Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produktivitas Rumput Gajah Mini (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Mott) yang dipupuk dengan perpaduan pupuk organik (pupuk kandang) dan nitrogen anorganik (urea). Penelitian dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan enam perlakuan dan tiga ulangan, meliputi: P1 (Rumput Gajah Mini tanpa pemupukan); P2 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 100% Urea); P3 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 25% Pupuk Kandang + 75% Urea); P4 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 50% Pupuk Kandang + 50% Urea); P5 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 75% Pupuk Kandang + 25% Urea); P6 (Rumput Gajah Mini + 100% Pupuk Kandang). Dosis pemupukan yang digunakan adalah 300 Kg N/ha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpaduan pupuk anorganik dan pupuk organik berpengaruh nyata (P< 0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan, produksi bahan kering (BK), kandungan Serat Kasar (SK), Protein Kasar (PK), serta kecernaan in-vitro bahan kering (KcBK) dan kecernaan in-vitro bahan organik (KcBO) rumput Gajah Mini. Produksi BK tertinggi pada P2 (8,26 ton/ha), kandungan PK tertinggi pada P3 (13,54%), kandungan SK terendah pada P2 (26,90%). Nilai KcBK dan KcBO tertinggi pada P2, masing-masing yakni 71,78% dan 72,19%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemupukan terbaik diperoleh tanpa perpaduan pupuk organik dan anorganik. Namun jika pemupukan dilakukan perpaduan, maka maksimal penggunaan pupuk organik sebanyak 25 persen.

Abstract

The livestock sector has long been recognized by the community and remains acrucial economic pillar for family livelihoods. Through the application of simpletechnology, livestock waste such as manure, urine, and leftover feed can beprocessed into organic fertilizer, which enriches the soil, enhances agriculturalproductivity, and reduces dependence on costly inorganic fertilizers. Theseskills have the potential to improve productivity and sustainability in agriculturein the village of Desa Persiapan Batu Asak, Praya Barat District, Lombok Tengah.Based on this perspective, a training program on processing livestock waste intoorganic fertilizer was implemented to improve the welfare of farmers andlivestock breeders in Desa Persiapan Batu Asak, Praya Barat District, LombokTengah. The method of implementing the training activities for making organicfertilizer is carried out in two stages, namely; the first stage is providing trainingmaterials with lectures and discussions and distributing brochures so thatparticipants can understand the steps and techniques for making organicfertilizer. The second stage is carried out by means of direct demonstrationpractices so that livestock farmers can do it properly and correctly. The positiveimpact of this training is that livestock farmers can have skills in processingmanure waste into organic fertilizer. In addition, the organic fertilizer producedcan be used as agricultural plant fertilizer and can reduce the use of inorganicfertilizers which are increasingly rare and expensive. Organic fertilizer also hasbenefits in improving soil conditions physically, chemically, and biologically sothat the land in the Village of Preparation of Batu Asak is always maintained inits fertility.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages public service institutions to adopt digital systems to increase the quality of efficiency and service. Solo Technopark, as a center for developing of technology and entrepreneurship, has field facilities utilized by various parties. However, the field booking process is still done manually, so it potentially leads inefficiency, recording errors, and limited access in information. This study aims to develop a web-based field booking system that can simplify the booking process, schedule management, and present information in real-time. This website was created using observation and interview research methods. The system approach chosen is MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system built provides online booking features, field schedules management, and facility usage reports. The field booking website was created using Laravel 8, the Tailwind CSS framework, and a MySQL database. The test results show that the system can run well using black box testing and is able to increase the service efficiency, reduce administrative errors, and increase user satisfactions, which was tested on 15 respondents. Therefore, this web-based field booking system is expected to be an effective digital solution in supporting the optimization of facility services at Solo Technopark.

Abstract

Abstract: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan perlawanan pihak ketiga terhadap sita eksekutorial dan untuk mengetahui akibat hukum dikabulkannya perlawanan pihak ketiga terhadap sita eksekutorial dalam Putusan Nomor 92/Pdt.Plw/2019/PNSkt. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer yaitu hasil wawancara dengan Ibu Nurul Hidayah, S.H.,M.H., selaku Hakim di Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta dan data sekunder berupa studi putusan perkara Nomor 92/Pdt.Plw/2019/PN Skt serta studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan studi kepustakaan dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa Pertimbangan Hakim dalam mengabulkan perlawanan pihak ketiga terhadap sita eksekutorial dalam perkara Nomor 92/Pdt.Plw/2019/PN Skt adalah perlawanan Pelawan sudah memenuhi syarat formil dan syarat materiil, Pelawan mengajukan perlawanan setelah adanya Penetapan Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Nomor : W12.U2/87/Pdt.04.01/X/2018 tanggal 4 Oktober 2018, Pelawan dapat membuktikan kepemilikannya dengan bukti surat berupa akta autentik dan Pelawan mengajukan dua saksi yang dapat membuktikan perlawanan Pelawan. Kemudian, Terlawan II tidak memberikan bantahan atas dalil perlawanan Pelawan.  Akibat hukum dikabulkannya perlawanan pihak ketiga terhadap sita eksekutorial tersebut adalah eksekusi tidak dapat dilanjutkan terhadap obyek sengketa, Pelawan tetap menguasai objek sengketa dan Terlawan tertunda dari pemenuhan hak realisasi ekekusinya.Keywords: Perdata, Perlawanan Pihak Ketiga, Sita Eksekutorial

Abstract

This article examines the strength of evidence of witness testimony de auditu in the case of a divorce lawsuit in Decision Number 110/Pdt.G/2020/PN Skt and Decision Number 82/Pdt.G/2021/PN Bln. The purpose of this article is to find out the strength of evidence of De Auditu's Testimonium Witness in the divorce lawsuit case in that Decision. Based on this research, the panel of judges based on the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court Decision number 308 K/Pdt/1959 that testimony de auditu couldn’t be used as direct evidence but could be used as evidence of presumption (vermoeden), and as a basis for proving something. In addition, the Supreme Court in decision number 239 K/Sip/1973 justified de auditu testimony except as evidence that meets the material requirements if the witness gives testimony under oath, the statement is accepted as independent evidence reaching the minimum limit of proof without other evidence if the de auditu witness consists of several people. Although it is free proof, in this case the testimony of the witness is important so that the strength of evidence is decisive evidence because de auditu witnesses played a major role in the granting of the Plaintiff's claim.  Keywords: Divorce; Evidence; Testimonium de Auditu

Abstract

This article analyzes the role of documentary evidence in the form of minutes of laboratory examination in the evidence at trial in the Decision. Number 118/Pid.Sus/2019/Pn Skt. This research uses a normative research type and is perspective and applied. This legal research uses a case approach. The basis for this approach is the ratio decidendi or reasoning, namely the judge's reasons for arriving at a decision. The source of research materials uses two materials, namely primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The data collection technique used was document study (literary study) and the data analysis technique used was the syllogistic method using a deductive mindset. In the results of the discussion and research results here, the documentary evidence in the form of minutes of laboratory examinations has an important role in proving in the cases being studied, namely being considered by the Judge in proving the charges filed by the Public Prosecutor. The judge in this case has decided the case in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code because he has considered at least two valid pieces of evidence and has also considered the facts at trial.
