Abstract

Application of social skills training therapy to client with social isolation and low self esteem disturbance with Interpersonal relationship Peplau Model Approach in RS Dr Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Social skills training wasdesigned to improve communication and social skills for someone was experienced difficulties in their interaction skills include giving reinforcement, complain because they do not agree, reject the request of other, exchange experience, demanding personal rights, give advice to others, problem solving and working with people, sharing experience, ask for privacy (Michelson, 1985). Objective this final assignment was to founddescribing result of Application of social skills training therapy management on Social isolation and low self esteem client with interpersonal relationship Peplau Model approach in RS Dr Marzoeki Mahdi Bogor. Application of social skills therapy was done to 18 clients since 10 September-9 November 2012. Finding was revealed social skills training exactly effective may used for client with social isolation and low self esteem, where all of clients who have done social skills therapy. Base on this finding, recommended social skills training become to specialist standard therapy in psychiatric nursing and may used for social isolation and low self esteem clients.Key word : social skills training, social isolation, low self esteem, Peplau interpersonal model

Abstract

Latar belakang-Penelitian dengan disain deskriptif korelasi dilatar belakangi ketidakpuasan perawat akibat lingkungan kerja.Tujuan-Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan lingkungan kerja, karakteristik individu dengan kepuasan kerja perawat RSUD Tugurejo Semarang.Metode--Populasi sebanyak 225, menggunakan total sampling, kriteria inklusi bekerja 6 bulan, tidak meninggalkan rumah sakit lebih I bulan, diuji dengan T Independen, chi-square, dan analisis regresi logistik model prediksi.Hasil-Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa adanya hubungan kualitas kepemimpinan, gaya manajemen, program dan kebijakan ketenagaan, otonorni, hubungan interdisiplin, dan pengembangan profesional dengan kepuasan kerja. Faktor paling dominan adalah program dan kebijakan ketenagaan setelah dikontrol kualitas kepemimpinan dan hubunganinterdisiplin.Kesimpulan-Manajemen yang baik dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja positif, khususnya program dan kebijakaan ketenagaan.Kata Kunci-Karakteristik Individu, Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana klien Diabetes Melitus memberikan makna kehidupan dalam kondisi sakitnya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini menguraikan persepsi, respon psikososial, kebutuhan penatalaksanaan,harapan dan makna kehidupan klien. Penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif . Hasil penelitian menemukan tujuh tema besar yang sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian dan satu tema tambahan yaitu beban yang dihadapi klien. Kesimpulannya makna kehidupan klien didapatkan dalam kondisi penderitaan dan pendalaman nilai spiritual. Penelitian ini menyarankan penggunaan model Adaptasi Roy dalam pengembangan teori keperawatan khususnya masalah psikososial; tersusunnya format pengkajian psikososial sebagai panduan mengidentifikasi masalah psikososial di keluarga, rumah sakit maupun masyarakat. Kata Kunci : makna kehidupan, diabetes melitus, kualitatif.

Abstract

People with tendency to act aggressively shown that they used destructive coping strategies to express their anger. Aim of this paper was to describe the application of Model Adaptasi Roy and Johnson’s Behavioural System Model, focusing on aggresive behavior. Assertive training intervention that provided to 15 clients and cognitive behaviour therapy were that provided to 24 clients. Result of this study shown that sign and symptoms of aggressive behaviour were decreased and increased of client's ability to express their emotion in contructive way. Recommended the Model Adaptasi Roy and Johnson’s Behavioural System Model with assertive training and cognitive behaviour therapy were to derecrease aggresive behaviour.

Abstract

erilaku kekerasan merupakan masalah yang sering muncul pada pasien gangguan jiwa berat termasuk skizofrenia. Alasan keluarga membawa pasien ke RSJ adalah ketidakmampuan mengatasi perilaku kekerasan pasien di rumah. Keluarga berusaha mencegah kekambuhan perilaku kekerasan pasien pasca rawat inap karena perilaku kekerasan menimbulkan beban bagi keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pengalaman keluarga mencegah kekambuhan pasien dengan riwayat risiko perilaku kekerasan pasca rawat inap di RSJ. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologideskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 8 partisipan dengan purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Collaizi. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat 5 tema yang menggambarkan pengalaman keluarga tersebut yaitu: 1) pengetahuan keluarga terhadap adanya riwayat perilaku kekerasan; 2) kepekaan keluarga terhadap pencetus kekambuhan, 3) cara pengendalian pasien untuk mencegah kekambuhan; 4) kepedulian keluarga sebagai upaya pencegah kekambuhan, 5) kepasrahan dalammenerima kondisi pasien. Perawat jiwa dapat memberikan pendidikan kesehatan pencegahan dan manajemen perilaku kekerasan kepada pasien dan keluarga. Pelatihan perawat tentang terapi supportif sehingga dapat memfasilitasi terapi supportif pada pasien dan keluarga.

Abstract

Psikoedukasi keluarga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pencegahan kekambuhan  Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) khususnya di Papua yang memiliki keterbatasan sumberdaya kesehatan antara lain kemampuan mengakses fasilitas layanan kesehatan, dan keterbatasan tenaga kesehatan.  Kondisi ini diperberat dengan banyaknya jumlah ODGJ serta keadaan geografis yang sulit.  Artikel ini bertujuan menguraikan  peluang psikoedukasi keluarga dalam mengatasi keterbatasan sumberdaya kesehatan di Papua. Metode yang digunakan adalah review sistematis (systematic review)  pada artikel yang dipublikasikan di database elektronik nasional maupun internasional. Jurnal Lokal menggunakan pencarian google sedangkan jurnal internasional menggunakan database ProQuest, Sage Publications, Science Direct SpringerLink. Dan Wiley Online. Kriteria inklusi meliputi psikoedukasi keluarga yang berfokus dalam pencegahan kekambuhan dan pemulihan ODGJ baik di Indonesia dengan rentang tahun 2018-2020 sedangkan Internasional rentang tahun 2015-2020. Hasil didapatkan 1464 artikel ekstraksi 33 artikel yang relevan yang kemudian penulis mengidentifikasi 21 artikel yang menunjukkan efektivitas psikoedukasi keluarga dalam pencegahan kekambuhan ODGJ baik pada jurnal nasional maupun internasional. Kata kunci: pencegahan kekambuhan, psikoedukasi keluarga OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAMILY PSYCHEDUCATION FOR RELAPSE PREVENTION OF PEOPLE WITH THE MENTAL DISORDER  IN PAPUA ABSTRACTFamily psychoeducation can be used as an alternative relapse prevention of people with mental disorders (PWMD), especially in Papua, which has limited health resources both health care facilities, health workers, the number of ODGJ and geographical conditions. The purpose of this article is to identify opportunities for family psychoeducation in overcoming the limitations of health resources in Papua. The method used is a systematic review of articles published in national and international electronic databases. Local journals use Google search while international journals use ProQuest, Sage Publications, Science Direct SpringerLink databases. And Wiley Online. Inclusion criteria include family psychoeducation which focuses on relapse prevention and recovery of PWMD both in Indonesia in the range 2018-2020 while International ranges in 2015-2020. The results obtained were 1464 articles extracted 33 relevant articles which then the authors identified 21 articles that show the effectiveness of family psychoeducation in preventing PWMD recurrence in both national and international journals.  Keywords: family psychoeducation, relapse prevention

Abstract

The Health status alteration of the familly members is one of the stessor which effected to the family. Disbility of the family to solve the stressor, caused familly burden. Some efforts needed to support the familly to solves the problem. The final scientific work was to obtain an overview of efforts to increase the family's ability to manage the burden of care in hospitals. There are 24 families that have been analyzed by the Roy's Adaptation Model. The result is indicated the decreation of the family burden, and showed the increation of the family ability to take care the family member while showed the increation of family burden management. This result recommended the application of the family nursing care management in hospitasl to increased the ability of family member nursing either to increased the ability of family burden management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research study was to explore the experience of lost and grieving among women who experienced infant deaths. This research used a qualitative research method with phenomenological design to ten participants consisted of mothers in subdistrict Limo Depok city meeting the criteria. The result of this study revealed seven themes: the causes of infant deaths, the phase of grieving, responses after loss, social systems support, the lessons of lost, after loss expectations and coping strategies. It’s recommended that the units should be actively involved in facilitating and providing nursing care to the mothers to enable the mothers to cope with the feeling of lost and continues with their happy life.

Abstract

Effective teachers have a deep knowledge about the content of the subject matter they teach. As well as a deep knowledge of the material being taught, teachers must also have a deep knowledge about the processes and practices of teaching and learning. Pedagogical content knowledge is the intersection of discipline specific subject content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge. The purpose of this study is to examine Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of 30 preservice secondary mathematics teachers in microteaching course. The participants of this research are third-year preservice secondary mathematics teachers at Sanata Dharma University undertaking microteaching course. The data were collected in the form of observation, quesstionare, and written document. During the microteaching course, researcher observed preservice teachers’ comprehension of PCK components. The observation sheet is designed based on the conceptual framework for analysing PCK developed by Chick, Baker, Pham, and Cheng (2006). The findings revealed that many students have developed their PCK. However there were also some skills and knowledge that should be improved. Keywords: preservice secondary mathematics teachers, PCK, microteaching
