Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha (Undiksha) menjadi salah satu perguruan tinggi yang memanfaatkan SI/TI untuk memudahkan berbagai aktivitas. Implementasi SI/TI di Undiksha dikelola berpusat pada Unit Penunjang Akademik Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (UPA TIK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyelaraskan antara kebutuhan bisnis Undiksha dan implementasi SI/TI untuk tahun 2025-2029. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan keunggulan kompetitif Undiksha dalam implementasi SI/TI. Pendekatan metode yang digunakan adalah Ward and Peppard. Adapun tahap-tahap dari pendekatan metode ini adalah analisis bisnis internal dan eksternal, analisis SI/TI internal dan eksternal, strategi bisnis SI, strategi TI, strategi manajemen SI/TI, dan roadmap dari masing-masing strategi. Melalui metode Ward and Peppard, penelitian ini menghasilkan usulan strategi bisnis SI, strategi TI, dan manajemen strategi SI/TI Undiksha tahun 2025-2029. Seluruh hasil penelitian didokumentasikan dalam Master Plan SI/TI Undiksha Tahun 2025-2029. Melalui penelitian ini, diharapkan implementasi SI/TI dapat lebih strategis untuk lima periode lima tahun, yakni pada tahun 2025 sampai dengan 2029.

Integration of technology in the teaching and learning process brings innovation where a learning process can be conducted virtually despite time and place boundaries. Online learning as the integration of learning and technology is used as the primary strategy to continue the teaching and learning process due to the Covid-19 outbreak. This study aims to analyze student perceptions of online learning before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the students had negative and positive perceptions of online learning before and during the pandemic. Before the pandemic, the students emphasized exploring the materials, while the students emphasized flexibility in learning during the pandemic. Meanwhile, negative perceptions are shown through the loss of direct communication between teachers and students. During the pandemic, students emphasized the flexibility aspect of the online learning mode. However, negative perceptions also emerged, namely the abundance of online tasks and the difficulties of using e-learning. Various challenges of online learning were also found during the pandemic compared to before the outbreak. For example in addition to inadequate internet connections and gadgets, anxiety problems due to the workload and less appropriate learning plan also arose. It can be seen that online learning before and during the outbreak experienced dynamics, so teachers and students must be encouraged to be more adaptive in dealing with changes in their learning.

Self-efficacy may be more challenging to achieve in the context of distance learning when students rely on their teachers as their learning source. This study aims to analyze the importance of students' self-efficacy in their distance learning success. This study adapting library research model into the qualitative design, the present study used experts' opinions and previous studies as data sources to answer how students' self-efficacy affects their success in distance learning. Data sources were selected from conceptual and research articles on related topics, published in 2016-2022 in international reputable journals and national journals accredited by SINTA. The selection used specific keywords and a series of inclusion/exclusion processes. Twenty-six articles were included as relevant data sources to answer the research question. Critical readings led to synthesis during the analysis, which resulted in the conclusion that factors affecting self-efficacy, such as familiarity with distance learning, feedback and rewards, motivation and attitude affect students' distance learning success. It implies that metacognitive maturity, such as self-efficacy, plays a vital role in students’ academic success in distance learning.

Tujuan dari Iptek Bagi Masyarakat (IBM) ini adalah untuk menerapkan teknologi Smart School dan memberikan pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada guru-guru di SMA Negeri 1 Kuta dan SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja. Manfaat penerapan Smart School adalah bisa mempermudah manajemen sekolah dan guru untuk melakukan kegiatan terkait akademik dan kemahasiswaan. Smart School yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini berupa hasil penelitian yang terdiri dari Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) Sekolah, Sistem Informasi Inventarisasi Sekolah, Sistem Informasi Perpustakaan Sekolah, Elearning dan Sistem Computerized Based Testing (CBT). IBM ini menjawab permasalahan guru-guru yang disibukkan dengan penyusunan laporan akademik dan kemahasiswaan sehingga menganggu fokus dalam pelaksanaan proses belajar mengajar. Dengan diterapkan sistem Smart School ini dan dipahami cara pemanfaatannya, diharapkan bisa mempermudah guru dalam melakukan kegiatannya serta mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar. Sasaran dari program IBM ini adalah SMA Negeri 1 Kuta dan SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja, hal ini berdasarkan kesiapan teknologi dan keinginan pihak sekolah untuk menerapkan Smart School ini. Sekolah-sekolah ini diharapkan menjadi role model bagi sekolah lainnya dalam menerapkan Smart School. Tahapan IBM ini terdiri dari Persiapan, Pelaksanaan, Pendampingan dan Evaluasi. Hasil dari IBM ini berupa terimplementasinya Smartschool di SMA Negeri 1 Kuta dan SMA Negeri 4 Singaraja.

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan di desa Patas, Kecamatan Gerokgak, Kabupaten Buleleng Bali dengan topik Optimalisasi Pendataan Penduduk melalui aplikasi Sistem Desa Terintegrasi(SDECI). Berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi yang dilakukan di desa Patas, desa Patas mengalami kendala dalam optimalisasi layanan pemerintahan desa terutama dalam pendataan anggota penduduk. Demografis desa yang luas dan jumlah penduduk yang banyak menjadi kendala untuk mendapatkan data yang terbaru mengenai demografi kependudukan, sehingga hal ini berdampak dalam memaksimalkan pengambilan keputusan dan pelaporan data. Disisi lain, literasi teknologi di desa Patas sudah memadai, kantor desa sudah dilengkapi dengan komputer dan internet. Sumber daya tersebut seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan untuk mengoptimalkan pendataan desa Patas dengan penerapan teknologi dalam akusisi data. Selain dari sumber daya teknologi, kelebihan yang dimiliki desa Patas adalah motivasi tinggi dari staff desa dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintah desa, hal ini terbukti dari sudah diterapkannya sistem dalam administrasi persuratan. Melalui pengabdian, tim pengabdi yang memiliki pengalaman dalam bidang penelitian dan pengembangan teknologi informasi menerapkan solusi optimalisasi pendataan profil desa. Pengabdian ini dalam bentuk penyediaan teknologi, pelatihan dan pendampingan literasi teknologi pada staff dan masyarakat desa Patas, serta pengembangan dan penerapan aplikasi Sistem Desa Cerdas Terintegrasi (SIDECI) Patas. Selain itu, pada pengabdian ini juga dilakukan pelatihan bagi perangkat desa dalam menggunakan aplikasi pendukung administrasi pemerintahaan seperti pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi Mailmerge khususnya untuk persuratan desa, aplikasi Trello untuk manajemen penugasan dan aplikasi Google Drive dan Form untuk meningkatkan dokukemntasi dan produkfitas dalam bekerja. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, kegiatan ini dinilai memiliki kebermanfaatan yang tinggi terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan bagi perangkat desa Patas.

This research is aimed to determine the results of the usability analysis from the website Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya viewed from the user side as well as knowing the recommendation of website improvement of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya from usability aspect. The methods used are Usability Testing of Performance Measurement and Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) techniques and the dissemination of SUS questionnaires. The results showed that the Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya still not effective, it is seen from the error or mistake made by users of lecturers and students while doing the task. Statistically website Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya has been efficient for lecture but not efficient for college students users. For lecturers there are 6 out of 10 tasks that do not have significant time difference, while for college students there are 4 out of 10 tasks that do not have significant time difference. From the aspect of user satisfaction, both lecturers and college students feel still less satisfied using the website of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya, this can be seen from the SUS questionnaire scores of lecturers of 63.28 and college students users of 58.44. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya has not fulfilled the criteria of products that have good usability, because the three aspects (effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction) have not been met. Based on the above, the recommendation of Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (STIPAR) Triatma Jaya website is focused on adjustment of display, language and term change, feature addition, menu name adjustment, menu structure and menu layout, content addition and menu simplification. IMPLEMENTASI METODE C4.5 DAN NAIVE BAYES BERBASIS ADABOOST UNTUK MEMPREDIKSI KELAYAKAN PEMBERIAN KREDIT

At PT. BPR XYZ credit problems is a very vital issue, where if many debtors are delinquent in payment it will increase the NPL value of the bank itself. Increasing the NPL value above 5% indicates that the bank is not healthy. From the above problems, then in this study aims to perform the implementation process of data mining methods to determine the accuracy level of prediction of creditworthiness at PT. BPR XYZ, so that the future of credit problems can be overcome. Data mining methods used in the prediction process are C4.5 and Naïve Bayes methods, where both methods are implemented and the accuracy level comparison process is used to see which method is more accurate in predicting creditworthiness. Both methods are also embedded AdaBoost method with the aim of increasing the accuracy in the process of prediction of creditworthiness feasibility. The result obtained from the comparison of method accuracy level, stated that the better accuracy is C4.5 method that is 90.00% with the precision level of 86.67%. As for the accuracy of Naïve Bayes method that is equal to 70.00% with the precision level of 79.71%. Then with the addition of AdaBoost method in predicting creditworthiness proved to increase the higher accuracy value of 91.54% in method C4.5 and by 78.13% in Naïve Bayes method. From the description above, with the implementation of AdaBoost method on the method of C4.5 and Naïve Bayes can improve the accuracy of the prediction of creditworthiness of PT. BPR XYZ. In addition, the implementation of the AdaBoost-based C4.5 method can be a recommendation for PT. BPR XYZ in conducting predictive process of credit worthiness in the future.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengukuran tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap situs e-commerce. Langkah awal yang dilakukan yaitu identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan melalui studi literatur dan studi empirik untuk menentukan model analisis terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi secara online yaitu pengetahuan konsumen terhadap e-commerce, reputasi penjual, resiko dalam transaksi, kemudahan penggunaan e-commerce, jaminan sistem, sikap/perilaku terhadap sistem dan sistem keamanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Provinsi Bali menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan kriteria responden pernah berkunjung dan melakukan transaksi di e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia lebih dari 3 kali. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan data interval berskala 5 Likert. Instrumen terlebih dahulu diuji validitas isi dengan metode Robert Gregory, validitas empiris menggunakan rumus product moment, reliabilitas instrument menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, dan menghasilkan 59 pernyataan yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan data. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik analisis data, pengujian hipotesis dan pengujian model menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian ini melalui pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang situs e-commerce dan perlindungan keamanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan. Resiko, kemudahan e-commerce, jaminan sistem dan sistem keamanan bukan menjadi sesuatu yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan karena pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Reputasi yang dirasakan dan sikap merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dan paling berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian diuji menggunakan goodness of fit index dan menghasilkan bahwa model penelitian tersebut dapat diterima dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keinginan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi online

Organization maturity level is rarely considered when adopted a new technology. Aim of this study is to find the role of organization maturity level in order to improve the information system (IS) capability through ERP implementation approach. There are four variables involved on this study, namely: ERP drives Business Process Reengineering (BPR) (X1), BPR drives ERP (X2) as independent variables, organization maturity level (Y) as a moderating variable, and IS capability (Y1) as a dependent variable. We applied the path analysis to identify direct and indirect effect between ERP implementation approach and IS capability through organization maturity level. There are 277 key individuals from 37 different organization which is represented 10 industrial sectors responded to the questionnaires. The response rate for this survey research is 39.57% from 700 questionnaires which were distributed. Survey result shows that organization maturity level has a major role which can improve to better IS capability in organization. It is shown that a direct effect between X1 and Y1 (ρY1X1=0.331) is lower than an indirect effect between X1 and Y1 through Y (ρYX1 and ρYY1 = 0.369). Whereas, direct effect between X2 and Y1 (ρY1X2=0.096) is lower than indirect effect between X2 and Y1 through Y (ρYX2 and ρYY1 = 0.233). It can be concluded that the organization has to put a more effort on organization maturity level in order to gain a better IS capability, especially when it uses BPR drives ERP approach to implement the ERP system.

The advancement of digital technology requires educators to possess adequate digital literacy to effectively integrate technology into the teaching and learning process. However, digital literacy among subject teachers varies widely and requires special attention, especially in maximizing the use of technology to support educational practices. This study aims to provide an overview of the digital literacy levels of Indonesian language teachers at the junior high school level. The research employed a qualitative method with an online survey involving 72 Indonesian language teachers, selected through a cluster-quota sampling technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire adapted from the DigCompEdu model, comprising 22 core statements and 13 additional questions to explore the sample’s characteristics and teaching environment. Data were analyzed by comparing the percentage scores in each aspect of digital literacy within the DigCompEdu model. The results showed that most teachers reached the B1: Integrator level of digital literacy, reflecting their ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching. Teachers predominantly used digital technologies such as presentation media when teaching Indonesian language subjects. However, the study also identified several areas for improvement, including reflective practice, resource selection, teaching, evidence analysis, differentiation and personalization, and communication skills. This study concludes by emphasizing the importance of continuous digital literacy development to enable teachers to maximize the potential of technology in education.
