Abstract

Completion of thesis for students is one of the requirements to get a bachelor's degree. But there are still students who have some problems in the thesis process. Therefore, an alternative container is needed to accommodate the additional needs of students in one environment and be able to help facilitate students in completing their thesis activities, namely the application of student thesis assistance. This system is designed using Progressive Web App (PWA) technology so that students and their guardians can use this web application offline, get notification of the latest information and add it to the home screen. The design carried out is the design of architecture, components, data, and interfaces. The design of this application was tested using the Traceability Matrix, (Coupling between Object Classes) CBO, (Response for a Class) RFC, (Lack of cohesion in methods 1) LCOM1 metrics, and (Lack of cohesion in methods 2) LCOM2 metrics. The results of the design are compatible with all artifacts made based on the use case with traceability matrix testing. The design quality test results have a low coupling with an average value at the level of CBO <= 5 and RFC <= 100. Low cohesion in all three classes tested with LCOM1> 1 and fulfills LCOM2 values ​​0 to 1, high understandability due to low coupling, and high adaptability due to average CBO values ​​between 1 to 3. Average RFC values ​​between 1 to 69.

Abstract

The absence of mid-term test and final exam score reporting system at SMAN 1 Bululawang was causing the students to be unaware of the score they have been obtained. Aside from the solution of the existing problems, E-Pembelajaran system here functioned as the form of teaching and learning activities as well. The system of E-Pembelajaran also provides a feature named plagiarism checking for the assignments as well as quizzes which form is descriptive or essay. The feature of plagiarism checking is being developed using cosine similarity method. The development of this system is conducted using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and waterfall modeling. Requirement analysis done in this system is resulting in 4 actors, 46 functional requirements, and 1 non-functional requirement. This research used blackbox and whitebox test method with unit testing strategies, integration testing, and validation testing. The results of the tests conducted on those unit testing from 3 functional requirement tests produce valid values,, then on the integration test of 1 functional requirement tests valid values, and validation test which yields 100% valid from all functional requirement indicates that the system is in accordance with the requirement specification. Non-functional test conducted is the compatibility test which expected the system to be able to run in different user environments, such as in google chrome, mozila firefox, internet explorer, microsoft edge, opera dan perangkat mobile.

Abstract

At Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang, the process of lecturer performance evaluation is related to the process of applying for promotion and lecturer certification. The current lecturer performance evaluation process uses an online assessment system, but has not been able to help lecturers more anticipate and measure the success rate in the process of applying for promotion and lecturer certification. In the old system the evaluation results file were still separated, making it difficult for the lecturer to use it for submission of promotions. Based on these problems, this research develops a lecturer performance evaluation system that accommodates the evaluation of lecturers evaluation results in the form of lecturer credits and can help lecturers to conduct simulations of evaluating the success of lecturer certification submissions and help lecturers to anticipate lecturers to submit lecturer promotions. In this research the requirement analysis process produced 37 functional requirement and 1 non-functional requirement involving 4 Actors, the design and implementation process produced architectural, components and interfaces designs with the results of code implementation, data implementation resulted in 8 data tables, and interface implementation. Implementation results were then tested with Whitebox testing using unit tests with 4 samples 100% valid and Blackbox testing using validation testing with 37 test cases 100% valid.

Abstract

Uda Fajri store is a shop that provides ingredients in making cakes, which is located in the warrior market, west bekasi. In this shop the management of goods carried out is still manual and not yet affordable by technology. In terms of recording incoming goods and when making transactions. Then to overcome this problem the development of "Inventory Management Information System with ReactJs and React Native Using Prototype". In the development of this system uses the react reacts framework to develop websites and native react frameworks to develop mobile applications. The development of this system uses SDLC prototyping. The development of this system begins with the stages of exploring the study of literature, needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and conclusion. From the results of the needs analysis, 1 actor involved in the system is obtained, namely the admin. Then in the needs analysis and design stages also built a Unified Modeling Language or UML in the form of use case diagrams in which there are use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Then the system implementation stage is carried out using the reactjs and react native frameworks. After the implementation is complete the developed system is then tested with whitebox testing for unit testing, in this unit testing only 4 main units are tested and produce valid results. Whereas the blackbox testing method is used for validation testing and produces 100% valid data from 15 test cases. From the tests that have been done illustrate that the system can run properly and in accordance with predetermined needs. Then in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test using a questionnaire instrument and Likert scale method, where there are 4 stages of UAT testing from the stage of testing the user's reaction to the system that has a percentage of 80%, the user's reaction to the interface has a percentage of 68%, the user's reaction when operating the system has a percentage of 96%, and user reactions to system functionality have a percentage of 76%.

Abstract

The Microbiology Laboratory is one of the laboratories at the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, Andalas University. The laboratory has a technical person in charge of managing the laboratory, namely laboratory staff. In general, laboratory management is tasked with serving laboratory lending for research and practicum, purchasing chemicals, and managing the inventory of laboratory equipment and materials. Problems that arise are the accumulation of research proposals in the laboratory, inaccurate information on the stock of equipment and materials and broad access to information, data collection in scheduling research and transactions that have not been organized, and the absence of information on the presence of institutions. Based on these problems, one of the efforts that can be done is to build a management information system that helps resolve these problems and increase efficiency in activities. Testing is required through three stages of testing, namely unit testing and integration testing with the white box method, and validation testing with the black box method. Performance testing is used to test non-functional requirements from the aspect of efficiency by comparing load time to the time needed before the system is implemented. This research resulted in a microbiology laboratory management information system in the form of a website and test results. In unit tests, validation and integration have a 100% valid success rate. Performance testing also shows valid results. Implementation of the system produces time efficiency 20 times faster than before the system was used.

Abstract

Software testing is a critical element of software quality assurance and represents a principal review of specifications, design and coding. Point of Sale can be interpreted as a cashier (check-out counter) with the cash register. Software Testing has many methods in testing application products, one of which is the McCall Quality Theory, this theory focuses on 3 main things namely Product Revision, Product Transisiton and Product Operation. Testing the Point of Sale system using McCall is able to help testers review and redefine the functionalities that exist in the software, the McCall method is considered to provide a more practical method in clarifying software requirements into software quality factors. Rakoon POS is a software application product made by PT. JakaMedia, based on cashier financial management, to help the financial system at the cashier, manage, and process data that is sensitive to transactions in website-based business entities. In fact, the Rakoon POS application has never been tested before using the Software Testing method, the Quality and Reliability of this product has not been proven argumentatively. With this definition outlined, McCall's quality theory is expected to be able to help improve the factors in the application of the Rakoon POS cashier system.

Abstract

Analytical Chemistry Laboratory is one of the seven laboratories in the Chemistry Department. One of the activities in analytical chemistry laboratory is to test the level of hydroquinone solution. Hydroquinone is a compound that is toxic when inhaled by the nose and in direct contact with eyes and skin. Hydroquinone analysis using spectrophotometry method is one method that is fast compared to other methods but in determining the level of hydroquinone solution using the UV spectrophotometry method must understand the use of UV spectrophotometer so it requires time to learn the use of the instrument. In using a UV spectrophotometer the device must wait for 30 minutes after the device is turned on to perform a calibration so that it can be used in conducting analysis. In this research, the authors developed an application based on Android-based levels of hydroquinone solution to assist in analyzing the levels of hydroquinone solutions using RGB color codes from smartphone camera photo results which were then performed calculations using lambert-beer law in determining the levels of hydroquinone solutions. The application is built using the prototyping method because the requirements of the system have not been fully defined at the beginning. The results of functional tests which include unit testing, integration, and validation obtained 100% valid results. The results of non-functional testing are compatibility testing with system results that can be run on the Android operating system with a minimum version of 7.0 to 10.0.

Abstract

In the era of information technology development as it is now certainly will affect the increasing competitiveness of the business world. Wedding organizer company is one of the companies engaged in the service sector that requires assistance from the advancement of information technology such as websites. Changes in lifestyle and financial capabilities make the bride and groom often do not have enough time in preparing for their wedding. The wedding.co application development is an application that can provide a service for brides who will order a wedding package service in real time. The wedding.co application development acts as a platform to bring together wedding organizer companies in Malang with prospective brides. The application development process uses waterfall method with prototyping model requirements engineering, starts from the requirements engineering phase to the testing phase with an object-oriented approach. At the requirements engineering phase, there are 67 functional requirements and 1 non-functional requirement. The implementation phase of this application is done using the PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. The testing phase conducted is unit testing with 100% valid data from 3 functionality tested, integration testing with 100% valid data from 1 functionality tested, and validation testing with 100% valid data from 32 functionality tested. Non-functional testing is tested using the compatibility parameter conducted proves that this application can run on 6 browsers, namely Internet Explorer, Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, iOS, and Android.

Abstract

Monthly report (LB1) is disease data report containing ICD-10 data code, distribution of disease cases according to age group, and new cases or old cases. The report of disease data has done routine in every month, quarter, and annual report. The problem of Public Health Center Dinoyo in recording and reporting are still manual or conventional way to process, maintain, and deliver the report. The average amount of disease data at the Dinoyo Public Health Center was recorded 2000 - 3000 in every month by use manual system and it caused the record taking long time process, incomplete data so that it affected on the accuracy of LB1. Furthermore, late delivery of the report made the Health Office of Malang City could not monitoring, evaluating, and have difficulty to know the public health center's around Indonesia which not sent the report. Based on these problems is built the system based on website with waterfall model development, Codeigniter framework, and PHP programming language. The result is information system can be used for managing medical records, monthly report (LB1), and monitoring the monthly report (LB1). Based on the testing that has been done produce 100% valid value on unit testing, integration, and validation which shows that the system function already fulfilling the needs. The result of usability test is using usability scale system method obtained the score up to 77 which could be concluded the system has been acceptable and has provided user convinience.
