Abstract

Human resources are the most vital resources for the success of an organization, including in higher education organizations. The application of good human resource management (HRM) practices leads to efforts to share knowledge among members of the organization. This study seeks to prove the effect of good HRM practices on organizational performance mediated by knowledge management. This research was conducted at a public university with the number of samples collected as many as 1,014. By using SEM PLS, this study succeeded in proving that good HRM practices have a positive effect on knowledge management. Another result is the positive influence of knowledge management on organizational performance, as well as the positive influence of HRM on organizational performance.

Abstract

Perubahan kondisi yang dialami dari lingkungan dalam maupun luar organisasi yang dewasa ini semakin dinamis membuat evaluasi dan perbaikan menjadi satu hal yang harus dilakukan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan, sehingga mampu terus bertahan dan berkompetisi. Oleh sebab itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terkait beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel endogen (Y), yaitu budaya organisasi, efikasi diri dan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel eksogen (X). Dalam model penelitian, dimasukan juga variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai pemoderasi (Z) dari variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Desain penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen data penelitian berupa kuisioner menggunakan skala Likert yang disebarkan ke 100 orang karyawan KSP CU Pancur Kasih di Kalimantan Barat dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural (structural equation modeling) atau SEM. Analisis jalur menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian dengan model penelitian yang diambil menemukan semua variabel eksogen yaitu budaya organisasi, efikasi diri dan komitmen organisasional memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel endogen (Y) dan variabel kepuasan kerja (Z) memoderasi variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen.

Abstract

There are differences in the management of social media at universities that run open and distance higher education systems, such as the Open University. There is an official university account managed by the head office and an official account for unit offices located in the regions. Social media managers must implement effective measures to serve and meet the needs of their stakeholders. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the performance of social media at the head office and units at the Open University? Socialbakers' professional social media analysis tool is used to monitor social media activity from selected Instagram accounts, namely @univterbuka, @ut_jakarta, @ut.bandung, and @ut.surabaya. This study analyzes the engagement, visual content, copywriting, and content pillars of the account. The results of this study obtain strategies for managing social media at open and distance universities.

Abstract

Sebagai media informasi berbasis digital, karyawan PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera memerlukan adaptasi teknologi, penguasaan teknologi dan fleksibilitas dalam bekerja sebagai tuntutan dari era perkembangan digitalisasi, jika karyawan tidak mampu mengikuti era digital maka sebagai perusahaan berbasis digital informasi dengan otomatis akan kalah bersaing oleh pesaing pada perusahaan sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh adaptasi teknologi, penguasaan teknologi melalui fleksibilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera. Populasi yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera di posisi Jurnalis dan Reporter yang berjumlah 114 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 114 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi teknologi dan penguasaan teknologi. Variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini adalah fleksibilitas kerja. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada fleksbilitas kerja. Penguasaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada fleksbilitas kerja. Adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Penguasaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Media Graha Nusantara.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world since early 2020 has changed the way and style of working. In the new normal order, the Ministry of Finance is adapting to this situation by setting up a combination work scheme of Work from Home (WFH) or working from home and (Work from Office/WFO) or working in the office. In this research, the combination of WFH and WFO work is hereinafter referred to as the New Normal Perception to Work (NNPW) variable. The aim of this research is to find out whether New Normal Perception to Work (NNPW) is related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted on employees of the Tax Service Office located in the city of Semarang with a population of 808 employees with a sample of 272 respondents. This research also uses the mediating variables of job satisfaction and Work Life Balance (WLB). Variable measurements were carried out using a Likert scale, and the response results were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22.0 application. The research results show that New Normal Perception to Work influences employee OCB behavior, WLB and job satisfaction. Work Life Balance is able to mediate the influence of the relationship between New Normal Perception to Work and OCB. Meanwhile, on the other hand, job satisfaction has no effect on OCB, and is unable to mediate the influence of the relationship between NNPW and OCB.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and non-physical work environment as well as work culture on teacher performance with discipline as an intervening variable at the Paser District Public School. The research design used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers who taught at Paser Regency State High Schools in the Batu Sopang District area with a total of 133 people. The sampling technique used in this research used a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that there is an influence of the physical work environment on teacher performance with a P Value of 0.003, there is no influence of the non-physical work environment on teacher performance with a P Value of 0.028, there is a significant influence of work culture on teacher performance with a P Value of 0.023, there is a significant influence between work discipline on teacher performance with a P Value of 0.000, there is a significant influence between the physical work environment on performance through work discipline with a P Value of 0.007, there is a significant influence between the non-physical work environment on performance through work discipline and P value is 0.042, there is a significant influence between work culture on performance through work discipline with a P value of 0.023

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide entrepreneurship counseling to the community so that they can take advantage of the main opportunities to explore the potential (resources) that exist. One of the opportunities that can have a direct economic impact on the community is to explore and optimize the role of the creative industry where the community can create, explore the uniqueness, potential advantages of resources and local wisdom that are owned so as to produce products that have added value. Entrepreneurship counseling in Senang Hati Village, Malimping Sub-district, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, is expected to open insights and knowledge about the essence of utilizing opportunities to creatively process the potential resources owned. Thus, the community can increase their capacity to start a profitable business. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to provide knowledge about the preparation of marketing strategies and product diversification (market segmentation, product development, promotion, branding, packaging).

Abstract

Work productivity and employee performance can run optimally and are directed influenced by various factors, including work discipline and organizational culture. These two factors will certainly influence the behavior of employees in government agencies to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine whether work discipline and organizational culture affect work productivity and employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Maluku Province Governor's Office with a population of 567 people. The sample used was 235 respondents. The independent variables in this study are work discipline and organizational culture, while the dependent variable is work productivity and employee performance. Variable measurements were carried out using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using the SEM method with PLS.

Abstract

Perdesaan merupakan salah satu strategi dalam upaya mengentaskan kemiskinan. Ada tiga pilar pokok pembangunan desa salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) adalah salah satu solusi yang dapat menjawab permasalahannya, dimana BUMDes merupakan lembaga ekonomi desa yang dikelola oleh masyarakat desa, yang kepengurusanya terpisah dari pemerintah desa. BUMDes yang profesional, mandiri, dan memiliki jejaring kerja yang baik dengan berbagai pihak diharapkan sebagai upaya konsolidasi kekuatan ekonomi perdesaan menuju desa mandiri dan otonom. Desa Tonjong sudah memiliki BUMDes, namun dalam perkembangannya BUMDes tidak berjalan secara optimal. Program-program kerja BUMDes tidak berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan. Tata kelola BUMDes pun tidak dilakukan secara profesional dan akuntabel. Hal ini disebabkan karena para pengurus BUMDes memiliki pekerjaan utama lain, selain menjadi pengurus BUMDes, sehingga waktu yang diberikan untuk mengelola BUMDes sangat terbatas. Permasalahan yang muncul adalah pengelola BUMDes sampai saat ini belum memahami pengelolaan bisnis secara profesional, dan belum optimal dalam memasarkan produknya. Sejalan dengan kondisi diatas, untuk menambah pengetahuan dan skill dari pengelola BUMDes, Tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Terbuka (UT) memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang Penyusunan perencanaan bisnis, dan Pembuatan media promosi. Manfaat utama dari kegiatan ini adalah terwujudnya BUMDes sebagai basis kekuatan ekonomi Desa Tonjong yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Tonjong melalui peningkatan kapasitas pengelola BUMDes

Abstract

The customer is one thing that is very important and must be considered by all companies, including companies engaged in retail. Not a few retail companies close their outlets because customers feel dissatisfied so choose their competitors. Therefore, there is a need for research on the factors that determine customer satisfaction in retail companies. This research will use the Smart-PLS 03 software to determine the factors that affect the service environment, customer satisfaction, and how the relationship between service environment and customer satisfaction. Based on the analysis obtained that tangible, iconic, price, ergo, empathy are variables that have a significant and significant effect. As for the other variables, namely assurance and responsiveness have a positive but not significant effect. While the level of influence with customer satisfaction, price, empathy, and iconic ergo variables have a significant and positive effect both directly and indirectly so that the service environment has a partial mediating effect. On the other hand, for tangible variables, guarantees, responsiveness and have a positive and insignificant effect on direct influence. But when the indirect effect becomes a positive and significant effect. So that the environment has a full mediation in service with customer satisfaction. In closing, the results obtained that the service environment has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
