Abstract

There is a furniture MSME that has just entered the furniture industry, namely KitaNata Ruang. KitaNata Ruang is present amid competition in the industry with an unknown brand. The purpose of this researchs to provide a marketing mix strategy to increase KitaNata Ruang brand awareness. The research method used is the 4C marketing mix, brand awareness pyramid, SWOT matrix, and QSP matrix. The results of the study show an evaluation of the marketing mix using the 4C marketing mix, co-creation elements in the form of a lack of product feel, currency in the form of providing price variations, communal activation in the form of programs for partners, and conversations is more active dissemination of information. The level of brand awareness of KitaNata Ruang is in the position of brand recognition for potential consumers and brand recall for actual consumers. Formulation of strategies using the SWOT matrix produced alternative strategies with strategic priority orders using the QSP matrix, active in marketing promotions through digital creators, service and product innovation, expanding business with resellers or partners, implementing membership features, bundling, and sales promotions, active in the exhibition furniture industry, using augmented reality and virtual reality technology and improving information processing. Abstract

An overview of important aspects of food safety in the restaurant industry by outlining the significant threat of microbial contamination in food processing and the subsequent health implications that can arise from foodborne illness. This article underscores the need for strict management and hygiene practices to mitigate these risks. In addition, it highlights the important role of preventive measures, particularly the adoption of food safety management systems such as HACCP, which play a role in identifying and controlling potential hazards in food production and preparation processes. In addition, the impact of customer feedback can affect a restaurant's reputation and customer satisfaction levels. Overall, it emphasized the importance of routine food safety practices and the proactive role of restaurant management in maintaining public health and maintaining consumer trust.

Abstract

Work life balance is the most important factor for employees of this generation in keeping their jobs. Meanwhile, the five-day workweek working system that is implemented today is raising concerns as the workload increases which leads to work life imbalance, declining productivity, also burnouts and mental-health issues of the employees. To overcome it, this study proposes a four-day workweek system as a possible solution. The study aims to explore the potential benefits of a fourday workweek as well as the usage of design thinking method in enabling a successful implementation of the system. By examining factors like work scheduling, business needs, and employee satisfaction, this study also seeks to optimize the four-day workweek model. The study finds that four-day work week can increase employees’ well-being, mainly in improving work-life balance and decreasing fatigue and stress with more day off, also increases job satisfaction and employee’s motivation to contribute more to their jobs. Using design thinking method may help the implementation of this system with understanding employee needs and preferences, identifying potential challenges and develop solutions, optimizing collaboration and communication, and evaluating and iterating the whole process. By prioritizing human-centered solutions and iterating based on feedback, organizations can create a work model that benefits both employees and the organization's overall goals.

Abstract

The emergence of service system problems that are carried out manually which causes inefficiencies that take a long time. The absence of records and data archive management becomes difficult to track finances, decision-making processes and evaluate the overall performance of RTs making a lack of transparency and accountability. The purpose of this research is to design the user interface of the RT administration system application with the design thinking method so as to produce an easy-to-use application user interface as needed as a solution to existing problems. This research uses the design thinking method. The nature of design thinking is human-centered. Design thinking uses strategic innovation to design for users through an empathetic process by trying to understand user needs and focusing on human behavior and emotions to produce optimal innovation. As a result, the creation of the RT administration application user interface utilizes the design thinking method that produces prototypes according to user needs. This prototype became the basis for designing an RT service application with an easy-to-use and intuitive UI. The application of the design thinking method has been proven to help produce an easy-to-use application, which is expected to improve RT services and create a more engaged and informed community of citizens.

Abstract

It is important for an organization or institution to have an effective and quality violence prevention strategy in carrying out the vision and mission that has been made to realize the goals for the organization or institution itself. This study aims to find out the handling strategies carried out by the ABC Islamic Boarding School from the stage of student safety planning to supervision evaluation to improve environmental safety for its students. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that uses the design thinking method. The informants in this study are the principal, teachers, and students of the ABC Islamic Boarding School. This research is located at the ABC Islamic Boarding School. The data collection methods used are interviews, observations, and documentation studies. As a result, the application of the design thinking model has proven to be effective in identifying the root cause of the problem and creating innovative solutions to prevent bullying in the Islamic boarding school environment. Through the stages of empathy, definition, idea, prototype, and testing, the research team was able to understand the needs and challenges faced by the students. Bullying is bound to have bad consequences, not only for those who do it but especially for those who are targeted, affecting their personal, social, and educational aspects. Holding positive activities for students who can instill family values and solidarity, as well as organizing educational sessions about bullying during their stay at the pesantren, can help prevent this behavior from happening again in the future.

Abstract

The marketing mix evaluation (7P) that has been carried out by Hundred's Hot Chicken plays a very important role in efforts to develop its marketing strategy. The questionnaire in this research was conducted on 200 respondents who were included in the research criteria, namely that respondents were consumers who had visited the company at least once or more. The results of this research found that products have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty, followed by the people dimension which has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction and consumer loyalty and consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on consumer loyalty. Hundred's Hot Chicken's Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) value is 77.04 and the Customer Loyalty Index value is 80.31. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis show the attributes whose performance needs to be improved to increase consumer satisfaction. These attributes are Food Cleanliness, Prices, Employee Patience, Employee Alertness and Nameplates. Hundred's Hot Chicken is a restaurant that has a distinctive food taste, Hundred's Hot Chicken requires quality control over the taste of its products so that the taste does not change in the minds of consumers and the need to pay attention to employee uniforms to show the restaurant's identity and also the intensity of uniform use can increase consumer satisfaction. Hundred's Hot Chicken and increase employee confidence and pride so that consumers will feel satisfied and loyal to Hundred's Hot Chicken.

Abstract

Background: PT Anugrah Alam Mitra Makmur (PT AA) is a logistics company specializing in Group C mineral resources. Internal and external conditions present opportunities for PT AA to expand its business.Purpose: The research objectives are (1) to analyze internal and external factors affecting the company and (2) to formulate strategies to develop the company. Design/methodology/approach: Data types included primary and secondary sources, with methods like Valuable, Rare, Inimitable, Organized (VRIO) for evaluating competitive advantages, PESTEL for understanding external factors, and Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) for strategy formulation.Findings/results: The study revealed that most of PT AA's internal competencies and resources resulted in competitive parity, indicating a lack of significant advantages in its business operations. The PESTEL analysis identified external factors such as economic growth, increased construction industry activities, company-community relations, technological advancements, information accessibility, local environmental conditions, legal factors, and environmental issues. Based on these internal and external conditions, strategies were formulated using SWOT analysis, including Strength-Opportunity (SO), Strength-Threat (ST), Weakness-Opportunity (WO), and Weakness-Threat (WT) strategies.Conclusion: The resulting strategies involve expanding the target market, enhancing customer loyalty, increasing company capacity, improving the dissemination of information about the company, creating a forecast plan for purchases, types of materials, and transportation usage, conducting and deepening regular inspections, and conducting periodic evaluations. Abstract

The main health problem in the adult age group in Indonesia is obesity, which is closely related to diet. The purpose of this research is to design a verified business model for "Go Healthy" catering. This research uses a consumer discovery approach and a descriptive research design. Data collection was carried out by purposive sampling in the Jabodetabek area. The research respondents were 50 people aged 19-24 years who were interested in diet programs. Data were collected by filling out online questionnaires and in-depth interviews. Based on the results of the research, the problems found in this study are irregular diets, poor food quality, and nutritional deficits. These problems became the basis for the formation of the "Go Healthy" catering prototype. The "Go Healthy" catering prototype is a menu arrangement for 15 days with the value offered including menu customization, menu composition info with nutritional content, and affordable prices. The business is ffered through online and offline outlet channels and through resellers. The business revenue comes from a subscription system.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the business diversification strategy of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and its subsidiaries, explain their business operations, and explore growth potential. This research tries to identify the company's internal and external environmental factors after business diversification, conduct an analysis of the corporate position and portfolio of business units and subsidiaries, and formulate a new business diversification strategy concept. This research method is descriptive qualitative with the data used in the research including primary data collected through interviews and questionnaires, as well as secondary data such as company financial reports, industry performance reports, and industry attractiveness. PT Hutama Karya's business diversification includes expansion into various business divisions, including Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT), Non-Toll Road Business Entity (Non-BUJT), and the establishment of subsidiaries such as Hutama Karya Infrastruktur (HKI), HAKAAston, HK Realtindo, Hutama Marga Waskita (HAMAWAS), and EPC Energy Singapore Ltd. The main supporting factors for this diversification are the continued economic growth and government support in infrastructure development. The company's internal strengths are the application of technology and adaptation to changes in the construction industry, they also face challenges such as cashflow issues, global economic uncertainty, and changes in political direction. The SWOT analysis shows that the company is in the "Grow and Build" quadrant and needs to pursue aggressive business diversification. The results of the GE Nine Cell Matrix analysis show a diverse position for the company's business units, with some as "Leaders" and others needing to be managed carefully or even divested.The managerial implications of this study are the need for business ecosystem development and business portfolio diversification, technology development across businesses to support competitive advantage, and the creation of new opportunities after the completion of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road project.

Abstract

The manufacturing sector, including the automotive industry, is vital to the Indonesian economy. The research was conducted at a company engaged in automotive components. In increasingly fierce competition, companies foster long-term relationships to win customers. This research aims to analyze the effect of relational marketing variables on loyalty using quantitative methods and then design strategies to increase customer loyalty using qualitative methods. The initial stage of the research is to identify the existing relationship marketing implementation, then analyze the influence using the PLS-SEM quantitative method involving 100 respondents, and then the analysis is used to formulate strategy priorities using the SWOT matrix qualitative method involving 3 respondents. The results showed that perceived quality has a significant effect on perceived value. Perceived quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on trust. Perceived value has a significant effect on commitment. Trust has a significant effect on loyalty. Commitment has no significant effect on loyalty. Then, the managerial implications carried out as a result of strategic prioritization are improving product quality to reduce customer complaints, creating wider market opportunities, and increasing customer loyalty.
