Abstract

 Abstract This research was conducted at the Indonesian Students Legislative Board coordinator of Malang Raya (FL2MI Korda Malang Raya). The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of Job Description, Job Specification and Leadership towards organizational performance.The variables used are Job Description, Job Specification and Leadership as independent variables, while organizational performance variables are dependent variables. The samples used in this study were 74 members of the FL2MI Korda Malang Raya Using a method of calculation of the formula Slovin. Data collection method by collecting primary data. The analyses used include instrument testing, classical assumption test, normality test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and using multiple regression analysis of SPSS 25.0 for Windows software.The results showed that the Job Description variable had a significant effect on the organization's performance FL2MI Korda Malang Raya, the Job Specification variable has no significant effect on the organization performance FL2MI Korda Malang Raya, while the Leadership variable has a significant effect on the organizational performance FL2MI Korda Malang Raya.Keywords:Job description,Job Specification,leadership and organizational performance,

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at Malang Kanjuruhan University both partially and simultaneously. “The population and sample are all employees totaling 58 people. Collecting data through questionnaires. Data analisis in this study using SPSS 16.0. The sampling technique using the Likert Scale method and the data testing techniques used in this study include validity, reliability, multiple linear regression and classical assumptions and testing the research hypothesis”.“The results of the analysis show that partially work motivation and work discipline do not affect employee performance. While the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously shows that work motivation, work discipline and environment have a significant effect on employee performance”. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Work Environment, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract  This study aims to examine the effect of training and development on the competence of  employees Moh. Hatta Islamic Elementary School, Malang City. The population in this study 43 employees of SD Islam Moh. Hatta City of Malang. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that training and development simultaneously had a significant effect on the competence employees of SD Islam Moh. Hatta City of Malang. Abstract

ABSTRACTION                The purpose of this study is to describe work motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction, and employee performance and to know the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees partially or simultaneously.This research method using quantitative method. This research type is explanatory research.               The sample of this research is Lowokwaru District civil servant by using saturated sampling, that is 32 respondents. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis with SPSS 14.0 for windows.               The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and insignificant effect of Work Motivation on the Performance of Civil Servants Lowokwaru District. (2) There is no influence of Work Discipline on Kinerrja of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of Job Satisfaction on Performance of Civil Servant of Lowokwaru Subdistrict. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT                                                                    This study aims to discuss and analyze organizational commitment, individual characteristics and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. And to analyze or determine the effect partially or simultaneously on variable X with variable Y. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. Kharisma Dian Suara Malang, which is 40 employees. The method of collecting data uses a questionnaire. The analysis used includes instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear analysis, classic assumption test, and hypothesis.            The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment emphasizes employee job satisfaction, individual characteristics that emphasize satisfaction with employees, work motivation emphasizes the importance of employee job satisfaction. So, organizational commitment, individual characteristics and simultaneous cooperation motivation on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Individual Characteristics and Work                        Motivation on Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and describe the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives and employee performance and to determine the effect of self-actualization, rewards and incentives on employee performance simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative methods. This type of research is explanatory research.The population of this study were employees of the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative Sapronak Unit using snowball sampling as many as 45 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire.The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is no positive and significant effect of self-actualization on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of reward on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. (3) There is a positive and significant effect of incentives on employee performance at the Jabung Agro Niaga Cooperative. Keywords : Self-Actualization, Rewards, Incentives and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the use of profit and cash flow to financial distress at a coal mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2014. The population in this study are all coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2012-2014. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method amounted to 19 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this study is the logistic regression analysis. Sources of data in this study were obtained annual financial statements published by the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The results of this study showed that the profit and cash flow variables influence simultaneously toward financial distress. Meanwhile, the study also showed that the variable profit is partially affected the financial distress. And variable cash flows is partially affected the financial distress.

Abstract

AbstrackThe shift of offline product marketing to online of course affects the level of consumer purchasing decisions for a product or service. Especially since the enactment of the appeal to stay at home to prevent and break the chain of the spread of Covid-19 in the pandemic era. This will certainly affect individual decisions in making purchase transactions. The factors that influence purchasing decisions are perceptions of product quality and service quality.The purpose of this study is to analyze and find out how much influence the perception of product quality and service quality has on purchasing decisions on the shopee e-commerce platform in the pandemic era. This research method uses a quantitative method that uses regression as a measure of how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable. The sample used in this study as many as 76 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires, data analysis using validity and reliability tests, and hypothesis analysis using t test (partial), F test (simultaneous), multiple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination with SPSS 20 support.The results of this study are 1) the perception of product quality and service quality simultaneously affect the purchasing decision 2) The variable perception of product quality partially affects the purchasing decision. 3) The variable perception of product quality partially influences purchasing decisions, has been partially tested Keywords: Influence, Perception of product quality, Service quality, Purchase decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe study aims to study and analyze the impact of job satisfaction, motivation of work and organizational commitment to employee performance. Population and sample are all 32 employees. Data collection through questionnaire distribution. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using the census method and the data testing technique used in this research includes validity testing, reliability testing, classical hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing research.The results of the analysis show that the outline of job satifaction affects the significance of employee performance on motivattion of work that significantly influence employee performance as well as on organizational commitment has a significant effect. Together, it shows that job satisfaction, motivattion of work and organizational commitment significantly influence employee performance.Keywords: Job satisfaction,  Motivattion of Work and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui deskripsi dari Kinerja Karyawan, Motivasi Kerja dan Gaji, Mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan serta Mengetahui pengaruh Gaji terhadap Kinerja Karyawan penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan di PT King Stone Malang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa deskripsi variabel motivasi kerja memiliki nilai rata-rata yang cukup baik selanjutnya deskripsi gaji memiliki nilai rata-rata yang baik. Motivasi Kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Gaji memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.     Kata kunci : motivasi kerja, gaji dan kinerja karyawan
