Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan penting yang harus dimiliki generasi bangsa di abad 21. Namun, terdapat penurunan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan berpikir kritis yang signifikan setelah pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan faktor-faktor yang diduga dapat mempengaruhinya diantaranya adalah kualitas pembelajaran kimia dan keterlibatan siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 62 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Negeri 16 Semarang.. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan tes, angket, dan dokumentasi dengan analisis Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), berbantuan software SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata kualitas pembelajaran kimia siswa sebesar 79,11% dengan kategori sangat baik, keterlibatan siswa sebesar 93,15% dengan kategori sangat baik, kemampuan pemecahan masalah sebesar 84,07% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis 63,57% dengan kategori baik. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa : (1) keterlibatan siswa berkorelasi positif dan signfikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah (Tstatistik: 1,991, p-values 0,047), (2) kualitas pembelajaran kimia tidak berkorelasi positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis (Tstatistik : 0,508, p-values : 0,614), (3) kualitas pembelajaran kimia berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap keterlibatan siswa (Tstatistik : 12,891, p-values : 0,000), (4) kualitas pembelajaran kimia berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah (Tstatistik : 2,656, p-values : 0,008), (5) keterlibatan siswa tidak berkorelasi positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis (Tstatistik : 1,278, p-values : 0,202), (6) kemampuan berpikir kritis berkorelasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah (Tstatistik : 19,648, p-values : 0,000), (7) kemampuan berpikir kritis tidak memediasi pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara kualitas pembelajaran kimia terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah (Tsatistik : 1,204, p-values : 0,229), (8) kemampuan berpikir kritis tidak memediasi pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan antara keterlibatan siswa terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah (Tsatistik : 1,249, p-values : 0,212). Sekolah dan pendidik diharapkan memperhatikan strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan dan mengoptimalkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Perlu ditambahkan  lembar observasi untuk mendukung latar belakang permasalahan dan perlunya wawancara untuk mendukung angket keterlibatan siswa serta lembar observasi kinerja guru untuk mendukung angket kualitas pembelajaran kimia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis korelasi minat belajar, motivasi berprestasi, dan kualitas pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel sebanyak 97 siswa SMAN 1 Banyumas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, tes, lembar observasi, dan lembar penilaian diri dengan teknik analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa minat belajar, motivasi berprestasi, kualitas pembelajaran, dan kemampuan berpikir kritis termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata persentase berturut-turut 74,89; 80,31; 79,53; dan 67,08%. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa: 1) minat belajar dan kualitas pembelajaran tidak berkorelasi signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, 2) motivasi berprestasi berkorelasi signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, 3) minat belajar dan motivasi berprestasi berkorelasi signifikan terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, 4) kualitas pembelajaran tidak memediasi korelasi minat belajar dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, 5) minat belajar berkorelasi signifikan terhadap motivasi berprestasi, dan 6) motivasi berprestasi memediasi korelasi minat belajar terhadap kualitas pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis.

Abstract

The problem of this research is developments in the 21st century that require someone to have special abilities, namely chemical literacy. This is in accordance with the 2013 curriculum which demands responsiveness to developments in science, culture, technology, and the arts. The aim of this research is to develop worksheets and improve students' chemical literacy skills in acid-base material. The method used uses a research and development approach with a research flow that adopts the 4-D development model, i.e. definition, design, development, and dissemination. However, this research was carried out up to the 3-D stage, i.e. definition, design, and development. The feasibility of the LKPD is seen through the assessment of material expert validators at 92.86% and media validators at 96.67% in the "Very Feasible" category. The effectiveness of the LKPD can be seen from the pretest-posttest results with an N-Gain of 0.81 in the high category. The results of chemical literacy analysis on the content, epistemic, and procedural knowledge aspects were 94.30%, 81.39%, and 64.45%. Meanwhile, context and competency aspects produced 84.07% and 92.22%. The developed LKPD was declared feasible by experts in the very feasible category and declared effective because it obtained a high N-Gain value.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the correlation between motivation, learning quality, critical thinking skills, industrial work practice quality, and vocational readiness of Industrial Chemistry students at vocational high schools (SMK). The research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research used purposive sampling from industrial chemistry students in Central Java, with a sample consisting of 63 students in grade XI. Data collection is done through questionnaires and tests, then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS). The research results show that vocational readiness is directly influenced by learning quality and industrial work practice quality, while learning quality influences the quality of industrial work practice. The results of indirect influence analysis show that the quality of industrial work practice mediates the influence of learning quality on vocational readiness. In this study, the motivation and critical thinking skills of students are not proven to have an effect on vocational readiness, both directly and indirectly. Schools are advised to optimize the quality of learning and the quality of industrial work practice through industry collaboration and cooperation with higher education institutions (HEIs). The motivation and critical thinking skills of students should also be considered to play a role in their vocational readiness.

Abstract

DIDU has become a new phenomenon among entrepreneurs, both small and large. One of them is the MSME world, which has evolved into a long-term program aimed at enhancing human resources and socio-economic conditions. Through the dynamics and development of technology, mass media have become an essential tool that meets primary needs, allowing the community to utilise them according to their needs and benefits. Therefore, literacy and optimisation are necessary for its effective operationalisation. This is important to convey through semi-formal activities from the academy to the community, as practitioners, by collaborating in the Ngringo Village MSME Expo event. With the aim of providing enrichment and updated and upgraded insights to optimise the use of social media as a business tool. Using a qualitative approach with surveys, observations, and face-to-face interviews, and ending with group discussions with business actors. Getting a discussion of the needs of academics and practitioners in improving business needs and producing interactive and innovative responses and discussions, one of which is providing a level of protection to prevent cases of fraud online. The advantages and disadvantages of organising Expo events are continually being improved to ensure consistency in building businesses on an MSME scale.

Abstract

Perempuan kepala keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keberlangsungan ekonomi rumah tangga, terutama pada keluarga yatim yang rentan terhadap masalah sosial dan ekonomi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan dan hasil program pemberdayaan ekonomi melalui usaha ternak ayam kampung petelur bagi perempuan kepala keluarga di Kabupaten Karanganyar sebagai upaya peningkatan kemandirian ekonomi keluarga yatim. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pemberdayaan partisipatif yang dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan, yaitu persiapan dan seleksi peserta, pelatihan serta pendampingan teknis, implementasi usaha dan monitoring, serta evaluasi keberlanjutan program. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pencatatan produksi usaha peserta selama program berlangsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam manajemen pemeliharaan ayam kampung petelur, pemasaran, dan pencatatan keuangan usaha. Berdasarkan evaluasi kinerja usaha, pada bulan keempat produksi telur peserta mencapai rata-rata 12–15 butir per hari, sehingga mampu memberikan tambahan pendapatan antara Rp 250.000,- hingga Rp 400.000,- per bulan. Selain dampak ekonomi, program ini juga menimbulkan perubahan sosial positif berupa peningkatan kepercayaan diri, kemandirian, serta tumbuhnya semangat kewirausahaan pada keluarga penerima manfaat. Kesimpulannya, program pemberdayaan ini telah mampu mencapai tujuan peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi dan psikososial keluarga yatim melalui usaha produktif berbasis rumah tangga.

Abstract

Chemical bonding is frequently perceived as an abstract and challenging topic by high school students, often resulting in low chemical literacy and underdeveloped scientific writing skills. Conventional, teacher-centered instruction further exacerbates these issues by limiting opportunities for authentic inquiry and scientific communication. To address this gap, this study aimed to develop, validate, and evaluate the effectiveness of a STEAM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) learning module integrated with Project-Based Learning (PjBL) to enhance chemical literacy and scientific writing skills among senior high school students. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Participants included 64 students from two experimental classes (XI C1 and XI D1), 25 students from a control class (XI E1) at SMA Negeri 2 Gianyar, and 36 students from SMA Negeri 1 Jatinom for a limited trial. Data were collected through pretest–posttest assessments of chemical literacy, observation rubrics for scientific writing skills, and student and teacher response questionnaires. Expert validation yielded an average Aiken’s V index of 0.967, indicating high validity in content, language, presentation, and alignment with STEAM–PjBL principles. The limited trial demonstrated high practicality, with readability and usability rates of 92% and 91.23%, respectively. In the main implementation, the module proved highly effective: (1) students’ chemical literacy improved significantly, with a normalized gain (N-Gain) of 0.88 (high category), outperforming the control group (N-Gain = 0.69); and (2) scientific writing skills achieved a mastery level of 91.44% (very good category), with a mean score of 3.66 out of 4. Positive responses from students (90.08%) and teachers (96.87%) confirmed that the STEAM–PjBL module fostered an interactive, contextual, and meaningful learning experience. The findings indicate that the module meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, making it well-suited for implementation in chemistry classrooms particularly within Indonesia’s Merdeka Curriculum framework. This study offers a replicable model for integrating interdisciplinary, student-centered approaches to strengthen both conceptual understanding and scientific communication competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas Rumput Gajah Mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) yang dipupuk dengan perpaduan pupuk organik (pupuk kandang) dan nitrogen anorganik (urea). Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, meliputi: P1 (Rumput Gajah Mini tanpa pemupukan); P2 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 100% Urea); P3 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 25% Pupuk Kandang + 75% Urea); P4 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 50% Pupuk Kandang + 50% Urea); P5 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 75% Pupuk Kandang + 25% Urea); P6 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 100% Pupuk Kandang). Dosis pemupukan yang digunakan adalah 300 Kg N/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan pupuk anorganik dan pupuk organik berpengaruh nyata (P< 0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan, produksi bahan kering (BK), kandungan Serat Kasar (SK), Protein Kasar (PK), serta kecernaan in-vitro bahan kering (KcBK) dan kecernaan in-vitro bahan organik (KcBO) rumput Gajah Mini. Produksi BK tertinggi pada P2 (8,26 ton/ha), kandungan PK tertinggi pada P3 (13,54%), kandungan SK terendah pada P2 (26,90%). Nilai KcBK dan KcBO tertinggi pada P2, masing-masing yakni 71,78% dan 72,19%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemupukan terbaik diperoleh tanpa perpaduan pupuk organik dan anorganik. Namun jika pemupukan dilakukan perpaduan, maka maksimal penggunaan pupuk organik sebanyak 25 persen.

Abstract

The livestock sector has long been recognized by the community and remains acrucial economic pillar for family livelihoods. Through the application of simpletechnology, livestock waste such as manure, urine, and leftover feed can beprocessed into organic fertilizer, which enriches the soil, enhances agriculturalproductivity, and reduces dependence on costly inorganic fertilizers. Theseskills have the potential to improve productivity and sustainability in agriculturein the village of Desa Persiapan Batu Asak, Praya Barat District, Lombok Tengah.Based on this perspective, a training program on processing livestock waste intoorganic fertilizer was implemented to improve the welfare of farmers andlivestock breeders in Desa Persiapan Batu Asak, Praya Barat District, LombokTengah. The method of implementing the training activities for making organicfertilizer is carried out in two stages, namely; the first stage is providing trainingmaterials with lectures and discussions and distributing brochures so thatparticipants can understand the steps and techniques for making organicfertilizer. The second stage is carried out by means of direct demonstrationpractices so that livestock farmers can do it properly and correctly. The positiveimpact of this training is that livestock farmers can have skills in processingmanure waste into organic fertilizer. In addition, the organic fertilizer producedcan be used as agricultural plant fertilizer and can reduce the use of inorganicfertilizers which are increasingly rare and expensive. Organic fertilizer also hasbenefits in improving soil conditions physically, chemically, and biologically sothat the land in the Village of Preparation of Batu Asak is always maintained inits fertility.

Abstract

This study aims to implement the Kalman Filter algorithm in an adaptive zoom camera system to improve image quality in low-light conditions. The main problem faced by conventional cameras is the instability of light intensity, which affects image sharpness and contrast. To that end, experiments were conducted using three different Android devices, namely Infinix Hot Play 11, Oppo Reno 6, and Oppo Reno 11, with shooting distances of 30 cm and 60 cm, respectively. Each device was tested using a Kalman Filter-based camera application and compared with actual measurements using a lux meter. The results of the study show that the Kalman Filter-based adaptive camera system is capable of providing light intensity estimates that are close to the actual values with a deviation of less than 7%. This algorithm works predictively through a process of dynamic estimation and updating of lighting values, enabling it to simultaneously adjust camera exposure and focus settings. This results in sharper, more stable, and more realistic images even in low-light environments
