Abstract

In the selection of acceptance of lecturers at a university can be done when the selected applicants have a good competence in accordance with they’re background because this can affect the teaching service. Lecturers who have good competence has the ability for understanding the subject matter that in line with the background, extensive pieces of knowledge, be able to speak English both oral and written and be able to provide a positive example and teaching methods that are easily understood by students. This can provide a good image for the university because the selected lecturers have a good potential. To help determine the acceptance of lecturers then we needed a decision support system. One method that can be used for Decision Support System is using Simple  Additive Weighting (SAW). This method is chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case, the intended alternative is to determine the acceptance of lecturers

Abstract

The problem-solving ability of students is still very low, so there is a need for media that can facilitate these abilities. Android-based learning media that is integrated with local wisdom of traditional games and mathematics in providing a new color for learning activities. This research aims to test whether the Kaulinan Barudak ethnomathematics android application that the researcher is making can improve students' problem-solving abilities. In addition, this research activity seeks to see how the user responds to the Kaulinan Barudak android application. The method used in this research is Research and Development (RnD) with the Borg and Gall model. There are 10 stages in this model, namely potential, data collection, product design, design validation, revision, product trial, revision, user experiment, revision, and mass production. Meanwhile, this research is already at the user trial stage. The experiment was conducted on 30 students of Junior High School/MTs Al Hidayah class VIII. Next, look to see if there are differences before and after treatment with applications using pre-test and post-test. The results of this research are (1) This research has provided an overview of the user's response to the Kaulinan Barudak ethnomathematics application which is not valid and feasible to be used as a medium for learning mathematics for seventh-grade students of junior high school; and (2) This research proves that with the use of the Kaulinan Barudak application, the student's understanding ability increases, this can be seen from the average pre-test and post-test and the results of the t-test that have been carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and social media marketing on brand image and purchase decision, with brand image as a mediating variable. The theories used in this study include source credibility, self-congruity, and stimulus-organism-response, which explain how these two digital marketing variables affect consumer perceptions and their decision-making. The research uses a structured survey approach in the automotive sector, with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) as the analysis technique. The results show that influencer marketing and social media marketing have a significant positive impact on brand image and purchase decision. Brand image is proven to mediate the relationship between influencer marketing, social media marketing, and purchase decision, confirming the important role of brand image in the consumer decision-making process. These findings support the relevance of the theories used in digital marketing. Practically, the results of this study have implications for companies to prioritize the credibility and congruence between influencers and brands in their social media marketing strategies. The research also highlights the importance of transparency in influencer collaborations to build consumer trust. Limitations of the study include the use of data collected at a single point in time, which limits the ability to draw causal conclusions, as well as the automotive industry context, which may affect generalizability. Future research is recommended to use longitudinal or experimental designs to explore the negative effects of influencer marketing and social media marketing.

Abstract

Kementerian Kesehatan (Kemenkes) menerbitkan Surat Edaran (SE) Direktur Jenderal Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Penyakit Nomor SR.02.06/II/1180/2022 tentang Penyesuaian Pelaksanaan Vaksinasi COVID-19 Dosis Lanjutan (Booster) bagi Masyarakat Umum. Dalam aturan ini, disebutkan bahwa penyuntikan dosis lanjutan bagi masyarakat umum dapat diberikan minimal enam bulan setelah menerima vaksinasi dosis lengkap. Perlindungan masyarakat terhadap COVID-19 perlu terus ditingkatkan, termasuk melalui pemberian vaksinasi dosis lanjutan (booster). Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan edukasi vaksinasi Covid-19 dan vaksinasi booster sehingga tidak mudah percaya berita hoax tentang vaksinasi Covid-19 dan masyarakat sadar akan pentingnya vaksinasi Covid-19. Kegiatan ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan. Kegiatan diawali dengan penyusunan rencana dan proposal kegiatan pengabdian, kemudian mengurus surat yang ditujukan kepada mitra dan perizinan. Setelah itu dilakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Kegiatan berikutnya adalah evaluasi kegiatan, dan tahapan terakhir memberikan feed back serta penyusunan  laporan. Kesadaran masyarakat untuk mendapatkan vaksinasi primer dan dilanjutkan vaksinasi booster sehingga meningkatkan imunitas tubuh dan menekan penularan Covid-19.Kata kunci: Vaksinasi booster, Covid-19, Herd Imunity

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pembelajaran matematika disajikan di masa pandemi covid-19 dengan pendekatan matematika realistik. Aplikasi apa saja dan media apa saja yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika secara daring di masa pandemic. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas, terdapat perbedaan kelas yang dimaksud disini adalah kelas virtual. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa kelas VIII semester 2 tahun pelajaran 2019/2020. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada beberapa aplikasi yang digunakan dalam menunjang pembelajaran matematika selama masa pandemic dengan pendeketan matematika realistik yaitu media sosial whatsapp group, google class room, google form, zoom meting dan google meet. Selanjutnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah barang-barang pribadi yang ada dirumah dan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari siswa gunakan ketika belajar tentang lingkaran maka yang digunakan sebagai alat peraga yang memang sehari-hari siswa gunakan untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran yang bentuknya lingkaran seperti ban sepeda, hula hup, birbir gelas dan lain sebagainya. Adapula kedala dalam pembelajaran daring yaitu keterbatasan inftastuktur penunjang kegiatan pembelajaran dan juga kuota intenet yang menyedot cukup banyak kuota internet siswa dan guru. The purpose of this study is how mathematics learning is presented during the Covid-19 pandemic with a realistic mathematics approach. What applications and media are used in online mathematics learning during a pandemik. The method used in this research is classroom action research, there are differences in the class referred to here, namely the virtual class. This research was conducted on class VIII students in semester 2 of the 2019/2020 academic year. The results of this study are that there are several applications used to support mathematics learning during the pandemic with realistic mathematics approaches, namely social media WhatsApp group, google class room, google form, zoom meting and google meet. Furthermore, the learning media used are personal items at home and in everyday life students use when learning about circles, they are used as props that students use everyday to serve as learning media in a circle like bicycle tires, hula hup, beer glass and so on. There are also problems in online learning, namely the limitations of the infrastructure to support learning activities and also the internet quota which takes up quite a lot of internet quota for students and teacher

Abstract

This study aims to develop mathematics learning media using ethnomathematical elements in Javanese batik which are called an android-based ethnobatic application. Ethnobatics is an android-based learning application designed to be used in learning mathematics combined with Javanese batik culture to increase students' interest and understanding in learning mathematics by relating everyday realities through Javanese batik motifs. The research method used in this study is RnD (Research and Development) with the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire instrument to test the validity of the application used for expert validators and elementary school students as users. The results of this study indicate that the android-based ethnobatic application can be used as a medium for learning mathematics based on the assessment of expert validators and also the assessment of students in the use of ethnobatic applications in mathematics learning activities.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan kinerja karyawan dengan mengkaji pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja di kantor konsultan pajak. Studi ini bertujuan membandingkan kinerja karyawan yang menangani tiga kasus dengan mereka yang menangani lima kasus selama periode tiga bulan. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan kelompok non-ekivalen. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 32 karyawan yang dipilih secara acak dari sebuah firma konsultan pajak. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi kinerja karyawan yang telah divalidasi sebelumnya. Analisis data dilakukan melalui statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji independent samples t-test untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja antara dua kelompok karyawan yang memiliki beban kerja berbeda. Hasil penelitian: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja karyawan yang menangani tiga kasus dan lima kasus. Karyawan yang menangani tiga kasus memiliki rata-rata skor kinerja yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan karyawan yang menangani lima kasus. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan beban kerja berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, di mana semakin banyak kasus yang ditangani, semakin rendah kualitas kinerja yang dihasilkan. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa beban kerja tinggi berdampak negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajer perlu mengatur beban kerja secara seimbang, dan penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan variabel seperti tekanan waktu, pengalaman, dan kompetensi karyawan untuk pemahaman yang lebih mendalam.

Abstract

Objective: This study examines the role of consumer attitudes in the relationship between celebrity endorser credibility (attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise) and green purchase intention, with innovativeness as a moderating variable. The research clarifies how these factors impact purchase intention for eco-friendly products, focusing on a green beauty brand. Design/Methods/Approach: This explanatory research utilizes a quantitative approach to analyze relationships between variables. The sample consists of 200 Instagram users. Data was collected via questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS software, employing descriptive analysis and path analysis to examine celebrity endorser credibility influence on consumer attitudes and purchasing behavior. The theoretical framework integrates the Source Credibility Model, Theory of Planned Behavior, and Diffusion of Innovations Theory to examine celebrity endorser credibility influence on consumer attitudes and purchasing behavior. Findings: All three dimensions of celebrity endorser credibility, attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise, positively and significantly influenced consumer attitudes towards green products. Attitudes towards green products significantly impacted green purchase intentions. Consumer innovativeness negatively moderated the relationship between attitudes and green purchase intentions, indicating that innovative consumers are less influenced by attitudes when making purchasing decisions. Originality/Value: This study disaggregates celebrity credibility dimensions in green marketing contexts, revealing that attractiveness dominates over expertise in driving green purchase intentions through attitude formation. The research uniquely identifies consumer innovativeness as a negative moderator, demonstrating that highly innovative consumers rely less on attitude formation when making green purchase decisions, challenging traditional consumer behavior models. Practical/Policy Implication: Brand managers of green beauty products seeking to increase green purchase intention should prioritize celebrity attractiveness over expertise when selecting endorsers. Marketing practitioners should develop campaigns emphasizing emotional appeal while implementing differentiated strategies for innovative consumers, highlighting product uniqueness rather than traditional environmental benefits.

Abstract

Stunting merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama kesehatan anak di Indonesia, ditandai dengan gagal tumbuh akibat kekurangan gizi kronis yang berpengaruh pada perkembangan fisik, kognitif, serta prestasi akademik anak di masa depan. Berdasarkan data Kementerian Kesehatan, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia mencapai 27,67% pada tahun 2021, dan Indonesia termasuk dalam sepuluh negara dengan tingkat stunting tertinggi di dunia menurut UNICEF. Pulau Seribu sebagai wilayah kepulauan menghadapi tantangan tersendiri dalam penanganan stunting, seperti keterbatasan akses makanan bergizi, layanan kesehatan, dan pengetahuanmasyarakat tentang gizi seimbang. Keterbatasan sumber daya di posyandu juga menghambat proses pemantauan dan intervensi balita stunting. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) di Posyandu Mawar, yang mampu menganalisis berbagai kriteria status gizi balita secara objektif dan memberikan rekomendasi intervensi yang tepat. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu kader posyandu dan orang tua balita dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak, mengidentifikasi risiko stunting secara lebih efektif dan efisien, serta menjadi referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya dalam pengembangan teknologi pendukungkeputusan di bidang kesehatan anak.

Abstract

PT Indotrans Data menghadapi persoalan dalam pencatatan presensi dan evaluasi kinerja karyawan, seperti ketidakakuratan data, manipulasi kehadiran, serta bias subjektivitas pada proses penilaian. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan dengan memanfaatkan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode ini digunakan untuk menghitung dan membandingkan nilai karyawan berdasarkan sejumlah kriteria yang ditentukan sehingga menghasilkan peringkat yang lebih objektif. Sistem dibangun berbasis desktop menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java dengan MySQL sebagai basis data. Fitur utama yang dirancang meliputi pencatatan presensi terkomputerisasi, penyimpanan data kinerja, serta modul perankingan otomatis. Dengan pendekatan ini, proses evaluasi karyawan menjadi lebih cepat, terukur, dan transparan dibandingkan cara manual. Hasil rancangan diharapkan dapat mendukung manajemen dalam mengambil keputusan berbasis data, sekaligus meminimalkan potensi bias maupun kesalahan teknis pada pengelolaan presensi dan kinerja.
