Abstract

This research identifies market segments among university students based on media promotion usage. It examines the impact of media promotions on the choice of programs and institutions of open and distance university institutions. This study used a quantitative methodology, and the population studied consisted of all currently enrolled Universitas Terbuka students throughout Indonesia, with a total sample of 2,250 people. In this research, market segmentation has been carried out using the cluster method, which includes demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral segments. The demographic segment that is assessed age and gender of students, recent graduates, and income; The geographic segment is mapped to the origin of the UT regional offices; the psychographic segment includes reasons for studying and choosing UT; and the behavioral segment from which information is first and most effective. This research implies that the results can be used as a reference in supporting higher education promotion. The Novelty of this study is that no other studies have compared the potential of promotional media as a marketing instrument for open and distance higher education.

Abstract

Promotional activities are essential to offer special programs so it would be more valuable for the community towards the university. Promotion is one of the determining factors for the success of a marketing program in universities. This study aimed to describe how open and distance institution carries out promotional activities. Therefore, it can be seen as a promotional activity that effectively increases the number of new students. The research methodology used was descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interviews. This research was conducted online and offline in regional offices of Mataram, Denpasar, Malang, Bandung, Semarang, Ambon, Manado, Makassar, Jakarta, Majene, and Lampung. This study evaluated promotional activities that can be used as input for further promotional activities. Socialization and promotion activities at open and distance institution affect the increase in the number of students, and several things, such as population, presence of competitors, and condition of the community, influence addition.

Abstract

Perubahan kondisi yang dialami dari lingkungan dalam maupun luar organisasi yang dewasa ini semakin dinamis membuat evaluasi dan perbaikan menjadi satu hal yang harus dilakukan untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan, sehingga mampu terus bertahan dan berkompetisi. Oleh sebab itu, penulis melakukan penelitian terkait beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel endogen (Y), yaitu budaya organisasi, efikasi diri dan komitmen organisasional sebagai variabel eksogen (X). Dalam model penelitian, dimasukan juga variabel kepuasan kerja sebagai pemoderasi (Z) dari variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen. Desain penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen data penelitian berupa kuisioner menggunakan skala Likert yang disebarkan ke 100 orang karyawan KSP CU Pancur Kasih di Kalimantan Barat dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural (structural equation modeling) atau SEM. Analisis jalur menggunakan software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian dengan model penelitian yang diambil menemukan semua variabel eksogen yaitu budaya organisasi, efikasi diri dan komitmen organisasional memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel endogen (Y) dan variabel kepuasan kerja (Z) memoderasi variabel eksogen terhadap variabel endogen.

Abstract

Sebagai media informasi berbasis digital, karyawan PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera memerlukan adaptasi teknologi, penguasaan teknologi dan fleksibilitas dalam bekerja sebagai tuntutan dari era perkembangan digitalisasi, jika karyawan tidak mampu mengikuti era digital maka sebagai perusahaan berbasis digital informasi dengan otomatis akan kalah bersaing oleh pesaing pada perusahaan sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh adaptasi teknologi, penguasaan teknologi melalui fleksibilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera. Populasi yang dipilih oleh peneliti adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Media Graha Nusantara Sejahtera di posisi Jurnalis dan Reporter yang berjumlah 114 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 114 responden. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah adaptasi teknologi dan penguasaan teknologi. Variabel moderasi dalam penelitian ini adalah fleksibilitas kerja. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan structural equation model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada fleksbilitas kerja. Penguasaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada fleksbilitas kerja. Adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Adaptasi teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Penguasaan teknologi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan. Fleksibilitas kerja berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pada kinerja karyawan pada PT. Media Graha Nusantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, sikap kerja dan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediatornya. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Dinas Kabupaten Majene. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai ASN Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Majene dan Lingkup Puskesmas wilayah kerjanya.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan rumus sloving dan Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 198 responden. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel laten dari kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerjas sebagai variabel mediasinya mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Kinerja perusahaan selalu tercatat dalam annual report perusahaan yang di tampilkan melalui website perusahaan atau website yang berisi kumpulan laporan keuangan atau tahunan perusahaan seperti yahoo finance dan idx.co.id. Kinerja perusahaan juga dapat dijadikan ukuran bagi investor untuk menanamkan modalnya ke dalam perusahaan. Peranan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) sangatlah penting bagi kemajuan perusahaan karena dengan adanya GCG perusahaan akan transparan terhadap kebijakan sehingga melindungi kepentingan stakeholder. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang berfokus kepada pengujian hipotesis dan data yang bersifat terukur. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Board Sizemempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan proksi ROA; proporsi Komisaris Independen mempunyai pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan proksi ROA; dan Board Gender Diversitymempunyai pengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan proksi ROA.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit the world since early 2020 has changed the way and style of working. In the new normal order, the Ministry of Finance is adapting to this situation by setting up a combination work scheme of Work from Home (WFH) or working from home and (Work from Office/WFO) or working in the office. In this research, the combination of WFH and WFO work is hereinafter referred to as the New Normal Perception to Work (NNPW) variable. The aim of this research is to find out whether New Normal Perception to Work (NNPW) is related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This research was conducted on employees of the Tax Service Office located in the city of Semarang with a population of 808 employees with a sample of 272 respondents. This research also uses the mediating variables of job satisfaction and Work Life Balance (WLB). Variable measurements were carried out using a Likert scale, and the response results were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS 22.0 application. The research results show that New Normal Perception to Work influences employee OCB behavior, WLB and job satisfaction. Work Life Balance is able to mediate the influence of the relationship between New Normal Perception to Work and OCB. Meanwhile, on the other hand, job satisfaction has no effect on OCB, and is unable to mediate the influence of the relationship between NNPW and OCB.

Abstract

According to the Job Demand-Resource Theory, job demands, job resources, and personal resources significantly influence employee performance through work engagement (Bakker & Demerouti, 2017). Furthermore, performance is also affected by demands and resources originating from the family context (Brummelhuis & Bakker, 2012). This study aims to examine the impact of job demands, job resources, and family demands on work engagement, with self-efficacy as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) across various districts/cities in North Sumatra Province, using a sample of 309 employees. The sampling technique employed was systematic random sampling, and the data analysis method used was Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study's findings show that both job resources and self-efficacy significantly and positively impact work engagement. This suggests that increases in job resources and self-efficacy are associated with enhanced work engagement. Conversely, job demands and family demands did not significantly affect work engagement. Additionally, the findings reveal that self-efficacy does not significantly moderate the relationship between job demands, job resources, family demands, and work engagement.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of business process digitalization, work flexibility, and family support on employee performance, with work-life balance as an intervening variable at the Regional Office of the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) in Riau, West Sumatra, and the Riau Islands. The research employs a quantitative causal method and descriptive statistical analysis. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 177 respondents, who are civil servants within the DJKN Regional Office in the specified regions. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that business process digitalization has a positive and significant direct effect on performance and work-life balance, but it does not significantly influence performance through work-life balance as an intervening variable. Work flexibility positively and significantly affects performance directly, as well as work-life balance, and also has a significant positive impact on performance through work-life balance. Family support has a positive and significant direct effect on performance and work-life balance, but it does not significantly influence performance through work-life balance as an intervening variable. Abstract

Abstract: In today's digital era, visual appeal plays a crucial role in product marketing strategies, particularly through social media. Fashion Nusantara MSMEs in Lulut Village, Bogor Regency, face challenges in presenting attractive and professional product photos on their digital platforms. Since high-quality visuals can enhance consumer interest, brand image, and sales conversion, addressing this issue is essential. This Community Service (PkM) activity aims to improve MSME product photography skills, enabling them to create more professional and engaging product visuals. The program was implemented in three stages: (1) providing educational materials on digital marketing, basic photography techniques, and social media optimization, (2) revitalizing product photos through hands-on practice using proper lighting and composition techniques, and (3) evaluating the effectiveness of the program by assessing photo quality before and after training and gathering participant feedback. The results indicated a significant improvement in the visual presentation of MSME products on social media. With enhanced visuals, MSMEs are expected to strengthen their market competitiveness, boost sales, and establish a stronger brand presence. Additionally, this program's outputs include mass media publications and scientific articles submitted to Senmaster and the UT PkM Result Degree 2024, ensuring broader academic and practical dissemination.Abstrak: Di era digitalisasi saat ini, visual yang menarik menjadi faktor utama dalam strategi pemasaran produk, terutama melalui media sosial. UMKM Fashion Nusantara di Desa Lulut, Kabupaten Bogor, menghadapi tantangan dalam menampilkan foto produk yang menarik dan profesional di platform digital mereka. Salah satu metode paling efektif untuk menarik perhatian calon pembeli adalah melalui daya tarik visual produk. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan fotografi produk bagi pelaku UMKM, sehingga mereka dapat menghasilkan foto produk yang lebih profesional dan menarik. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam tiga tahapan utama: (1) pemberian materi edukatif dalam pemasaran digital, teknik dasar fotografi, dan optimalisasi media sosial, (2) revitalisasi foto produk dengan praktik langsung, serta (3) evaluasi keberhasilan program melalui penilaian kualitas foto produk sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan serta umpan balik dari peserta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya perubahan dalam tampilan foto produk pada media sosial UMKM Fashion Nusantara. Dengan tampilan visual yang lebih menarik, UMKM diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saingnya di pasar digital, meningkatkan penjualan, serta membangun branding yang lebih kuat di mata konsumen. Selain itu, luaran dari kegiatan ini mencakup publikasi artikel di media massa dan artikel ilmiah yang akan diikutsertakan dalam Senmaster dan Gelar Hasil PkM UT Tahun 2024.
