Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted MSMEs where many MSMEs have experienced a decline in performance and even closed. In the new normal era, MSMEs are slowly starting to rise, business actors are utilizing online media or the use of technology and innovating to boost sales again. The goal of the research is to analyze the impact of information technology and innovation on MSMEs performance in the Rokan Hilir Regency of Riau. There are 34,036 registered MSMEs in the Rokan Hilir regency, according to the Regency Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs. In contrast, the study's sample size was determined using the Slovin and criterion-based sampling methods, and it totaled 100 MSMEs. The information gathered is called "primary data," and it consists of questionnaires and interviews with a small number of MSMEs participants. The data was analyzed using a robust linear regression model. The findings of the research hypothesis indicate that information technology and innovation have a positive and significant impact on MSMEs performance. MSMEs will find it much simpler to market their products with the help of information technologies such as the use of online media, expanding the reach of their product sales. Similarly, innovative approaches to the products the company manufactures give it an edge over the competition and boost MSMEs performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the application of the agribusiness system to vegetable farmers which includes the production facilities sub-system, cultivation sub-system, handling and post-harvest sub-system and product marketing sub-system and to determine the effect of implementing the agribusiness system on the income level of vegetable farmers. The research was conducted using the survey method. A survey is research that takes samples from a population and uses a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. Meanwhile, the sampling method used was Stratified Purposive Sampling. Based on the results of research regarding the influence of the application of the agribusiness subsystem on the income of vegetable farmers, it can be concluded as follows: The application of the vegetable agribusiness system has been implemented well by respondents, especially in the production and marketing facilities subsystem. The independent variables of the production facilities subsystem (X1), farming subsystem (X2), post-harvest handling and processing subsystem (X3) and marketing subsystem (X4) which have a significant effect on income are the production and marketing facilities subsystem, because they have a smaller P-value from real level = α 0.05. Meanwhile, the post-harvest handling and processing subsystem has no real effect on income, because it has a P-value greater than the real level = α 0.05.

Abstract

Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penerapan dan pandangan Siyasah Syar’iyyah terhadap Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 Tahun 2006 tentang Bantuan Keuangan Partai Politik di Kabupaten Takalar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis-empirik, sumber data berupa data sekunder dan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dan penelitian lapangan (field research), dan dianalisis secara kualitatif yang selanjutnya akan ditarik menjadi kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 tahun 2006 tentang Bantuan Keuangan Kepada Partai Politik  di Kabupaten Takalar sudah berjalan dengan baik, dengan ketentuan bahwa setiap partai politik berhak mendapatkan bantuan dana sebesar Rp. 3,389.00 persatu suara sah, yang anggarannya dialokasikan melalui APBD Kabupaten Takalar. Didalam hukum tatanegara Islam, bantuan keuangan kepada partai politik tidak di jelaskan secara rinci baik di dalam al-Qur’an maupun Hadist, tetapi setiap penggunaan uang yang berasal dari rakyat, maka harus jelas pemanfaatan dan kegunaannya bagi masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Bantuan Keuangan; Partai Politik; Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 Tahun 2006;

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effects of constant-width and varied-width parachute running training on the 100-meter sprint performance of athletes from the North Medan Athletic Club in 2023 and to determine which training method is more effective. Methods: The entire population of 10 athletes from the North Medan Athletic Club was analyzed. The athletes underwent pretest and post-test measurements for their 100-meter sprint times. They were divided into two groups: one group was trained with constant-width parachute running, and the other group was trained with varied-width parachute running. Pretest and post-test data were analyzed using SPSS 21. Normality tests were conducted to ensure data distribution. Homogeneity of variance was tested to compare the variances between the two groups. A t-test was used to determine the significance of the differences in sprint times before training and after training, as well as the difference between constant and varied-width training. Results: All data were normally distributed and showed homogeneity. The t-test showed a statistically significant improvement in sprint times for athletes in both the constant-width (p < 0.05) and varied-width (p < 0.05) parachute running groups. Furthermore, a significant difference was found between the constant-width and varied-width training methods, with varied-width training showing a greater effect in increasing the sprint speed of athletes at the North Medan Athletic Club.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of identifying students’ learning interests in specific sports disciplines to support the development of physical education and extracurricular activities in schools. The objective of the research is to determine the level of student interest in table tennis at SMK NWDI Pancor. The study employed a survey method with a non-experimental approach, using a questionnaire distributed to 30 purposively selected students. The results show that 69% of students demonstrated a “good” level of interest in table tennis, 4% showed a “very good” level, 23% were in the “sufficient” category, and 4% fell into the “low” interest category. These findings indicate that, overall, table tennis is moderately well-liked among students, both as part of physical education and as an extracurricular activity. The study concludes that table tennis holds potential for further development within the school environment. The implications suggest that schools should design appropriate coaching strategies and provide adequate facilities to channel students’ interest toward skill development and achievement in this sport.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as educational institutions produce large amounts of organic waste that can cause environmental problems if not managed properly. However, through this Community Service Program (PKM), organic waste can be processed into useful resources through maggot cultivation (Black Soldier Fly). Using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method, this PKM aims to increase students' and Islamic boarding school managers' awareness of the potential of organic waste and provide education and technical guidance on organic waste management. The results of the activity showed that participants had increased awareness and understanding that the abundant organic waste in Islamic boarding schools can be managed effectively through maggot cultivation. In addition, participants also gained technical knowledge about maggot cultivation, both in theory and practice, which was reinforced by direct visits to maggot cultivation locations. Participants were also given practical materials to be applied in their respective places. The main contribution of this PKM is the creation of a more ecological and productive mindset in managing organic waste in Islamic boarding schools while opening up economic opportunities through the use of maggots as animal, fish, and bird feed.

Abstract

Mitra kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) adalah MGMP Olahraga di Kota Pematang Siantar, Kabupaten Batubara dan Kabupaten Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang berjarak berjarak 126, 131 dan 150 km dari Universitas Negeri Medan. Beberapa MGMP Olahraga lainnya juga menghadapi permasalahan yang sama dengan daerah lainnya terutama dalam pembuatan portofolio olahraga di. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan mitra diantaranya daam proses pembuatan portofolio olahraga bagi siswa banyak yang kurang tepat, hal ini dikarenakan (1) Kurangnya pemahaman siswa mengetahui hal apa saja yang menjadi persyaratan dalam pengisian portofolio olahraga. (2) Kurangnya pemahaman guru sebagai pemandu pelaksanaan pembuatan video portofoio olahraga (3) banyaknya siswa yang salah dalam menyusun portofolio olahraga yang akan di upload pada aplikasi pendaftaran. (4) Serta banyaknya siswa yang salah dalam pengisian dan penyusunan borang isian portofolio seperti data kesehatan, data keterampilan motorik, dan bukti raihan prestasi. Dari keempat permasalahan utama tersebut tidaklah memungkinkan untuk diselesaikan maka pada kegiatan yang akan dilakukan yaitu dengan Pendampingan Penyusunan Portofolio Olahraga Seleksi Masuk Perguruan Tinggi Negeri ini kiranya dapat membantu calon mahasiswa dalam pengisian portofolio melalui pendampingan bagi MGMP olahraga. Hal yang akan mendasar untuk diselesaikan bersama mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) melakukan pendampingan pada penyusunan portofolio olahraga, (2) melakukan pendampingan terhadap pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam pelaksanaan dan perekaman praktek portofolio olahraga, (3) melakukan pendampingan cara menginput borang isian dan video rekaman portofolio olahraga kedalam aplikasi portofolio.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses collaborative supervision as a means of improving educational quality at SMP Negeri 27 Makassar. The author formulates a sub-problem concerning how collaborative supervision is implemented at SMP Negeri 27 Makassar. This research employs a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach to gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation from the perspectives of the subjects involved in supervision activities, namely the principal, teachers, and school supervisors. Data were collected through documentation, interviews, and observations. The data analysis techniques included data reduction, comparative analysis, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the principal plays a role as a facilitator in organizing supervision and in providing observation instruments collaboratively with teachers and school supervisors. School supervisors also participate by providing guidance and support related to the supervision program, which helps strengthen relationships between teachers and school leadership. Supervision results are then used to formulate improvement strategies. The improvement steps identified include enhancing teachers’ competencies in digital literacy for instructional presentation, developing teachers’ competencies in their respective fields of expertise, and fostering collaboration within subject-area groups for the development of teaching materials. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas supervisi kolaboratif sebagai sarana peningkatan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 27 Makassar. Penulis kemudian membagi ke dalam submasalah, yaitu bagaimana supervisi kolaboratif di implementasikan di SMP Negeri 27 Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenalogi untuk memahami keadaan secara menyeluruh dari sudut pandang subjek yang terlibat dalam kegiatan supervisi, yaitu kepala sekolah, guru, dan pengawas sekolah. Metode pengumpulan data lainnya yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data, penggalian data, teknik analisis komparatif, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepala sekolah berperan sebagai fasilitator dalam mengorganisir supervisi, menyediakan alat observasi bersama guru, dan pengawas sekolah. Pengawas sekolah turut serta memberikan bimbingan dan dukungan terkait program supervisi akan membantu memperkuat hubungan antara guru dan pimpinan. Hasil supervisi dan merumuskan langkah-langkah perbaikan. Adapun langkah perbaikan yang dihasilkan ialah pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam penguasaan digitalisasi dalam penyajian materi pengajaran, pengembangan kompetensi guru di masing-masing bidang keahlian, membangun kerjasama dalam rumpun keilmuan dalam pembuatan bahan ajar.
