Abstract

The problem of this research is: what are the most dominant of pronunciation error words produced by students of MAN 2 Bireuen. The objective of this research is : to find out the most dominant of pronunciation error words produced by second years students of MAN 2 Bireuen. This research is categorized into a case study used descriptive qualitative method because this research was to find the dominant error words produced by students. The researcher conducted this research at MAN 2 Bireuen, the subject of the research is the second year students which consisted of 11 students. Furthermore, through error analysis of pronounciation in Malem Diwa text that’s given to second year students of MAN 2 Bireuen has been proven that students produced error when they read the text. The result of this study indicate that students dominant produced error words are noun with the average percentage 38,36% and students still face some factors; first they do not know about pronunciation, second they obtained difficulties in pronouncing new English words, the last is teachers’ neglect about pronunciation focus study during the learning process.

Abstract

The title of this research is Novel Tanah Surga Merah By Arafat Nur (2017): Between Sacrifice and Betrayal. The purpose of this research is 1) To analyze and describe how the main character’s conflicts between sacrifice and betrayal, 2) To know the moral values in the novel Tanah Surga Merah, and 3) To know the religious values in the novel Tanah Surga Merah. The method utilized in this research is library research design. In collecting research data results, the researcher conducted primary data and secondary data. The primary data of this research was a novel by Arafat Nur entitled Tanah Surga Merah. To obtain the results from the primary data, the researcher focused on the point of sacrifice and betrayal, then focused on the values of this novel. Meanwhile, the research outcome from the secondary data in this research was obtained from reading the books, internets, articles, or other documents related to the novel Tanah Surga Merah by Arafat Nur. In analyzing the data results, the researcher adopted the technique form Miles & Huberman (1994) that consisted of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The extent of the sacrifice made by the main character and the betrayal committed by him for the path of morality and equity and how it is greatly portrayed in the novel's plot about the circumstances of the Acehnese society that have changed substantially in terms of moral values and religious values was discovered as a result of analyzing the Tanah Surga Merah novel.

Abstract

This research focused on the interconnected aspects of the experiences which included expectations, challenges, and insights of the English Language Education Department students at Almuslim University. This research provided an in-depth exploration of the perspectives of the students throughout their participation in teaching practice program (PPL). This research employed a qualitative descriptive research method on the English Language Education students from the academic year 2019 at Almuslim university that have participated in PPL for three months starting from September 5th, 2022 to December 5th, 2022. Interview and documentation were the instruments utilized during the research process. The results of the research demonstrated that each PPL participant exhibited significant commonalities in their PPL experiences. Despite their expectations, challenges, and obstacles, the majority of PPL participants indicated that their PPL experiences were highly insightful and beneficial as a foundation of knowledge in the future, facilitating them to evolve into competent, multitalented, qualified, and professional teachers. Abstract

This research entitled is “The Use of Google Classroom During Pandemic In Teaching Oral Descriptive Text (a Collaborative Classroom Action Research at SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan Selatan)”. The researcher raised the problems of this research, namely: the first, How does the students improve their Oral Descriptive text through Google Classroom? And the second, How do students respond after using Google Classroom in Teaching Oral Descriptive text to the student at SMA 1 Peusangan Selatan?. The purpose of this study is to know the students improve their Oral Descriptive text through Google Classroom and to know the students respond after using Google Classroom in Teaching Oral Descriptive text to the student at SMA 1 Peusangan Selatan. The method used in this research is Collaborative Classroom Action Research. The researcher collaborated with teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan Selatan. The instruments used in this research are test, observation checklist and questionnaire. Based on the result of the data analysis, it can be found that, the mean score of the students test in oral descriptive text in first cycle was 36.55, in the second cycle was 67.75. based on the teaching and learning process the mean score of students’ observations in first cycle was 40.7 while in the second cycle was 82.1. the mean score of teacher observations in teaching oral descriptive text by using google classroom in first cycle was 56 while in the second cycle was 88. The students’ response to the application of the Google Classsroom in teaching oral descriptive text got an mean score of 87.11 or 3.33 (Strongly Agree). These results indicate that the use of google classroom in teaching oral descriptive text its good results and a satisfactory response. Thus this research is said to be successful.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan Disiplin Kerja Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Penelitian berlokasi di Kelurahan Payaraman Barat, Kecamatan Payaraman, Ogan Ilir. Adapun jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 30 guru dan 30 siswa dari SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan menggunakan angket yang berisi 60 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif, dan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh implementasi kurikulum merdeka terhadap hasil belajar siswa; terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa; terdapat pengaruh implementasi kurikulum merdeka dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan Disiplin Kerja Guru terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa memiliki pengaruh.

Abstract

Socialization of service is aimed at salt farmers in developing geomembrane technology for smallholder salt businesses in accordance with local resource conditions and capacities, potential and capacity for salt development and marketing, and the availability of technology to increase sales of salt based on information technology, as well as technical management capabilities in one management. The problem with salt farmers is mostly coastal communities which are identical with helplessness, poverty and backwardness, especially from the socio-economic aspect. Traditional production technology, small production scale, and limited marketing and promotion strategies cause the products they produce are still far from prosperous due to low income. The low income of salt farmers makes it difficult for salt farmers to implement innovations and increase the productivity of salt farmers in various regions. The objectives of implementing science and technology activities for the community (PKM) are, firstly, geomembrane technology to increase the resource capacity of salt farmers in an effective and efficient manner, secondly to increase sales marketing results of salt production, thirdly to increase sales significantly through information technology promotion media, fourthly to create shelters. Ergonomically salt in Kuala Cangkoy, Lapang District. The specifications of the socialization results from community service produced can achieve economies of scale and be able to have salt carried out in an integrated manner in the marketing management system. Have a strong bargaining position in the market, both the primary product market and its derivative products based on information technology technology. The last is being able to increase the income of partner members collectively from the results of storing salt because the place is built according to ergonomic principles and from a marketing perspective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine adaptation patterns, policies and efforts made by SDIT Multazam Pamekasan through a quality assurance system in order to optimize the implementation of independent/Merdeka learning. This study uses descriptive research methods and data collection techniques that are carried out, interviews, observation, and documentation. This research involved several important figures in SDIT Multazam Pemekasan. The results of the research conducted show that the principal and the team appointed as the education quality assurance system at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan have carried out their functions effectively and made several additional efforts so that the process of implementing the independent/Merdeka learning curriculum at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan can run well. These efforts are in the form of improvements to the school body by adjusting lesson plans, mentoring teachers and teaching staff, up to the preparation of 10 superior quality assurance programs as differentiating learning which are the output of the independent learning curriculum. These known efforts help increase motivation and interest in learning in students at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan.Keywords: Role, Education Quality Assurance System, Merdeka Learning Curriculum, Interest in Learning.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pola adaptasi, kebijakan dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh SDIT Multazam Pamekasan melalui sistem penjaminan mutu dalam rangka optimalisasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran mandiri/Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tokoh penting di SDIT Multazam Pemekasan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan tim yang ditunjuk sebagai sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan telah menjalankan fungsinya secara efektif dan melakukan beberapa upaya tambahan agar proses penerapan kurikulum pembelajaran mandiri/Merdeka di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Upaya tersebut berupa pembenahan badan sekolah dengan melakukan penyesuaian RPP, pendampingan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, hingga penyusunan 10 program penjaminan mutu unggulan sebagai pembeda pembelajaran yang merupakan output dari kurikulum pembelajaran mandiri. Upaya tersebut diketahui membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang konsep pelaksanaan Pendidikan juga manajemen di dalamnya berdasarkan pemikiran tokoh KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kajian pustaka atau study literature. Adapun sumber data yang ada dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada seluruh dokumen penelitian seperti buku, kitab, artikel jurnal, tesis, skripsi, disertasi maupun penelitian lainnya yang memiliki korelasi dengan topik penelitian, yaitu konsep Pendidikan menurut pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari yang tertuang dalam karyanya berjudul Adabul ‘Alim wal al-Muta’alim berhasil menawarkan konsep Pendidikan yang menarik, utamanya berkenaan dengan pengembangan karakter antar elemen atau sumber daya manusia yang terlibat di dalamnya. Konsep tersebut diketahui memiliki korelasi dengan beberapa poin Standar Pendidikan Nasional (SNP) yang berlaku di Indonesia. Sedangkan dalam konteks pelaksanaan manajemen Pendidikan Islam, KH. Hasyim Asy’ari juga berhasil mengelaborasikan pelaksanaan kurikulum Pendidikan Pesantren salaf dengan prinsip manajemen Pendidikan secara umum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemikiran KH. Hasyim Asy’ari adalah salah satu pedoman yang dapat dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam pengembangan Pendidikan karena telah berhasil mengukuhkan harmoni Pendidikan formal dan modern di Indonesia. Selain itu, pemikirannya secara nyata memiliki keautentikan yang luar biasa karena senantiasa relate dengan keresahan dunia pendidikan hingga saat ini.

Abstract

Program merdeka belajar merupakan salah satu kemajuan dalam kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji tentang gaya komunikasi serta kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam optimalisasi dari pelaksanan program merdeka belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka atau study literature terhadap buku, artikel jurnal, dan dokumen penelitian lainnya. Adapun hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa pola komunikasi dan gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat diterapkan untuk membantu dalam memaksimalkan pelaksanaan dari program merdeka belajar. Dalam gaya kepemimpin, maka dapat menerapkan kepemimpinan tranformasional, lalu kepemimpinan demokratis dan manajerial, serta kepemimpinan partisipatif. Sedangkan untuk pola komunikasi, maka dapat menerapkan pola komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi antar pribadi, dan juga komunikasi administratif. Masing-masing dari gaya kepemimpinan dan pola komunikasi ini dapat diterapkan oleh Kepala Sekolah dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi dari sumber daya manusia yang ada di Lembaga pendidikan masing-masing.

Abstract

The Nagari Tuo Pariangan Tourism Village, located in West Sumatra, is a village for the Minangkabau community as the origin of the growth of small villages in Minangkabau. Communities around the village generally work as farmers. Their source of income from farming and gardening makes the community quite prosperous and part of the population migrates. With the natural wealth of the people of Nagari Tuo Pariangan, they also empower their area as a leading tourism and cultural center, this is evidenced by statistics on the increase in visits every year. This development shows that the level of community participation in Nagari Tuo Pariangan has increased participation and has also experienced developments in other sectors, such as the economic life development sector, and the social sector in the community. From a level that only relies on rice fields and plantations, it has increased with an increase in the tourism. Describe the level of participation of the Nagari Parianagan Community in Empowerment as a Natural and Cultural Tourism Village. To do this research, the methodology used is qualitative by exploring all sources of library data for research. The results show that the level of community participation in Nagari Tuo Pariangan has increased, especially in the form of partnerships so that there is an increase in community empowerment in the Natural and Cultural Tourism Village.
