationality and scientific objectivity. Key findings suggest that this NDP framework is actualized in two key interrelated contexts. First, in the context of Islam, it is manifested through the idea of modernism, "secularization" (desacralization) that distinguishes between the sacred and profane realms to foster critical reason, and inclusive pluralism as an ethical prerequisite for intellectual collaboration in a pluralistic society. Second, in the context of Indonesia, it is manifested through a theological justification for Pancasila, the concept of a participatory and civilized civil society as an incubator for the advancement of knowledge, and a modern and open vision of nationalism. The results of the analysis conclude that Nurcholish Madjid's thinking succeeded in presenting a coherent synthesis between the authenticity of Islamic teachings, the challenges of modernity, and the reality of Indonesia. His intellectual project offered a constructive middle ground, so that his intellectual legacy remains highly relevant as an alternative to the polarization between religious fundamentalism and liberal secularism. More than that, his thinking offers a solid philosophical foundation for building a productive dialogue between faith and science in an ever-evolving global society.

Abstract

This article aims to reflect on the relevance of the role of philosophy of science in social studies learning activities using the Think Talk Write cooperative learning method. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-philosophical approach, a type of library research Primary data was taken from various major philosophical works discussing the theme of philosophy of science and its application in education, while secondary data included various additional literature, such as scientific articles, social studies learning theory books, previous research on the TTW model, and other academic publications that offer empirical and pedagogical contexts on the application of philosophy of science in education. The conclusion is that the philosophy of science in learning activities using the Think Talk Write model plays a very important role in encouraging activities in social studies learning through the process of thinking, speaking and then writing about the learning process being carried out.

Abstract

This study investigates how the philosophy of science contributes to enhancing students’ critical thinking skills, focusing on its three foundational dimensions: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. While previous research has widely examined strategies for teaching critical thinking and the use of philosophical perspective in education, limited attention has been given to integrating these three philosophical dimensions into a single analytical framework for science education. To address this gap, a systematic literature review was conducted using academic journal articles, books, and empirical studies related to philosophical inquiry and critical thinking development. The findings show that ontological perspectives encourage students to question the nature of scientific reality and examine underlying assumptions, while epistemological insights help them understand how knowledge is constructed and justified, thereby strengthening analytical and reflective thinking. Axiological considerations further support students in recognizing the ethical and value-laden aspects of scientific inquiry, which guide them toward responsible and well-reasoned judgments. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative framework that unifies ontology, epistemology, and axiology to explain how philosophical literacy can systematically foster critical thinking in science education. This contribution provides a conceptual foundation for designing instructional approaches that explicitly incorporate philosophical inquiry to enhance students’ critical thinking abilities.

Abstract

This study analyzes the distinctions in philosophical orientation within the Islamic educational thinking of two Minangkabau reformist personalities, Haji Abdul Karim Amrullah and Sheikh Ibrahim Musa, who, despite being educated by the same instructor, formulated markedly divergent educational philosophies. This study employs a comparative historical and qualitative methodology to examine the fundamental sources of the two personalities across six dimensions: epistemology, educational objectives, pedagogical approaches, attitudes towards tradition, institutional strategies, and reform techniques. The results show that Haji Abdul Karim Amrullah adopted a pragmatic approach that values information for its social usefulness. He focused on community change, experiential-inductive approaches, and confrontational reform. On the other hand, Sheikh Ibrahim Musa had an idealistic view that information is valid only if it fits with ancient scholarly traditions. He stressed deep intellectual growth, text-based, deductive, systematic techniques, and gradual educational change. This difference shows two distinct approaches to addressing the relationship between religious authenticity and modern relevance in the context of colonialism and early Indonesian nationalism. This research helps dismantle the singular narrative of Islamic modernism and offers a reproducible comparative analytical framework for examining Islamic educational philosophy in other contexts
